The staff were very knowledgeable and always ready to help you in any way. Very pleasant environment. They truly want to make you comfortable in whatever decision you make. Never pushy! An awesome place if you ever need them.

Ive used Advanced Hearing & Balance Center for many, many years. I have always received excellent service with them. Dr Linert is an excellent audiologist and I enjoy visiting with him when I have something that needs to be taken care of.

Quick and thorough

Totally satisfied and thankful with the service and results. I have a profound hearing loss. My existing mold was causing a great deal of pain. I walked in without an appointment and was seen by Kimberly Joiner, an audiologist who took an ear impression and made sure that a new mold would meet my needs as a hearing aid 5 decade long user. 10 days later, I came back to get the new mold fitted. I was so impressed. It was a perfect fit. This had not been my past experience with other audiologists. I found everyone on the staff friendly and accommodating.

This place is a joke, they trick you into signing paperwork, that in small print states you will pay for whatever the insurance doesnt cover.Insurance has contracts with them on how much they can charge for a Hearing aid. so they knew how much they would get.. this place is a scam. biggest mistake was going to this Place for a hearing aid. jokes on them though I have no intention of paying them.. This review forced me to give 1 Star they dont even deserve 1 star.. absolutely do not go to this place .
