Great service...excellent customer service they know there parts....they suggest additional parts to make my life easier which I didnt get at another Autozone....I will change autozones even thought I might drive a bit more...

The gentleman that worked at this establishment on the night I needed help choosing wipers were wonderful. Eduardo and Mario were not only kind, but patient. Going as far as to helping me install my wipers. When one didn’t fit and they exchanged it for one that did. Excellent customer service!!

On the system they say they have the part I was looking for, but when I get to the store they didnt find the part, told me to Drive to another store and same story.

The manager is a lousy Interviewer. a friend went for an interview late last year, i think it was November 2019. The manager asked my friend about a previous job issue he had and my friend answered what had happened then he sent him to another auto zone on military highway just off Ruben Torrez Blvd in Brownsville and he got the same rude treatment from him. They made it sound he was gonna get the job but instead he didn’t and just waisted time and gas in traveling from one store to another. These people need to get fired for this type of behavior!
