Came in to get my first ever appraisal for the car I was trying to sell, took about 15mins. I had got an offer that was below what I was hoping for. So the next week and a half or so I went to other places to get an appraisal as well. Dont even waste your time at carmax, they offered lowered than here. I eventually got an offer that was around what I was expecting for from an online dealership. I told Andy about the new offer and he beat it by $300. I was pleased with his offer and decided to sell to Andy. I came in with the title and I walked out with the check in less than 30min. The whole process was smooth and easy, no mess.

Austin was great but managment needs to learn some customer service skills. I went with my Mom to sell her car. It took forever and, who Im assuming was the manager, was rude to the employee trying to help us and never even acknowledged our presence even though he walked by multiple times. We should have gone to Carmax next door.

They will give you more for your vehicle than CarMax.

If youre like me, youve probably never heard of Bidlane before. A Google search will show that they actually have a fairly large presence in the LA/OC area -- a comfort, to me, that theyll handle the legal aspects accurately (DMV recording, legit bank check, etc). Austin and Kevin were great. Austin was very polite and professional in the face of disparate personalities of customers I experienced on the busy day I visited. Kevin did a quick appraisal of my vehicle and made a very fair offer on my vehicle. Upon acceptance, he also filed the DMV Release of Liability (which I verified had been recorded in the DMV system a few days later). Austin cut the check (Wells Fargo) and arranged for a Lyft back to my neighborhood. Had a pleasant overall experience with them and very satisfied with the company overall. I already recommended Bidlane to a friend whos looking to sell his car.

I was on m way to Carmax to accept an offer on my 2008 Nissan Titan from a couple days ago. I decided to stop in really quick at Bidlane and see if I could get more from Bidlane.
