Autumn and Zach at the Brunswick store were top notch. They were super helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. I cant say enough good things about them or my excellent experience they provided . I would highly recommend this store to anyone

Atrocious customer service. Walked in and stood there for over 15 min, never greeted or interacted with.There was a couple customers, but to at least acknowledge us and let us know we would be helped when possible would’ve been great.We just walked out, I’ll go back to Auburn where I have always had great customer service.I’ve always had bad experiences in Brunswick, and my boyfriend now knows why I choose Auburn.

Sam at the Brunswick Cooks Corner Store was an excellent customer service provider. He was patient and answered all my questions, made helpful suggestions without me feeling like he was trying to up sell me. I was dreading going because of friends having bad customer experiences there however mine was great. I feel like I could go back with the new phone anytime and get further help with tech questions from Sam!

Could not be more pleased with my recent experience at the Brunswick store. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and fun. Setting up a new device can be time consuming, but Sam made it informative and pleasurable. His attention to detail was reassuring. Highly recommend!

Samuel Dalot at Brunswick is a great rep & being a store Manager of a different location in the past I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he had when he told me this is his third week on the job & seeing how quickly he was able to problem solve his way through the software on the iPad i was impressed! I spent a little over an hour with my husband setting up his phone and updating our plan a few days ago. It was a good experience. I ordered my phone and waited a few days for it which was no big deal.Upon receiving it, I followed the employees instructions to come back and set up my phone there because he informed me it would be easier.It took 2 1/2 hours of sitting in AT&T to get my phone synced and updated. Zach ( one of the assistant managers ) was the only one who tried to help me. I wish I could him a 5 star rating because otherwise, I would have sat there all day. It turns out, my phone was stalled and hung up on something. Nobody else cared about my situation. They just kept saying we told you it was going to take a while.If it is even possible for updating and syncing to take that long, it should not be recommended to come in to the store. Especially, considering the state of affairs at the moment.

I recently bought a new iPhone at the Cooks Corner AT&T store, and Brittany could not have been more efficient and pleasant. She worked hard to get me the right deal for me, and I was very happy with the whole experience.

I visited the ATT Wireless store located on Bath Road in Brunswick, Maine with questions about my current rate plan as compared to a Military rate plan that I had recently become aware of. I was greeted by Dee Sims, Store Manager who seemed more that happy and willing to assist me and answer my questions. He looked up my current rate plan and then constructed a comparison chart of the fee structure and features of both that plan and the Military rate plan that I was considering. He showed me how I could both increase my services and decrease my costs by transitioning to a new plan. I even gained access to HBO Max and 5G service by changing to the new plan while saving money. Dee Simms was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was a positive experience in all aspects. Thank you.

Ashlee was so patient with me, kind, and her fingers flew working on my phone and using her black pad. She had to call several other people and was patient with those people too. And she remembered my numbers without having to write them down. Ashlee was so kind and kindness is of prime importance.

Stopped in to AT&T in Brunswick to get a screen protector for my Apple Watch. The staff offered to put it on for me, unfortunately the protector came off within a day, so I went back in the next day and they were more than willing to replace it with a new screen protector. I’m glad I bought protection after seeing how much wear and tear I have after a few months of wearing it. Thank you for making this a good experience!

Honestly your better off going to Wal-Mart. Has a bigger variety in the prepaid phones. Was able to get a better prepaid phone cheaper at walmart then the one I got there. Then had to pay a reshelving fee of 55 dollars when I paid 75. So if you buy something there make sure it actually does the basics or youll be outta money

The google pixels were not in stock, but could be ordered easily. But I saw all kinds of great accessories like screen protectors, phone covers, cases. etc. Seemed to be well stocked.

AT&Ts service has always been excellent for me when I lived in Chicago and although they do not service Maine, I find the service still performs well in poorly served Maine.I gave only 3 stars because I drove around and around looking for a store and discovered AT&T does not have a brick and mortar store but a truck in the back of a closed Wendys parking lot. The service reps here are INCREDIBLE! They have all the answers you need and if they dont, theyll find them! Ive also brought in 2 unlocked phones and had them switched over; even one that has Verizon printed on the back. And fwiw, AT&T has THE best/furthest-reaching service in the area.

There is a presence in Brunswick. Not hard to find or see, just have to put the phone down and open your eyes. Good knowledgably people working here.
