Excellent and smooth experience! Highly recommend. My boyfriend has been looking for a Jeep Rubicon for several weeks. We had seen many but none were what described in ads when we got there. We were on the way home from a trip to San Diego and happened to see that TMG Auto Group had a Rubicon that looked to be in great condition. We called and were very happy with the customer service we received. We were greeted by Sam when we arrived and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took it for a test drive and we were sold! Sam got all the paperwork done quickly and we were in and out in less then 2 hours. He went above and beyond to make our experience great. Definitely will return if we need another car!!

Went in to take a look at a Jeep Wrangler and was very surprised at the great condition of the truck. I dealt with Sam who wasnt pushy at all. I felt really comfortable during the entire process and got a great deal on financing as well. Would be happy to buy my next car here and send my friends and family.

Sam was very willing to work with us and be flexible with scheduling, which was very nice and important. All the cars are very clean and well kept and test driving was a breeze. I am very happy with the car that we got from him, it is in very nice condition and we bought it for a great price. If I ever needed to buy a used car again I would definitely go to him. The 2 guys who work there (SAM & MOE) are by far the coolest car salesman that i have gotten the pleasure of meeting. Extremely customer service oriented, very professional with a fast response time for returning calls and answering questions. They also have good prices on the vehicles that they have. Its a small dealership which allows the process to be personal and one on one other than what normally is a pain in the A$$.

I live in San Diego and made the trip up and honestly was worth it!! Service in person was excellent and we drove the car around. All in all I am really satisfied with my purchase and the service.

I didnt appreciate t dishonesty on the amount for taxes, license and registration.
