My dad bought a freezer and the customer service was really really bad! Would highly NOT recommend this place!

Prices were high but imclude delivery, installation and removal of old appliances so well worth it.

Terrible customer service. No one spoke to us the entire time we were there walked up to front desk and waited for someone to come out and they just walked by us and stared.

Unlike most stores, this furniture/appliance store offers lay-away as its primary option to acquire products.Its curb appeal sucks. Its ddifficult to find unless your aware of the area.

The salesman was really nice. Took me to the counter to figure up cost and payments for what I was interested in buying. But the woman who was to figure it up was on the phone....sounded like a casual conversation with a friend. She never even acknowledged me standing there but kept right on with her phone conversation. I started to wave at her and tell her Hey, you have a customer standing here! But I stood there and waited several minutes before she FINALLY hung up and waited on me. That was just really rude so I was NOT going to spend my money there.
