The staff here is fabulous! They schedule appts at my convenience, never keep me waiting, and fully explain every detail of my hearing test results and hearing aid functions. Theyre the best of the best!

Came in due to change in how hearing aids were working. Quick appt time, listened well to our concerns, observed and assessed how hearing aids were being used and took time to trouble shoot the problem. Confirmation of warranty still being current- sent hearing aids to factory for repair/replacement without additional cost.Always friendly and patient. Thanks

I accompanied my mother for her hearing appt and was very impressed with Beltone in Brunswick, Me. Access to the facility was good. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The receptionist was very very polite and helpful with my mothers needs. The Audiologist was prompt and very professional and knowledgeable with my Moms situation.. our experience there was top notch and I would recommend this particular store to all my friends and family.
