Young man working behind the counter, badge said shift manager, greeted each customer as they entered the store. He was working on 2 cash registers to checkout customers so their werent long waits. He was courteous and friendly! I dont normally write a review but thought he deserved a little praise!!

Its 5:00 in the afternoon and the pump decided to dispense fuel all over my hand, but the store is locked and Im not allowed to go to the restroom. I could understand this at 5:00 in the morning, but not 5:00 in the afternoon.

Lobby closed for no apparent reason at 7:20 pm. Only servicing through window which means I wont be able to get what I wanted. Unfortunately lately the RaceTrac stations Ive used in Brunswick and Kingsland have completely nosedived in terms of customer service and product. And to close your lobby at 7:30 a Thursday night for no apparent reason should be inexcusable. I get that the average person working behind the counter probably doesnt give a damn whether or not they lose business but at some point RaceTrac may want to re-evaluate the people they have in positions of management

I generally stop here on my commutes to Jacksonville or Savannah for gas, as it is conveniently located. I am friendly with a lot of the associates, but there is a new associate that works nights who is openly aggressive and hostile towards me. I reported this to the manager, who knew exactly to whom I was referring without any knowledge other than the shift, and implied multiple issues had occurred -- the obvious solution here would be to tell a person who cannot be kind to customers that customer service isnt a position for them.

Best customer services ever the 2 working today are great with customers this is the second time I came here and left laughing I was actually having a bad day and aggravated with Sams but they boosted me back up so thanks alot 538 pm

By far the nastiest Racetrack I have ever seen. Trash everywhere outside. The attendant was super rude. Dont stop here

I stop here frequently on my way to and from work to fill up gas and get food and drinks. Good selection of quick snacks. The staff is always extremely friendly and polite, and they usually are able to keep the same staff members for awhile, so they always know what theyre doing. The gas is among the cheapest in Brunswick too.

None of your pumps work and the bathrooms are closed because of COVID. You need to replace the pin pads on your pumps.

They have a wide variety of beverages besides the bottle and canned ones. I love the slushies. Most of the time they are all frozen. The green one is my favorite.

Good gas station. Dont give money to anyone asking for it there though, its most definitely a scam. And stay away from the Racetrac sandwiches made in-store.

Used to be the best staff, the new crew is rude and playing on phone more than helping the customers.. Gas price are still great which is what keeps me stopping!!!
