Will never use at&t again. Went in to the store at Thanksgiving and they had a trade in deal. Trade in good condition phones and get $700 per phone. Did that and sent our phones in as instructed with the box & mailing label. End of January still no credit and I called at&t and they said sorry, you didnt send them correctly. After 2 hours talking to customer service they said they would get it fixed. 2 weeks later still nothing. We canceled our service and now owe even more for the phones plus never got our $1400 credit and they had our like new phones. Thieves, thieves and terrible customer service.

Came into the the store not knowing anything about iPhones. Was greeted by Bradlin and she stood there to help me figure out how to function an iPhone on their “test” phones at the Apple Section. There I ended up knowing I was wanting one from the specs for my new iPhone. Bradlin gave me the best deal she could within’ my budget! I’ll most definitely come back and visit again and be asking for her. Great Customer Service, stayed busy helping other customers as well, and even with customers and helping me. I got the best in and out time I’ve ever had from being in a AT&T store! Hard worker guaranteed! Hope to get this phone paid off soon so I can have the 13 when it comes out!

Customer service representatives have always been great but…..Your system is horrible and your customer service representatives do not have the capability to do changes on business accounts. I do not want to call 611 when I have taken the time to go to a representative. Same problem another year... AT&T as a company rates as high as hating the dentist office. I dislike doing business with your company and wish there was another option.

Bradlin was such a huge help when I needed to send in a insurance claim on my phone. She was then a bigger help when I needed to upgrade my device. She help me compare phones. She listened to what I was needing in a phone (as it is used mostly for work) and recommended one she thought would fit best! She was right. There were no surprises or hidden cost. Everything was explained perfectly and my total was exactly what she said. I walked out feeling confident in my purchase which has been a struggle for most during this pandemic. Shout out to Bradlin Black for the awesome customer service. I was misinformed by a previous rep on September 20, 2021 but Bradlin provided a thorough explanation of my concern. She listens to her customer. I did not feel being rushed to leave the store unlike the experience i had 6 days prior to this visit. Bradlin is definitely THE asset of this store. I wish i can request for her professional advise whenever i get to visit the store in the future. If this store does performance appraisal yearly, then Bradlin deserves a raise because she rectifies issues and concerns that were not properly addressed by other reps in the store.

This is the most unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, AT&T store. I had the pleasure to get the service from the most arrogant, rude MATHEW HUNTER, this employee gives this store and all of AT&T a bad name. He never introduced himself, immediately he had the attitude of not wanting to assist me with small adjustments and questions I had, he was rude, condescending throughout. Before I even completed and asked all my questions he got up and rudely said “Sorry can’t help you, you are smart enough to install APPS on your phone, you should be able to figure it out” upon leaving he gave me the nasty smirk and said “hope you have a great afternoon”Professionalism at its worse, guess dress codes are not enforced at AT&T, his dirty jeans were dragging and sagging. I will forward this to District and Corporate as well, and please call me, this is the short version of his snugness and unprofessional behavior.

Recently dropped my phone in the lake the day before Memorial Day. Turns out that it does NOT work in 12 feet of water. I was able to contact Matt McCullough with ATT on Monday (yes, the holiday). The next day he helped order me a replacement phone and was able to get it delivered to the Walgreens next door. By Wednesday at noon, I was back on the grid !! Everyone at the Brownwood store, which was very organized, professionally run and COVID conscious, was very helpful and friendly. Cant say enough about Matt and his extra efforts. CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IS VERY HARD TO FIND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cancel your contract and go to the nearest provider other than AT&T as quickly as possible! The Brownwood location hands down is the absolute worst, uncustomer friendly store on the planet! They actually sit there & think of ways on how to NOT help you with your problems. Then a team member or two joins in and offers their unsolicited advice and you start feeling ganged up on. Thank you but I just need one person to tell me there is absolutely nothing they or the company can do for me, one is enough. Not to mention every time you go in, they give you completely different, conflicting information. You can ask 4 people a question and all 4 of them will give you a conflicting answer which A) leaves you more confused than when you came in B) you leave the store with unresolved problems and C) shows you they are full of complete S$!+. Literally their STANDARD answer for EVERYTHING is...call customer service. I drove all this way for you (and all other team members in hearing range) to tell me this?? You lied today because the last time I was in this store and had the same problem, I got it fixed after being in there almost for 4 hours and in tears later. You call their phone number with an automated message saying you cannot talk to an actual person and you have to jump through hoops to get an appointment. Its always crammed full of upset, frustrated people so forget trying to just drop in. You stand in line forever! The turn over rate is 99.9%. Ive never seen the same person in there twice and apparently if your over the age of 22, youre not qualified to get a job there. I had a different provider for 19 years that I LOVED, rare problems and if I did have one, they had excellent customer service. Moving to Brownwood, I was forced to give them up and go to this pathetic excuse for a company. But guess what?!?! My old phone service provider I loved just opened a location here so as soon as my jailers (AT&T) let me out of my contract, Im going back to them ASAP!! So my advice to you, if youre shopping around, avoid AT&T like the plaque!! Brownwood location, Brownwood staff, & mgmt, YOU SUCK!!!!!! TRY CARING AND MAYBE HELPING OUT A CUSTOMER FOR A CHANGE!!!! NO, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU... IS NOT THE COMPANY MOTTO CONTRARY TO YOUR STAFFS BELIEFS!UPDATE: After it was suggested to me to call customer service to fix all my issues including ordering a screen b/c mine was cracked and to have them (Im being serious, this was the sales associates big idea) put it on for me. I DID call customer service for help. They put me on hold, then sent me to the wrong dept, then sent me to another dept. He told me hang on a sec, he would help me, put me on hold for 2 minutes and then hung up on me. Im so upset with this company, I have just learned to live w/the problems on my phone and my cracked screen. Rather than paying the $51.00 & change, the original sales associates got online & got me insurance so if I cracked another 1, it would be under $10.00. I had gone into the store & done this 2 before no prob. The current associates saying my phone, the 2nd to newest out there is to outdated and they dont sell the clear screen protectors in store anymore. Therefore I could have cust serv teleport it to me & put it on 4 me

From the call center to the customer service I received in the store, I am appalled. I have only ever used AT&T but I think it’s time to switch. I called the find out info and set up some things. I made an appointment and still waited over 40 minutes. When I finally got into the store the service I received was awful. The guy did care at all what had happened. Nothing from my previous call was noted correctly. Instead of trying to offer any help I had to do everything myself. I’m so glad I was able to do his job for him.

Matthew is a 5 star employee!!! Very patient and helpful ! I’m a senior citizen and was treated very respectively and he even took time to walk out to my car and explain to my husband what updates and explained the operations on his phone. He first tried to get a rep whom he already told us was at lunch. Passing the buck.He said he was not allowed to do what was needed to complete the switch. He said he would give us a phone number and website to go to. He did not give this information to us before we left which caused us to go back to the store to get it.When we returned the door was locked. A rep came out and after he found out what we needed and he made an appointment for a tech to call us at our convenience . The first rep in the store could have done that and not inconvenience us, He needs more training and people skills. This was Shaun.The call came in. She spent over 1.5 hours and hung up before anything was completed for us.

Had a great experience with Bradlin Black at the AT&T store in Brownwood, TX. I traded in my old phone for a new one. She verified my old phone was backed up and then helped set up my new phone. My new phone was completely setup and working when I left the store as well as my old phone had been completely erased after she saw my apps had loaded on my new phone. The customer service guy wouldnt listen firm the beginning. Then at the very end we were getting accessories for my new phone. There was a special guy 2 get 1 free. I asked if my phone can be charged with a new wireless charger and he said yes. I asked are you sure and again told yes. Well my 57 miles one way trip made me really angry to get home and figure out it cannot use a wireless charger

Bradlin was excellent help! She helped me resolve my issues and also answered all my questions, even the ones I didn’t know I had. She was also helpful with getting my plan adjusted to fit my needs and better serve me along with making recommendations for future changes that could help me. Very friendly, and easy to talk to. She never pressured me or made me feel pressured to buy or change anything I didn’t want to. I wish there were more stars to give her because I would. Had appt and email confirmation, but AT&T had no record or it. Was supposed to be picking up the phone and airbuds I ordered online but they had no record of that. Said fine, I will order the items from them at store but they wouldnt honor the sales price stated plainly on their website. Customer service severely lacking. Spent 40 minutes IN the store after spending an hour making appt and ordering phone online and left with NOTHING.

Some of the worst customer service I have every recieved. Tried calling the store, had to deal with their automated system that refused to connect to the store. Aftet spending 20 minutes dealing with the system it disconnected the call and told me to call back. If you are looking for service, I recommend you go with a different provider.
