It had been a while since been in the store. It gad been rearranged and I couldnt find anything. Had to ask for help but instead of just being told where to find, the employee took time to go and show me. That was nice as it doesnt happen often like that anymore.

They sold me and another customer the same couch. Were gonna give me the demo but damaged. Thank goodness for the workers honesty.

Colby is awesome!! His boss is a complete tool. I bought a couch from Colby and went above and beyond in his service and professionalism.

Great management! My toddler had an accident and before I even began to look for a replacement outfit, the manager(I wish I could remember his name!) asked me her size from two rows over and had us headed to the bathroom with a new outfit to change into in 3 minutes!

We purchased a new mattress for way too much money but the young man named mark who helped us deserves a raise! He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and loaded it by himself. Was an excellent employee. I was a little dissatisfied with the general organization of the store things seemed to be scattered around that should all be in the same section. The store was clean and the checker was friendly enough.

I thought the fruity pebbles candy bar was a edible even it wasnt the candy selection also had hershey cookies & chocolate i will definitely be back for another purchase before i head back to Houston

I love going into big lots my problem is I always spend more money than I attended to. They have done awesome deals every time Im in there. My husband and I bought our loving room furniture and ends tables from there. Im always picking up birthday or Christmas gifts when Im there. Great place

I love Big Lots! They have a good variety of things at very good prices. They have lots of different foods that are a lot less expensive than other places. Lots of variety if youre trying to eat more healthy than just junk food. I visit them every Payday!

Price checked cheapest around town for same name brands. Saved $450 on sofa and recliner!!!

Love big lots ! I can always buy dog supplies here for a price that cant be beat!! I often times find home products, furniture, health and beaury, electronics, and seasonal items I didnt plan to buy but cant pass up for the price!I enjoy buying the clearance seasonal products at the end of the seaaon, again, for prices lower than competitors prices.Down side to shopping here is that often times the items you return to buy are gone and do not come back. So buy when you have the chance!The other down side to shopping here is that items that arent on sale or clearanced, are marked for prices higher than other stores in the area (and most times are the exact same brand as the other stores.) So do your shopping comparison prior to buying here at regular prices.
