Great place to live with great neighbors the park management is great i see a lot of the reviews about how strict management is but its not them its the city the city is making it harder for ppl to live in mobile homes since the state put a hold on how much they can go up on property taxes mobile home pay less in taxes then a foundation built house so if the city thinks if they make it harder they think ppl will just give up and buy a foundation built house yall have no idea how far they (management) will go out of the way to help ppl in the park i have been living in the park since 2017

I would pick another mobile home park ..... With better management.Do not go with this one at all.

I like this place but needs more maintenance.Nice cordial people everywhere.I wish the management could do more for this property.

I applyed for a maintenance job with this company..i called to check on my app for 2 weeks, Candice (office receptionist) kept blowing me off..finally got ahold of Kelly the Manager, she said that the head office declined me last week...But im giving a bad review, because no one called me to tell me..this place has terrible communication l, now im glad i didnt get the job...but of course they are still hiring.. Right now The Managers husband is running the maintenance and they have 1 other guy working for them, but he is an illegal...Stay away from them..yiur better off working at McDonalds

WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN.The people running it are the worst.They dont care about us the residents, plus way overpriced with poor customer service and no respect for privacy. Thats why so many people are moving out of this place including myself.I would give them zero stars if im had the option. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Manager in charge is too strict and hard to talk to. Makes up rules and later forgets what she tells to tenants.
