I felt compelled to right my own review for this store. I cannot fathom the negativity comments & made a point to spell out & correct some of this. I have used this store for well over a decade. All I can say, is that the people who currently work there and all the years past have been nothing more than the friendliest group of folks & I know them by name. I am a local & professional Artist & they have literally shipped well over a hundred of my art pieces throughout the Unites States. These are very large, very heavy and very delicate. I have not had one single client over the years of my doing business have an arrival of a work of mine be damaged. To the very contrary, I normally will have my clients seriously write back or phone to tell me how well their sculptures were packed expressing their delight. As a for instance, here is a snap of Sharon on my latest piece shipped with the store. It was safely packaged by her being shipped to Orlando (Ripley Entertainment) for distribution eventually to Dubais Global Village.

My mother accidentally put the wrong address on my package. She came in and Sharon processed her. 5 hours later and many more packages that cane through I realized my mom put the wrong address. I called up to the store and spoke to Ginger. She took my phone number and within 10 minutes called me back and helped me out. Kudos to the store and these ladies for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much you UPS Brunswick. You really helped me out.

I was there today with a few packages and it was the 2nd time at this location. I usually go to strongsville and they’ve always been great. The first time here the lady was great and extremely helpful in the morning. I had the young guy who looked to be high school age today who was extremely rude/uptight literally was groaning/moaning the whole time under his breath like helping a customer was ruining his life when no one else was in there the first 5 mins. I don’t usually ever write reviews but the experience was so bad today with him that I felt compelled to. I work in sales/customer service in the financial industry and I would never act that way to a client. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience.

The redhead old lady that works at the counter is completely miserable and she projects that attitude to the customers !!! Terrible customer service I don’t ever recommend using the UPS store in Brunswick

These people at this location are snobby. Especially the young crybaby kid that works there. They act like doing their job is always such a chore. I literally dread going there and today was the last straw. I’ll be driving 15 minutes out of my way to go to the Strongsville location from now on.

This is the best UPS store in the area. My job takes me to different cities though out the day so I have been to many around. Brunswick has the best customer service in the area for sure, hands down!

Ginger was very efficent .never lost a beat, no matter what was going on . On Wednesday, she never got her coffee, but we all got our packages out. Brunswick UPS has got to be the best.

Quick service and very nice. I saw bad reviews and was concerned about dropping off a very important package. The lady was very nice and helping an old lady run the copier. A ++++++

Somehow the package i dropped off, yes i got a receipt, went missing between this store and the hub but since i didnt get the air bill from them they cannot help. The woman did help at least call the hub and try to help me get somewhere but other than that this has a high end laptop that needs repaired and no one seems to be able to help even the UPS customer care team.The only reason 2/5 vs 1/5 is the woman at least tried to do what she can and did communicate back with me letting me know the package wasnt there or at the hub

With all the virus/flu issues out there the women behind the counter should not have been working. Heavily congested cough without covering her mouth plus she looked really run down. At least wear a mask! Good thing I have hand sanitizer in the car.

I went to this location since I recently moved here. I do art commissions and use UPS to print clear and large versions of my reference photo. My old ups had no problem printing out my photos on 11x17 paper and the image was always perfect.This was not the case at this store. I called to explain my needs because I know each one is operated a bit different. The lady who answered the phone was short and not very friendly. No big deal. She tells me to email my photos to their shop so I do. When I go to pick them up the one image is about 1/6th the size I need it. I kind of giggled and said that the one image was not the right size and I requested it be 11x17 or close to it. She made the whole ordeal seem like the most massive inconvenience that my needs were not met and made it seem like nothing could be done. She also tells me that I will have to pay extra to have her try to make the image bigge?? Isn’t that was I already requested over email and phone? She then says “well you needed to send them separately. Not as an attachment in an email.” Which she didn’t say over the phone. Okay no problem so I said “Okay I’ll do that now and wait!”She informed me that it was their “busy hour and that she doesn’t have time to do that.” Seems like a couple of boomers in there that don’t know how to use simple functions on a computer. I will drive to north Royalton or Strongsville from now on. The entire encounter was uncomfortable due to the clerk.

Speedy service and Im never missing a package. However sometimes I run into some UPS drivers with serious road rage. I was delivering pizza on Laurel Rd today when I had to turn on a side street to turn around.Mind you, my car has a hard time accelerating and getting up to speed. I turned left on the street at a normal pace and the UPS driver at the stop sign on that street yelled at me to slow down. Let me add that he had to back up and position himself to not be in the middle of the street so I could turn onto it.I delivered right across the street from where he was making a delivery and he honked at a car trying to pass him as he was parked with his hazards on. When the last car was in the middle of passing him as he was about to move, he sped up and got on that cars rear end. I could hear him laying on the gas. Being a delivery person myself, its not cool to start causing drama on the road.

UPS as a whole has been absolutely terrible to me but this store helps relieve the pain a bit. I meet a polite and efficient staff every time I have to go there to pick up the packages that UPS fails to deliver to my doorstep as paid for, which is all of them, unlike USPS or even my nemesis: FedEx.4/5 for this store.1/5 for UPS in general.

Worst shipping experience EVER. They threw my package away after receiving it and never contacted me when it was there. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!-Doug Green

Poor customer service. The customer service representative and team sent various packages back to the senders in the past the last few times . I would not recommend this particular franchise for receiving your shipments.

Never had an issue; only reason for the 3 stars is it states they open at 7AM but they do not open until 9AM, so dont expect to get in early!

Ive never had to wait more than a minute or two, they have always been friendly and courteous, and the job has been done professionally!
