I honestly cannot say enough positive things about David Mingus and Regional Home Sales. My husband and I shopped other dealers locally and spent a considerable amount of painstaking time trying to get exactly what we were looking for, only for the end result to be unbelievably dishonest. Then we met David. He listened to our needs, made suggestions, showed us options to fit every aspect of what we wanted; all the while not being pushy in the least bit. He took the time to ensure he gave us nothing but the best, transparent, quality service we experienced throughout our entire endeavor. The integrity and service were completely uncomparable to any other place we dealt with. I would absolutely recommend David Mingus and Regional Homes.

Thats a joke. We have been goin at this for 7m now explain that. Did yall cash that check?? Yes of course you did. We finally get a home in only for it to be the wrong one. Then promised 4 days ago it would be switched and still nothing! Its always tomorrow tomorrow really had enough of the lies. This is supposed to be a business. Yet you cant seem to keep up with homes and the lies from one day to the next. Think maybe its time to see what are rights are.

I shopped at a number of manufactured home dealers before choosing Regional Home Sales and I am glad that I did. I shopped at several large national dealers and couldnt shake the feeling that they just wanted to drop a house on my site and walk away. When I engaged the team at Regional, they listened to me, walked me through the purchasing and delivery process, and promised to stand behind their work. It has now been 1 year since I initially engaged with David and the team and I can say that they have kept their word to me.

I have been dealing with Regional Home Sales, for a while. I purchased a house cash from them, I had family members purchase a home from them and I have a friend who recently purchased a home. I just signed a contract on a second home we are purchasing from them and they are nothing but, honest, efficient, professionals offering a great selection. They offer affordable pricing and timely service. I was in SHOCK when I read a recent one star review. I asked the GM about it and he assured me they did not sell a home to that individual. My only assumption is that it must be a competitor or someone with a grudge! If you have any questions you can call Regional and I have given them permission to share my contact information. Amazing staff!

We had such an amazing experience from the very beginning here. We looked at all of the mobile home dealers in bcs and finally found David at Regional homes. Hes a super nice guy and made everything easy from the beginning. He has helped us with every problem that has come up and gone above and beyond for us and found us a beautiful home to raise our kids in. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and everybody.

I would strongly recommend Regional Home Sales. Great, down to earth professional people! I had purchased my mother’s mobile home long after she passed away. For many years I wanted to purchase the home but it never came up for sell. Then one day out of the blue, I talked with my neighbor and said they had sold it to Regional Home Sales. I called them and they already had a buyer that was interested. I told David at Regional Home Sales the story behind it and then another out of the blue, David said its your MsKitti. Since it was your mothers and we feel you should have it. Wow!! I could not believe it and I got teary eyed! I was very happy to get her mobile home, because of good memories that all the family shared in her home for many years. It now belongs to my son to continue on with the good memories.Well, shortly after we talked about the home, Regional Home Sales moved the home to my property, ran and hooked up electricity, plumbing and sewer lines. I was so impressed with their work performance and kindness. Kept me updated as the work was being done. When all the work was done, they tested everything and cleaned up their little bit of mess. They completed the work in a timely manner and I was thankful they did. I had talked with David several times and never once felt like I was a burden.If I ever need any more work like this, I will most definitely give them another call. Bought my home cash... been over 3 months that we havent received our home. Keeps giving us the run around, very unsatisfied with the out come. Will never buy from here again. Regret not going with Clayton homes.
