Mattress firm customer service is the worse! I was originally supposed to get my order 11/27 finally got it today after waiting all day they finally arrived four hours late with my order 🤬 I will not be doing business with them again I highly recommend shopping around before doing business with mattress firm! Good luck if you have any issues their entire customer service is automated it’s such a hassle to get answers and getting a response takes forever!

I was at the Mattress Firm store in Brunswick on Sunday, arriving at 5:50pm. I didnt realize the store was closing so soon. I care for my 87 year old Mother who has dementia and ran up as soon as someone came to sit with Mom. My son has been sleeping on his couch, so it was imperative I get a mattress. The representative Lexa could not have been more professional, courteous, and treated me as if I were her first customer of the day! She really made me feel important as a customer and it was obvious she was a reflection of the companys core values. She did a fabulous job explaining all the perks Mattress Firm has to offer, as well as the sales. I explained to Lexa that my son and I had gone to a big department store the weekend prior, and which mattress he liked. She matched the price of this other store that had the matress on sale, and explained M Fs free delivery to my sons door, which is what brought us to M F, as well as premium delivery options. The fact that my son has 120 days to try out his bed is unbelievable! And within the 120 days if for any reason he is not comfortable with the mattress he can exchange it or turn it... now thats a company standing behind their product.Thank you Lexa for a wonderful shopping experience!

Sales person Lexa was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunatly prices just too high. $1200.00 to $2000.00+ for JUST the mattress no boxsping and no base is crazy you can get a high end comparable mattress for $600.00. elsewhere.

Katy was wonderful. She really listened to what we were looking for and needed. Kept our budget in mind and had us test a few different beds to see what we needed. Never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. She did accidentally order the wrong size bed, but I carefully look everything over anyways and she was able to correct the issue with no issues.

The thing I appreciated most: Not once did she try and give me options that were outside of my budget. She respected my needs and restrictions and I can’t thank her enough for that. BUYER BEWARE!My husband and I went shopping for a new mattress a week ago and was seriously contemplating buying a bed from here from Ely, the store manager. He was super helpful and knowledgeable on all the products so we felt confident to purchase that day. We decided to go home and measure out our room to make sure we could fit a king bed in our room comfortably and return later that day to purchase. We informed Ely of our decision and thats where things got weird. He began pushing his sales pitch to get preapproved and we kindly informed him that we were certain we would be approved and would do it when we returned. It was like a light switch flipped because he continued to push his pitch after we declined and it seemed to upset him we werent willing to do it right that second so much he began to take a passive aggressive stance! Saying, Well, thats all I got. I dont know what else to tell you. and as my husband went to thank him for helping us and shake the guys hand, he snubbed him and turned away! We finally went to leave and he then stops us by saying Let me ask you a quick question, Do you guys have anything fun planned for today? Kinda taken back, my husband and I looked one another and questioningly replied that it was early and we didnt really know and then he thanked us for coming in and said have a nice day.SUPER CREEPY AND STRANGE.No wonder the place is always vacant!Best bet is to check out the Medina branch for quality service without the peculiar and rude managent.

I have been sleeping on the same mattress for over 10 years and I went in to try out some new mattresses; not really sure I was even going to buy anything. However, I spoke with the associate, KD, and she was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses (of which I didn’t realize the variety) and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the right set up. Needless to say, I was sold and she got me a brand new Queen-size Sleepys Reserve Plush Mattress. It’s arriving on Sunday (May 5th) and I can’t wait to sleep in it. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a mattress to go here and see KD!
