This store was amazing! The entire staff was happy and friendly. I was dreading that the process to switch carriers would take eternity, however my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon was superb. My husband visited Verizon on 6/17 regarding activating an Apple Watch and he was told they could not him. Today, 6/18 we re-visited the store and were serviced by Mr. Chuck Dawson who quickly and efficiently helped us activating the watch in a few minutes. Mr. Dawson is the absolute best example of customer service Verizon has. He is amazing!!! Thank you Mr. Dawson.

He not only fixed what went wrong with my online live chat with verizon, he also got me $300 more off my purchase of a new phone (which wasnt showing up online) AND he mentioned he could save us money by changing our monthly plan without losing any benefits. Ronnie Smith was my sales representative in Bryan, Texas and I had a great experience. I was having such a hard day and had to drive a long way to get there but Im glad I went there. This beautiful young lady was just listening to me go on and at the same time really listening to my needs to find me the perfect phone. My 12 year old daughter was with me and was surprised when I start feeling better and smiling. I said it was because of Ronnie and she was only doing her job. When I left I had mentioned that it is hard to find good customer service these days but when we did, if we did not tell others about it, we were fools. She deserves commission for counseling, lol. She really knew her job and cared. I just got my internet turned on and gave the young man her card. Getting my phone came up in conversation because Im in the country and had to go to Verizon to get service, and he had Verizon as well and needed a phone. I bragged about her so Im hoping he calls her.

I have had Verizon for 10 years and never really had any problems until the last time that we upgraded our phones. The associate at the College Station store was rude, unhelpful, and gave us a lot of misinformation. We left feeling pretty irritated, like we were just am inconvenience because we were existing customers and not new customers. We went to the Bryan store in a last-ditch effort before switching service providers, and Ronnie Smith helped us out. In my 10 years with Verizon I have never felt more taken care of by an associate. She was empathetic to the problems we had just had, didnt rush us through the process, explained literally everything (I am super illiterate when it comes to technology), and switched everything on our phones quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best phones for our needs, and has been responsive to my follow up questions despite it being almost 2 months since she sold us the phones. If more salespeople were as interested in in actual customer satisfaction the way Ronnie is, sales may not have such a bad rap. She deserves a raise.

Taylor Hadley is the main reason for this 5 star review! After months of Verizon not able to check my trade in phone into their system... Which lead to Verizon actually shutting my business phones off. She worked with me “well over a hour” and found the problem in there system and stayed on the phone fighting for our credit back that we we’re forced to pay to turn phones back on. Very nice and helpful person! Thanks for all your helpTaylor! Would have never got it all straightened out without your help!
