The gentleman (I think the owner) that is usually working when I go in is always so nice. I always get the best customer service here and the popcorn is just delicious! I went in right at close tonight and he was still as nice as could be. Thank you for treating your customers great and making it an incredibly amazing experience.

Its fresh and has variety . Me and my family enjoyed it while watching movie , the gentleman was polite and humble and ready to help

Went to get popcorn today after doing some shopping In the mall. Was not too happy when I saw I was getting a bag of popcorn left over from yesterday. 5 bucks for stake popcorn. That’s unfortunate. I guess taking my business elsewhere will have to do.

Over priced for the quality and amount. Found hair in the carmel popcorn.. I wont be back!

I was looking forward to some good popcorn that I had a taste for in Aurora mall.To my surprise allies got was crumbs with a little butter and no salt.Dissatisfied disappointed and disgruntled.

Flatirons: Not busy at all. I asked dor extra cheese seasoning to be sprinkled on as I have gotten many, many times previously. I was told there was plenty on it already. Askes for bags to be closed. I was informes then I dont get as much. Although employee was professional and polite, I would much rather my simple requests be met or addressed in a manner that does not resemble being ignored or dismissed. Lost a loyal customer but likely this company has many customers so losing one is important.

Pretty good location. definitely nice to stop by for a low cal snack.

I always look forward to getting popcorn from here but on this one occasion I was horrified to find the kid behind the counter eating a snack and proceeding to lick each one of his fingers putting on a glove on and serving me and my family popcorn. Horrible just horrible will not be getting a snack from this place EVER AGAIN!

Popcorn is great but the lady working at the flat irons mall location had horrible costumer service!! We will be getting Annie’s pretzels instead!!

The girl work in March 1st between 11 and noon needs to go find another job 2nd time in a week Ive been there I waited the 1st time the 2nd time I walked after 1015 minutes Ive had enough shes talking excessively to a lady people once the social hour shes costing you a lot of money so I walked
