Great customer service I recommend this store.

Horrible. They change your information like your PIN so you have to go back to that exact store. A few months ago I went to another metro store and wanted to get a new line but the girl told me my PIN was incorrect and that I had to go back to the store were I made the account.

They sell allot of unlocked cell phones also. The people who work here are very courteous and go the extra mile to help you out.

Excellent service I received at this branch. The girl who attended me, Yakelin, is very kind. I have bought phones before and they never want to help me change my information, however she kindly helped me with everything I asked. And she also gave me a card in case I had any other questions I would go back there with her. I highly recommend this store. Excellent customer service.
