I couldn’t find something I liked up until I went here where I spotted a few ‘vanilla’ frames I enjoyed heavily. They will carefully explain everything in great detail for what suits you for replacements, lenses, etc. Everything was made breezy here.

I love Brownsville Visionworks. We have five people in our family who need prescription glasses annually....and the 8 year old goes through 3 or 4 pairs! The staff is always helpful for adjustments after someone drops, twists or whatever kids get up to. I go into the store 6 or 7 times a year and never have a bad experience!!

This place used to be a 4 to 5 star. It used to be the go to place because of thier efficiency. They have only one girl in shop whom seems to be doing everything from answering calls to making your eyeglasses. Definitely go somewhere else. Their “buy one get one half off” s not worth the long waits.Unless you like cable then you’ll like this place

I usually take someone with me to pick me new pair of frames... I walked in with no idea what I wanted. Well something with color. Abigail came up to me and explain the plans, help show me frames, she was so much help. Found the ones i wanted. At the time of pick up Karla inform me of the care i need to have with my glasses. I got a cleaning kit. Thank you for not being like the people from Wal-Mart optical!
