Been going here for my car service and tires since the 1970s. Quick, in and out service. But you have to get there first thing in the morning. Employees are great,helpful and fair pricing. They stand behind their work. Trust my vehicle when I put in their hands its done right.

Granted I bought all my tires from them still under warranty and only needed a patch why in the df does a customer have to wait 5 hrs for a job that takes less than 30mins. Really ridiculous and for Melissa to respond very nonchalantly and unconcerned about the time frame it has taken..nobody apologized for the wait.. this is an unforseen event so its highly likely my car was needed back faster than 5 hrs.im disgusted and annoyed

True professionals, the team at Bill Duckworth Tire works with exquisite care, calm, with an attention to detail comparable to jewelers, so polite and oh so honest. We came in to replace brake pads. 1st let me say the front desk was very nice and caring but when it came to my car I didnt care for the person who so call did my alignment..I took my car in for alignment work got my car back and it still was doing the same thing and I paid almost 90 bucks call them to tell them my car was still pulling to the right the man who I spoke with told me that it was just my tires took it back to them and picked it back up still was doing the same thing called them back and he told me that the car was fine and that I needed to get my tires check well did that and it was still pulling to the right basically a rip off....How because I tried to give them another chance and took my car in and they told me it was the Cadillac converter that it was going to be 800.00 took it to another shop and it was exhaust manifold I saved 600.00 so thats how....DO BETTER

Great exhaust work. If you need a muffler installed. I highly recommend them, their inexpensive, their muffle guy does excellent work, hes done all of my exhaust work. I highly recommend them

Someone close to me had a lift put on their vehicle here and when they spoke with the shop specifically told them they did not want a rough country lift but wanted a nice premium quality lift. So they assured them and charged high dollar for a premium lift and still put a rough country lift that pops and makes noises.

This place is unbelievable, I bought two tires and the receipt states I paid for Cooper tires but they put National Renegades on the truck. I called back and she said oh come back and see me so I drive 45 minutes back up there and she meets me at my truck and says the receipt printed the wrong tire and basically not her problem. Stated she would not change the tires in a rude manner and walked away. Do not buy tires from them they rip you off. They charge you for one tire and give you a cheap set of tires what a horrible company!!

Back in July of 2019, I was getting ready to take a trip out to Texas to visit my inlaws for the 1st time, then to visit my wifes 5 daughters out in Idaho after that, so I wanted to make sure my 2010 Dodge 4X4 Cummins Diesel Pickup was in good running order, so I ordered a good set of 5 tires, which included a spare tire, 5 sets of 6 ounce ceramic tire beads in each tire which eliminates the tires from having to be balanced every so often, a set of Bilstein shocks, replaced a muffler with a new one, and wanted to find a reputable place who could install everything, so I found Bill Duckworth Tire on Norwich Street in Brunswick, as Jamie Duckworth told me they could do all of this, plus could do a brake job with ceramic pads that would cut down on brake dust on the rims (but learned they used metallic pads instead, as the brake dust is still on the front rims as before) and to replace front wheel bearings, the CV axle U-joints in the front end, along with all of the U-joints in both the front and rear drive shafts. I was there for a total of 3 days, as I was okay with this. After the 2nd day, Jamie, the owner, told me to come back again and he would make me a deal if I came back the next time. I told him I did not mind paying for it, as I just wanted it done right the first time, as he told me that he was the same way, that he didnt mind paying for something when it was done right. So, I went back the following week, to have the drive shaft U-joints replaced the following week, just after the 4th of July. Then, on the 11th of July, my wife and I drove down to Fort Walton Beach FL, to have the Suncoast automatic transmission serviced in my 4X4, by Ron Wolverton, as Ron and I have been friends for many years. While driving towards Texas, I began feeling a vibration in the drive-train, as it felt like the rear drive shaft was out of balance. When we made it to the wifes parents home in East Texas, I searched for a drive shaft repair shop, and found one in Longview Texas, about 35 miles away. (Longview Drive Shaft & 4 Wheel Drive) They scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 8am, put my truck on their rack, pulled both the front and rear drive shaft. The 2 techs called me to the back, to show me what they had found, as the rear shaft was out of balance, but the front drive-shaft did not have the correct U-joint installed, as I took a video of it then showed it to Jamie when I return to Brunswick GA. He asked how he could make it right, of which I answered a refund. He then told me, his shop does not give refunds and never has ! His Brunswick shop charged me almost $800 to replace 5 U-jpints + labor, taking longer than 6 hours, as the shop in Texas (about 10 days later) replaced the same U-joints (which they had in stock) for less than $400, plus had the job finished in less than 2 hours. Jamie in Brunswick, told me he would let me know something, but he never has, as it has been almost 3 months. Myself, I could not treat customers this way if it were my business, so I felt the need to let others in the area know about this. The picture I posted was taken in Texas at Longview Drive Shaft & 4X4 Shop, as the drive shaft in the bench vise is the front drive shaft from my 2010 Dodge 4X4, as the techs there were showing me about 1/4 to 3/8 play in the U-joint, being the wrong bearing had been used, and the grease zerks had come out of this and the other bearing. They told me if this shaft came out, it could have cost around $550 for a new front drive shaft, plus it could have damaged the transfer case or something else close by should it had come in contact with it while traveling down the road, not to mention being stuck on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere, then having to pay for wrecker services to take the truck to a repair shop. Duckworth did not want to reimburse me for the bearings and labor, as they said they had already paid labor to their employee who installed the parts, but yet I had to pay for the parts twice. Next time I will go to the local Dodge dealer.

My comment about this places do not be in a rush or have deadlines to meet because they are slow but they did a great job on my vehicle and very friendly

They made me wait 1 1/2 hours and made me walk all the way back from work to see if my car was ready and I was told my car was supposed to be ready around lunch time and I ended up taking my car to R & R Tire if you need any tire service I recomend that yall go here to fix your tires R & R Tire is the one if yall need tire service quick go check them out on 4344 Community Rd. I typically dont leave negative reviews, but our experience was so bad, hopefully this prevents someone else from having the same issue. I will say the mechanics seemed great. The office staff has horrible communication. We were cut off and hung up on, not updated on the status of our vehicle when we were told wed be. Finally we decided to just pick our vehicle up with only 1/2 the work done. They said Mon by 5 it would be ready. I went Tues morning and it was up on a rack still being put together and the office lady was rude to me when I asked why its not ready. Battery was dead when I got it and 2 new service lights came on after I left.
