There service is more like 2g only. Its useless in brownwood.

The staff in the store refuse to do ANYTHING. I went in to update my payment method om my acct amd was told they cant take payments or do anything. I was told I had to go online. I explained my service was off and I needed to update my payment details. She ignored me and got on the phone and began helping someone else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been boost customer for many years. Never been late on a monthly payment. Have brought in 14 new customers... I Never cause troubles. Bought 2 new phones couple of weeks back and was greatly disappointed with my service. The district manager was there and without doubt one of the most rude and least knowledgeable people about the system I have met. He was supposed to transfer my pictures and contacts to new phones.... Told me he had but upon arrival home hadnt been done. Told other people I was being contrary... Because I had asked about service for my second phone. Told me he didnt get paid any more for helping me and Walmart might be better place for me to buy a phone.Im 72 with poor vision and palsy in my hands real bad which I explained to him. I waited until now to complain so my temper would cool down. I plan to get service elsewhere from someone who appreciates my business and performs his/her duty.

The service is great until a storm comes through town, doesnt matter if its a big storm or a light sprinkle, the service is sketchy during those times which is expectable. Love the plan we have but when problems do occur, the employees at our boost location wont know anything about it or even attempt to help. One employee hung up on me twice and gave attitude every time I go in the store to pay our bill. Other than those issues, its affordable and runs great on good days.

Tried so hard to get me hooked up.

I was changing my carrier and was unsure how to get everything done. The manager helped me she set-up my phone and answered all of my questions even some that was simple.

Well all was good when we went to activate 3 phones with Boost in Brownwood. It took over 4 hours. I was calm and nice. But they overcharged for various fees that were not upfront, and they set up one of our phones on a promotional plan which didnt work as it was supposed to. So I called Boost support and the store but neither one seems to know how to make it right. Better training needs to happen with store employees. I wish I could leave a better review but so far Ive been very dissatisfied.

Dont wast your money 1/2 the month you will be without service though you pay full months service. My cricket phone works great time to switch my husbands # back to cricket where you actually get what you pay for.
