The old man that works nights is just plain rude and lazy. Refused two separate times to switch me a dollar for quarters to fill my low tire with the air machine. I wont be back.

I used to frequent this carwash bc it cleaned well and was conveniently located, but I wont return. I do not recommend. Go someplace else.Evening of 3/3/2021 my vehicle was in the dry cycle and then the car behind me pulled into the wash, and the brushes full of soap started spinning and stuff was flying onto my car. I went inside to let the gas station attendant know what happened and that maybe theres something wrong with the carwash (since it had the dryer on my car while washing the car just a couple feet behind me) and she was no help at all. First she said and gestured to GO AROUND AND GET IT WASHED AGAIN, to which I responded that Im not going to buy another carwash. She said COME BACK TOMORROW MORNING, and I told her I couldnt come back tomorrow morning. No help whatsoever and didnt care that the carwash was messed up.(The wash at the Shell across the street even though it says NEW doesnt clean well, it is worse.)Cant always wash the car at home.THE GLO in Arvada has been consistently the best wash Ive been to for many years, great value, which also includes good vacuums and floor mat cleaners, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, but its a bit of a trek now that we live in Broomfield. Broomfield car washes are either overpriced and not great, or ok price and barely clean the car.

The woman cashier was very unprofessional she had a woman up in line over 5mins way she runs her mouth she didnt help until more people came in the line I believe it was because of her color she was a black woman that was more professional than her the cashier didnt help until 3 more people was in please hire better please line

Worst experience! Pumps are broken.

The workers are kind and the store is cleaned constantly. The negative reviews here are subjective and from over a year ago. New management has taken over. I like this gas station especially with friendly cashiers.

Diesel fuel pumps are not working going side to ask the guy he has no clue how to answer my question are you out of diesel fuel Such poor service at this gas station all the time

The manager Jordan refuses to write a note telling the area director/manager that customers would like to be able to get ethanol free gasoline. No other station within miles carry ethanol free gasoline.
