Terrific experience here! Sandy and team are great! I’m confident that the work they performed on my 2017 Audi will not disappoint. There are few options in this area for German car repair specialists. FCC offered a fair price on a water pump replacement… better than the dealer in Jax. Great communication and turnaround time on the water pump! I also had a check engine light which they did not address, because a service bulletin from Audi showed that the dealer should cover the cost (even though my vehicle is out of warranty). Had I not known of the service bulletin, the dealer would have charged over $1800 for the repair (Audi Jax service Dept didn’t show this code as a warranty item!). Thank you, FCC, for doing your research, providing me with info, and saving me big $$ !! I’ll be a returning customer for sure. Happy to have found this team of caring professionals.

I have confidence these guys know what they are doing. Fixed my car properly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised there prices were reasonable, was expecting higher.

Had an unexpected coolant leak in my DeLorean and stopped without an appointment to see if FCC could help me. They got right on it though they had other cars in work, found the problem, a clamp that had slipped off, repaired the problem and put me back on the road. Appreciated the attention to my problem. Well done.

Had my BMW towed for an estimate after I broke down while attending a funeral there. They quoted an unreasonable price that was much more than my regular service shop would charge. It was almost feasible to have my vehicle towed back to South Carolina. When I had my vehicle towed to another location I had to pay Foreign Car Center for the estimate before they would release my vehicle, which is fine had I known this in the beginning that they charged for a quote.

I broke down on hwy 95 south bound and asked to go to a authorized BMW. I was referred and towed to this company. I was so happy to pull up to this clean establishment. The owner assessed our situation and ordered the parts. We Ubered to st Simon island at his and his coworkers suggestion and had a perfect evening. The next morning the car was ready and we got back on the road. Love this company and can say you will not be disappointed if you need work. Thank you everyone who helped me in that shop.

Out of town and BMW needed repair due to leaking engine oil. Sandy was great and managed to fit us in unexpectedly on Friday afternoon, which we really appreciate! They were honest with what was discovered, expedient about making the repairs and fair with their pricing! What more could you ask for? Very good people!Our car broke down when we were traveling and stopped for a break. We had it towed to Foreign Car Center, and they did everything needed to get it running again. They also helped us find places we could walk to for lunch and to get out of the heat since we were from out of town and stranded. The car is good as new now.
