This establishment surprised me. The staff is totally eager to assist you in everyway possible. They took their time in assisting me find 2 pairs of glasses. They followed all covid protocols to sanitize areas. The level of customer service is excellent. They were very proffessional and courteous. I have a high prescription so Ive always been used to waiting about a week for them to come in. I was shocked they had a pair ready for me in 13 minutes. I truly reccommend this business. Believe me, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond.

Today, I was very satisfied with my experience. Went to get my glasses tighten up from the frames. I had 3 pairs! I thought the lady was going to run me out (I mean, one pair, ok but I had 3 pairs) The glasses were all bought there. The frames and the glasses were all from eyemart. Well, Not only were they polite, but they took the time to fix and tighten up my frames. I waited, kept my distance. Both ladies (employees) were courteous, nice, educated. Ive been a customer forever, I recommend this place.

I purchased two pairs of glasses with my insurance, the first pair was ready in two days after I purchased them and the second pair was ready in exactly one week. This was an extremely quick and easy process. The longest part was picking out glasses. My niece lost her glasses to the ocean in South Padre Island, we had her doctor fax over her script in the morning, went and picked frames and they were ready in 20 minutes. Very nice staff, friendly, and helpful.If we happen to lose glasses in the ocean (again) in the future, we will definitely be there again.

Walked in and it was pretty busy but my presence was not acknowledged even after standing in line for 15 minutes nothing like “ we will be with you in a moment” just stood here and they all said they’re on their computers ignoring the line. I would have left but I needed the glasses done same day.

The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful. My father purchased glasses here over 5 years ago. This morning he dropped and damaged the frame. They were able to unbend the frame and replace a screw that fell out and got lost. I am deeply grateful that they helped him even after all this time!

Wonderful experienceWent to look for some glasses for my grandson but had one piece of information missing. Rather than go home empty handed, I decided to look at the frames for myself. I was surprised at the good looking frames and good quality frames they had. I requested a price quote. Since the price quote was very reasonable, I asked them to give my a price quote for a pair of sunglasses too. I was more surprised that the two pair of glasses were less then one pair I had bought at another place and that was after the insurance paid their share. I ordered them and had them that same day. I did not have to go back a week later. Like I said I paid less for 2 pairs without any insurance assistance.
