Great shop. Took the time to troubleshoot my EVAP issue without just starting changing parts. When they were unsure of the exact cause, they let me know their best guess and course of action. Turned out to be correct.The only downside to a great shop is that they are busy. Be prepared to leave your vehicle for a few days.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Would recommend to anyone who needs car work done.

We had a dead battery on our new Jeep and called AAA for a jump( car left idle for months). I drove it around that day and soon it died again. I called AAA and they said the battery was gone.....so I called the dealership and was told they were too busy on Friday at 3 and they would need to keep the car for testing. Said I need a battery and they couldnt help me. I went to Interstate and they didnt know how to install it /its under the seat. Went to Autozone and they couldnt enter the car to do it...policy. He referred me to Scott. I went to him and told me the problem, under the seat etc. He told me to go and get the battery and hed install it. I bought it and he SQUEEZED me in and installed it for me. No appointment, no come back tomorrow, sorry were busy! He was kind to me in a time of need. Scott did a fine job, on a Friday night and charged me hardly enough for what it meant to me. I am so grateful to have found him...Hes the best! You cant teach DNA! Hes one fine man.

They tried to charge me 3 hours shop time to change a power steering pump, after marking up the part $125.And then tried to charge me 70 dollars just to tell me what I already knew, asked for am estimate thats all.And for some reason my radiator blew on the way home.Less than 1 year old radiator with Honda blue fluid in it. There apparently was a hole stabbed in it. In the radiator. The fluid was full when I drove it there.

I was 300 miles from my home attending a relatives 91st birthday celebration in Brunswick. The next day I was needed 330 miles away to be with a friend in his last hours on COVID. I noticed the battery not charging light on and began calling local car care facilities...called four and was offered no help. In contacting Scott St. Clair at the NAPA Care Care he told me that they were backed up but he would look at my vehicle. On hearing my circumstances, he replaced my alternator and had me on the road in an hour. Outstanding customer service...personal assistance way beyond normal...these are good people. Semper Fi...

My alternator went out on a road trip from FL to MD. Other shops said we would have to wait until the next day. Scott got my family back on the road in about an hour! And he did it for less $ than the other guys! Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Auto Tech would be my go-to shop if I lived locally.

I called during business hours & they wouldnt even answer the phone when I called. Thats all I know about the place besides where its located.

My experience could not have been better. Scott took a look at a quick problem with my car and I was in and out in 15 min, and he didn’t even charge me. Everyone was super friendly, and the waiting room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

My brothers car broke down on his way back home to Jersey, Autotech was willing to hold onto it until we were able to sort things out with it. Months later, I was able to put in some money to get it fixed. I urged them that this would be my only ride back home and Im glad they took this into consideration. I kept in close contact with Scott to make sure everything with the vehicle got fixed and so that I was reassured that I would make it home safe. A few weeks later Im back home writing this review with my beautiful car, and its all thanks to Autotech. I enjoyed my small Georgia trip and I appreciate their help greatly, these guys did a fantastic job!

Very knowledgeable offered good advice. Only bad thing was, I was told to bring my vehicle in the next week on a specific day and when I did I was told they wouldnt work on it till the end of the week.

Best shop in town to get vehicle serviced

I had a Jasper engine put in my truck up in Atlanta, Ga and they mechanic did a poor job installing it. I brought my truck to Scott and he did the warranty work quickly, and well. I tend to beat up my truck, and they are always there to bring it back to life. I actually trust these mechanics. They are priced fairly, and will do the job right. I wont take my truck anywhere else.
