They are who they are. You get what you pay for and I buy here for that reason. If I wanted snap on tools I would go spend a fortune and get them. Till then these people are the trick!Helpful and do the best they can.Decent tools for the money!

Wow! The savings! The many items to choose from! The helpful staff! We never buy extra warranties on anything we buy, but this one on our shop vac was too good to pass up. If we need anything in the tools and supplies department, well always check here first. The only disappointment was that they didnt have a wheelbarrow.

Cant run a business if your stores are not stocked with product and good quality products for that matter.

Overall, I love harbor freight. Reasonable prices compared to other hardware stores. Employees always help and nice.My only issue is the insider truck club. We bought a year membership expecting even more discount from regular price items, specially with a renovation project we were working on, but was sadly disappointed. There was never a good variety of track items and the discounts were not that great either, compared to the regular price and alot of track items were the big higher priced items anyway.I think we used it a hand full of times to get a better deal. Honestly not worth the price to an average person, maybe better for a business or something.

Tight dock area, and only 3 people working, been here 2+ hours and counting. Oh BTW only 1/2 load.

Love Harbor Freight. Very nice young man waited on my father-in-law who has eye trouble. He didnt get impatient or start sighing like he was being bothered. Just waited patiently for my father-in-law to conclude his business. Amazing people!

Love this store they have everything u might need for any job. The select of name brand tools aint there but if your like me and only use them every once in a while I dont see the need to buy expensive tool that will just sit there. And the prices are fair for most things.

You get what you pay for here, they do have good quality stuff if you know what youre looking for. The place usually looks clean and organized when I go in, just difficult to find certain things, but thats me in every hardware store.

Nothing special, limited stock, nothing can be ordered nor can staff say when an item will be back in stock. Typically the response is we dont know what on the resupply truck. After 3 months of waiting for a workbench to be in stock, I gave up and drive to Abilene.

I found the tools I needed for my project in one place at the right price. Friendly staff.

Water hoses check. FOAM Spicket covers to keep my water from freezing NOPE. Mostly have found everything i go in there for, except this item.

I like harbor freight but good gosh you either need to train better or take before you put them on the floor make sure they know what a flap disk is. .Just because you hire women doesnt mean they are smart in the tool depts.

Generally employees arecwill to help. Cheap products, cheap quality. Spend more on their Hercules products and get a wonderful, inexpensive product.

Very nice people as soon as I walked in the door

Manager took great care of me. An airless paint sprayer was not working properly. I used it for the first time 90 days after purchase. I cleaned it and requested an exchange. The guy at the counter told me it was out of f warranty even though I just used it for the first time 3 days prior.I asked for the manager who really did a great job for taking care of me. The pressure valve was defective. The new airless sprayer works great and I purchased an extended warranty.I am very satisfied.

I have had to take a dremel toole back twice because it stopped after a couple of runs . Also the Brownwood store charged me taxes again .

Always find a few good deals. I wouldnt use their power tools for professional use from my experience but great around the house! Update April 2nd 2019, We went in to get 2 shop lights. They only had one. The young man stocking was nice and showed us where they were. We needed a few other items and the lady working acted like it was a problem to help us. We bought at Walmart! Harbor Freight wont last in Brownwood if employees act so rude as that lady did!
