I absolutely love this store. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is super nice. I only gave it 4 stars because I recently bought a product that is not worth the money. I bought this ATLA water bottle, was holding it from the hook (which reached down to my knee), dropped it onto carpet and the bottom just shattered. I took it back, they were super cool about replacing it. This morning, dropped it again, shattered again. Not worth the $16, especially if its for kids or anyone clumsy. It really is a cute store but its really small so it doesnt have that much stuff. It looks like they run out of smaller sizes fast but there is stuff to look at. Its a fun store.

They always have a really cool variety and selection of things, and the staff are friendly and chill. Even when we do not buy anything, it is always neat to get to explore the store.

So nice and when I finally, after searching for months, for the loungefly Mike wazowski backpack (ordering online isnt my style really and it was more expensive) they all geeked out with me and it honestly made my day and I have never been so excited to own this bag but they made it a great day.✌😁

Fun place, a bit claustrophobic. Not very well organized. Its like Hot Topic meets Disney... and just as expensive as Disney.

Great merchandise and they will donate money to Feed America with every purchase. Great way to shop and feel like you are giving back at the same time. The store itself had a great atmosphere.

Today a worker refused to call security for a little girl being followed by an unmasked man. The worker gave the number to the girl and made her call security herself. That is ridiculous!!

Absolutely love this place! They have many unique products you cant find anywhere else. It may be a little pricey sometimes but its definitely worth the money and they offer box lunch money at certain times which is quite beneficial if your looking to save a little. Theyre deals online are also really good too!

Door greeter had a power trip as a mask enforcement Karen. Very rude the manager refused to let my child in without a mask. Handed the manager a medical exemption card she responded with we dont take these. Manager should learn the mandate they are enforcing.

First time going into this store and I would have to say it is an awesome store. They have some many great things and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Emily and her staff are always super helpful and super nice. Even on very busy days they take the time to help find things or order specific items. And the assortment of fun pop culture items are top notch.

I love this little store! It has so much unique merchandise, the staff is friendly, and most things are decently priced. My only complaint is that the store is very small, very cluttered, and can get very cramped. Still, not the stores or staffs fault. Its a fun place to shop! Do you love a certain fandom? They probably have stuff for it!

The store does carry awesome items and great gifts for people into certain tv shows or movies. However I have been into this store on 4 different days and everytime, none of the store employees greeted me or asked if I was finding everything okay. Today one of them almost brushed passed me and acted as if I wasnt there..At any job I have ever worked at, that isnt acceptable and has turned me into being annoyed when visiting.People are buying your over priced items you should act grateful for their shopping in your place of business.

Ive been here a couple times and I always have a hard time not buying everything my eyes touch lol I went in today and the girl working there, I think her name is Sabrina, immediately offered me a $15 off coupon because I had a loyalty account with them. I got two things and was very happy with both until after I almost got to the car and realized my little Hedwig purse had what look like egg on one of the wings. I brought it back and Sabrina was super understanding, went to the back to look for one but there wasnt. I had left figuring Id just wash it at home and Sabrina came running after me because they found one! She really went above and beyond for me and was so amazing she definitely should get a raise lol

Lots of cool merchandise. Merch from tv shows, movies, anime, gaming, etc. Employees are super nice people. Prices are a little bit high,but the quality is excellent. Always an enjoyable visit.

They have really neat fan gear here that I havent found anywhere else for example a Disney crockpot and an Avatar the Last Airbender wallet. I like the variety of stuff too, there is something here for everyone. Id say its the more stylish cousin of ThinkGeek and the less goth version of Hot Topic. And so far Ive never gotten trapped in there because its too crowded to move like at other small stores.

Love the products and variety, store could be a little bigger, as it gets kinda tight.

Alright, this place is super duper cool. I bought a pretty great Rockos Modern Life button down here. This is the place where millennials who feel too young to be nostalgic go to die.

Good place to find pop culture gifts, but prepare to pay a larger price because the money is needed for box lunches for people in need.
