Bought a new truck at Fowler Chevrolet. Staff was amazing. A few years ago on my prior truck my battery died. Bought a new on and took limited tools. Went to Fowler (then Century Chevrolet) and they installed it free of charge. I told them then, I’d use them in the future. My salesman was Paul Farrow. He’s hands down the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with and made my new purchase a fun experience. I’ll recommend and use them again.

Was originally told by service writer that my truck could be looked at within 4 days. Had truck towed to dealership. Asked for diagnostics day after I was told it would be looked at. Was told tech was still diagnosing. Reached out following week and was told still waiting diagnosis. Service writer later admitted tech went on vacation in the middle of diagnosis.Finally received diagnosis a week after truck was said to be looked at.Was told lifter on cylinder 6 was collapsed. Asked to have good will warranty submitted and other bank of lifters to be replaced.Called for updates several times and did not receive calls back.Had GM cover 90% of repairs for 1 bank of lifters.was told truck was done.When I went to pick up truck found battery terminal cover not put back on and only 1 bank of lifters was replaced.got truck home and found that the oil dip stick was not all the way pushed in and fluids were spilled in engine bay in secondary battery holder. Foot prints all over front bumper and oil running down passenger side front fender.I would never recommend any work be done at this dealership.

Horrible customer service. I dont know what has changed in your service department since my last service but you lost my confidence in you servicing my vehicles in the future. I showed up for my fro my 7am service appointment to sit outside until 7:10, I exited my vehicle and went inside to see what the hold up was and found the manager and service reps sitting and drinking coffee. Additionally, the service rep after checking me in seemed to do pushy sales indicating I needed additional services and It was quoted at $900 for five different services. In the past I worked a lot with Big Tom and he was awesome. This last service seemed like all new folks and the manager felt it was more important to drink coffee with his guys compared to servicing customers in wait. I know this Chevy dealership is under new ownership but can honestly say noticed a huge change in how customers are treated from past to new.

Very good experience. I received notice of airbag recall and called for an appointment. I expected a long wait. The appointment was made for the following Tuesday! Checked in and before I finished, the mechanic arrived to pull my vehicle into the shop. Within two hours, I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is likely the least painful visit Ive ever had at a dealership service department.

The initial evaluation was great, very thorough. I was able to select which services I wanted via text. I was just going to get a second opinion on large repairs to my truck but found that their prices were better than the original location. Why not use the dealership if the prices are same or better. However, the communication after selecting services was terrible. I had to call for updates. I didnt find out that my truck was done until days after it was ready. If you use them for service, make sure you check the estimated service, estimated price and stay on top of them in regard to parts and labor. You dont want surprises when you pick up your vehicle.

Standard oil change WITH appointment waiting onsite. Figure should be 30 to 45 mins like average. Nope over 2 hours. Right up until closing time.Dont waste your time, they dont value yours.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST. Your shop added the trail Boss lift and a hard folding tonneau cover. The truck was ready I think 2 days before my day to pick it up. It surpassed my expectations and I get a lot of complements on it. The only thing that couldve been a bit better was the detailing of it. Still a good job, but I had some work to do on the exterior. Overall, super happy and love the truck!

Good service, the tech was helpful, everything ran well. Only operational bit that could be improved: i had an appointment for 10 am and when i got there, was informed that Id be dropping the vehicle for a couple of hours (it was essentially an oil change). It didnt feel too different from a walk in, honestly.

They have had my car for a total of 5 weeks with little communication. The only communication I get it to tell me it will be done soon just for it not to be done when they say it would be. I requested a rental car 2 weeks ago and was told I would be put on a list after being told before that that my car wouldnt take long enough to fix for a rental. I understand being under staffed but communication is very important when you are holding onto someones car for over a month. I have still heard nothing about a rental car and my car was supposed to be done yesterday or the day before.

The service was amazing! The General Manager personally picked up my vehicle from my house and left me a 2021 Tahoe to use for the day. He also offered to have the vehicle washed and then returned it to my home later in the day. I could not have asked for a better experience. The technicians who worked on my vehicle even left me a note thanking me for my business. To make everything even better the entire service was covered under my new car warranty! If you are looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced I highly recommend Fowler/Century Chevrolet for all of your automotive services.

I had a wonderful experience here. David and Brian were very helpful with the entire process from trading my car in, to purchasing a new one. I had tons of questions about the trade-in process and was worried about the delays and inconveniences that come with selling an old car and purchasing a new one. They were transparent from the start and offered me advice that was in my best interest. Thanks to them, I was able to accomplish both transactions and drove off in a beautiful new car. Horrible experience. I went to this dealership to trade in my car for another one, and not only did they offer me HALF the kbb trade in value for my car, their customer service was horrible. The sales guy who “helped” me would be better served as a janitor, he could barely stumble out sentences and was very uncomfortable to be around. I’ve been to a LOT of car dealerships and this was by far my worst experience.

I have a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt that has been recalled. GM scheduled an appt. for me with Fowler to resolve the issue. Fowler was not able to complete the work because the part (battery pack) is not available at this time. It was more a problem of GM scheduling the appt. than Fowler not being able to complete the task, but it was a wasted trip to the service dept. I was surprised Fowler sent me this survey link.

And the Finance manager, Juan .. probably one of the hardest working people I have met. He was knowledgeable and experienced and made the transaction super easy!Now they just need a HYBRID Traverse! I was able to make a same-day appointment for a long-overdue oil change at a fair price, which I was delighted about. The oil change took a lot longer than I thought, about 2 hours. But it turns out that the tech also fixed a slow air leak in one of my tires, so I was delighted when I found that out and happy to wait the additional time in the comfortable waiting room. I might suggest just more proactive updates during the service so that I can be kept informed. I will definitely be back.

I made a 9 o’clock appointment on a Tuesday morning. I told them I needed my car fixed and ready to go Friday morning and they said no problem. As of Thursday, two full days later, they had not even looked at my car yet. Why would I have to make an appointment for them to see my car when it just sits in their back lot anyway? If you make an appointment, they should see your car at least in the same day and give you feedback on what the issue may be and how long it will take to fix. I had horrible customer service! I would call the service line and it would ring and ring and ring and ring. No one picked up to say “I have to put you on hold” I had to call the sales office and someone had to run a message over. Even then, they text me to say, we haven’t got to it yet, that’s it….not a call to tell me it might be a day or two. NO acknowledgment of “sorry are really busy”. If I would have known ahead of time, I would’ve taken my Tahoe to another place to be fixed. It was very misleading and I would not recommend Fowler!

No communication. My wife and I went on vacation for 2 weeks and left the car with them to repair. We got back and picked the car up just to have the same issue. We brought the car back the Monday 9/27/21. Its now 10/26/21. 29 days plus the 2 week they had the vehicle while we were out of state...The only communication weve received has been a couple of text messages. Everytime we call to ask, someone says they will call us back. They never do of course. DONT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!

Took my vehicle in on September 29, 2021 for an engine light and squealing sound as a result of a recent accident. Initially I was told it would be a 1-3 day turn around to diagnose and repair the vehicle. During that time frame, no communication even after reaching out to the service department by phone and text message. I did not hear until October 4, 2021 that there was recommended repairs for the vehicle which leads me to believe they did not even look at the vehicle until then.I approved the recommendations and requested that they start the work right away so I can get the vehicle back as it was a strain on the family.On Saturday October 9, 2021, I was again had to initiate the conversation with the service department and asked for an update. They replied and advised that the Tech would not be able to get to it until the following Friday, October 15, 2021.On October 15, 2021, the service advisor that was assigned my vehicle, name Oz, called and let me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup and that the engine light and squealing sound was repaired.When members of my family picked up the vehicle on October 15, 2021, they paid the service fee along with a fee for labor and parts and drove it off of the dealership lot. Immediately, they called and told me that the engine light was still on and the squealing sound was still going on.Fowler Chevrolet and their service department had my vehicle for a little over two weeks when it was initially a 1-3 day turn around. When I got the vehicle back, the repair had not even been completed and I question whether or not they looked at the vehicle at all. Additionally, their customer service and communication is absolute garbage, in particular the advisor Oz. He does not answer the phone, return phone calls, or communicate at all.Not sure what I paid for, but I ended up taking my vehicle to a real service department the following day that I know will provide much better service than what I experienced at Fowler. I have been going to Century Chevrolet before they became Fowler for years and have always been treated as a respectful customer and got the impression from the employees of Century Chevrolet that they care and value their customers. Since the Fowler takeover, there has been a turnover in employees and none of the former service employees remain there. With the current employees and since the turnover, I have been extremely disappointed with their attitude toward service and do not get the sense at all that they value their customers. I will not be going back to them for anything and would advise anyone else to steer clear of this company and seek out service repairs elsewhere.

Dropped off 2021 Truck for first oil service and warranty work. They got the oil service done and skipped getting a tech to look at the warranty issue. They let me know when I picked it up they had not gotten to it. I mean, they only had the truck an entire day. 🙄 So this time I scheduled a week in advance to drop off the truck again today at 7 AM for the second oil service and warranty work. When I made the appointment I was told they’d get to it early if I dropped it off at 7 AM. By 3:30 PM I called and no one had even looked at it or done any service. So, I just came back and took my keys and left. Oh yeah, before I walked in a week ago to get my appointment I called and waited on hold for over 5-6 minutes TWICE before I had to give up and get back to work. I literally had to walk make my appointment in person. 👎🏼I rarely leave reviews, but this is one time I feel compelled to do so. . I’m not angry. I’m disappointed. I have generally low expectations on customer service these days. All you gotta do is be honest with me and try to keep your word. Dropping a vehicle off for service isn’t permission to put it off all day and not diagnose it until it’s just too late to fix it. I just don’t have time to make two or more trips. That’s why I planned ahead. It’s bad form to treat customer this way. You guys can do better.

As usual there is always something a mess at this place! I was told my bill was 59. Bucks go get my truck the bill is 75 bucks. Buying my truck from this place has been the worst experience and customer service l have ever had, lm going to a different gmc dealer to trade in my truck and hopefully I never have to go to this place again!

Our company truck was stolen from here during a service. They wiped the truck completely. And the manager wouldnt even talk to me on the phone. And went as far as saying someone with an extra key came and took it..they had no cameras and had no clue my truck was missing. A stranger called me because they were able to make out our phone number on the side of our spray painted truck. I was later informed by the broomfield police department that another truck was stolen from there..we lost over $50,000.00 worth of tools and equipment and ultimately had to shut down our buisness. Unfortunate for us we were not able to find any legal help. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible

I just got a new 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Fowler Chevrolet and had a great car-buying experience. Fowler Chevys team was wonderful, especially my sales contact, Doc Holliday. I think your tech did an alright job but left grease and oil all over the front of my hood. He rotated my tires but didn’t check or add any air.I also asked him about a problem with my screen and radio unit and he said I probably needed to do something with it but didn’t know what. When I came and picked up the car, another tech seemed to know that I needed to upgrade my software. That was the same thing Tall Tom told me last time I was in there!Now I am going to have to make another appointment to get that done!

Horrible customer service! Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time of 7:45 am. Specifically told them while scheduling that I need to know if the job would be completed the same day and I was assured it would be. Waited for updates all day and finally at 5:00pm I called to see what was going and and I was told my car wasn’t even touched yet! Picked up my vehicle and took it elsewhere to be repaired. I will never use Fowler Chevrolet again for any type of service. I should have know from my last oil change that took 3 hours!!

We had a horrible experience. Dropped our car off on a Tuesday morning at 9 AM by appointment. As of Thursday morning at 9 AM they hadn’t even looked at the car. We called the service line a few times over the two full days and no one answered. We had to call the sales office side and ask them what’s going on. Two days later we got a text message not even apologizing, just stating they haven’t got to it yet. So why make an appointment? They had a deadline of Friday and as of Thursday, they still hadn’t touched the car. We picked up our car and took it somewhere else. The service department didn’t even apologize for not getting to my car. they just brought my car around and handed me the keys and said there you go. We will never use Fowler Chevrolet again.

You have fixed my new 2021 Silverado with 6,000 miles on the odometer 5 times now and each time within a week it is back in your shop with the exact same problem, the first time the check engine light was on when I went to pick it up without even having driven it. It also was there for a month waiting on parts for one of these visits. I have been paying my loan payment for almost 2 months now without use of this vehicle which is ridiculous. It is still there now while you try to figure out what the root cause of the failure is on the 6th attempt. Everybody is friendly and helpful but that only gets you so far.

After service dropped the ball on getting back to me for over a month re: a recall, I finally was able to make an appointment to have the work done when they would have a loaner vehicle. This appointment was set 3 weeks in advance. I brought my car in and when I returned it at the end of the day I was told to keep the loaner because the work hadnt been done. Apparently, they didnt have the part. I took my vehicle back rather than drive the loaner indefinitely until they were able to finally do the work. I dont understand why the appointment was made if they didnt have the part and why I wasnt notified of this before the appointment. I lost time off work due to this lack of communication. I asked that I be notified when the part is in and they have a loaner so I can reschedule. If I dont get a response soon, Ill go to another dealership.

Horrible all around. Woman dont take your car here!!!!!Had a service axel locker message come up. Made appointment for Monday 9am. Dropped truck off Sunday night. Had to call with no answer for update Monday afternoon. So I texted and got a we will get to your car tomorrow for diagnostics. Next day nothing. Again had to text that afternoon for update. Was told hell get back to me. Never heard from from Tim. Text him to have manager call me 1st thing. Woke up to a very condescending text from Tim. Tim the service manager called and lied and acted like I knew nothing about trucks or how diagnostics work. Treated me like I was lucky to even be getting my truck looked at by them. Was told some diagnostics take 29days! Ended up being a false error as of now. No communication, horrible service and treated with no respect . NEVER AGAIN!

Took my car here for some warranty work on a Monday with an appointment. Was not looked at until Friday. Then the service advisor tells me GM won’t cover my engine noise. Took it to King GM in longmont. They looked at it by 10:30 the day of my appointment, said the lifters will be replaced under warranty. The biggest problem with Fowler is that they knowingly lied to me multiple times, can’t speak for their quality of work as they never did anything. Highly recommend King GM.

Made a appointment for a oil change. Set the appointment online. Showed up at set time and the oil was changed in less than 30 min. No waiting other than that. Lounge was clean and organized. It was a little annoying that I had to make 3 trips to get my new car, and my old one home, with all the dealerships that are offering home delivery I’d have thought I would have gotten some help. Everyone was very kind there, just inexperienced. The more I think about it, I really feel taken advantage of with buying the $500 EnviroShield warranty for spills on seats and carpets, and I was told I’d get a box of their cleaning products to take home. Then I leave the car to be detailed, and I pick it up with the stains still on the seats and carpets, and salesperson said they couldn’t get them out!!! Also was told they used the cleaning products on the car! I feel like I was swindled out of the $500, since Fowler owns EnviroShieldUpdate: After contacting the salesman, the manager, writing this review and telling Chevrolet what my experience was, I have received no response from anyone!!! I recommend NOT trying Fowler. They are losing my business. My brother was looking at a vehicle on their lot, and after hearing this is going elsewhere. And, my parents are here from FL and wanted to get a vehicle just like mine. After hearing about this experience they are going to another dealer! They lost 2 sales over what could have been solved with a little customer service!

Id give them negative stars if possible. They will make up an arbitrary timeline they have no intention to make and never communicate anything along they way. If you call them to try and get an update someone will take your information and they will never call you back. The one time they did call us was to say they just need one more hour and 3 hours later we finally got our vehicle back (and they werent even able to fix the major issue it was taken in for). Utterly terrible service department. Take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

Dont waste your time here. Came in for a simple scheduled oil change, took almost 4 hours. Requested tires to be rotated, staff didnt want to do it and came up with some excuse. Not a friendly place either. This was my third time coming to this location and it seems to get worse each time.

I had made an oil change appointment with Fowler Chevrolet for 9:30 AM. I had arrived on time and was forced to wait over 20 minutes to check in my vehicle. I had sent a message at 1:30 PM asking how much longer it would be for my vehicle to be completed and never received a response back. So, at 3:00 PM I called to see if it was completed and I was told it would be done in 45 minutes. I finally arrived to pick it up at 4:20 PM and my vehicle was still in the shop. At this point I was annoyed. It wasnt the first time it has been like this at Fowler. I have received this kind of service repeatedly before. I was hesitant to make the appointment this time and it will definitely be the last. I would not recommend the service center at Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield.

Really not satisfied with the service. It took too long. They crashed into my Tahoe and ruined the bumper. The transmission issue wasnt fixed and Im pretty sure they forgot to change the oil. Garbage. They claim theyre replacing the bumper but suffice it to say Im not returning.

Scheduled service online as recommended; for Oil change, recall notice, check front brakes. The Online System had no early appts so I scheduled 10:30. An Attendant called me the day before to confirm & told me the work would probably require next day pick up. She said I should have scheduled earlier. I told her I scheduled the first available appt. Suddenly she had a 8:15 opening that I took.The online registration gave me a 10% discount on any service.The Service attendant called me and said my front rotors were warped. New rotors & pads would be $630+ . I was pretty shocked at the cost given I had never paid that much for similar work anywhere before re brakes on any vehicle Ive owned. I began to ask questions. Turns out only one rotor was slightly warped so I suggested Machining rotors and replacing the shoes. The attendant said yes that would be good and the new price dropped over $200. I approved and the work was done & and I picked up my truck the following day. All is good since.I was disappointed in this failure to give me options from the beginning, it causes distrust. Also I experienced significant lack of timely communications re the initial brake diagnosis, I had to call in late in the day to get answers. I made multiple calls & text attempts to reach the service dept and left voice communication with the operator who promised to get a message to the Service man but nothing came of that either until the end of the day. Finally the Service man called, apologized and said there were staffing problems recently. I picked up the truck but no 10% discount was applied. Service man signed a dealership business card promising to give me a free oil change next time. I said okay but left the entire 2 day experience feeling that I need to find another dealership to do my service work.

I waited for my High Country while the oil was changed and tires rotated. Unfortunately it took several hours, but I understand there was a problem with the new automated appointment scheduling system. The service manager profusely apologized, and he graciously comped my service without my asking. I have purchased two Silverados from this dealership and have been coming to it for all service needs for sixteen years. Went to Fowler Chevrolet after shopping a few dealerships looking for a diesel Tahoe. The other dealers dodged every question I had and just kept trying to get me to come into the dealer with my vehicle for a trade valuation seemingly before they’d help. I saw Fowler had a diesel RST and inquired, and Doc had me come take it for a test drive.Instantly fell in love with it and next step was finding one with the options I wanted While no one around seemed to have the ability, Fowler was able to order in a High Country to my specifications. Always keeping me posted, It came in weeks early, so early that I hadnt readied my car for sale, Fowler made me a fair offer on trade in, another issue I’ve run into with other dealersThe whole process took 2 hours, and I was out the door with my brand new vehicle. All in all I would highly recommend Fowler Chevrolet, as well as Doc for any vehicle purchases. The whole staff there was wonderfully polite and not pushy at all, and I’d feel confident working with anyone at the dealership for another vehicle.

I made an appointment for 7 am for an oil change, clerk that checked me in talked me into a cabin and intake air filter, I agreed since those are pretty easy. I did not get my car back until 12pm. I don’t understand why I made an appointment if I was going to be treated like first come first serve. When I picked my car up I found on my receipt that they added a fuel system cleaning which was $70 and then an hour of labor, so I went in for an oil change that ended up costing $240 the clerk did not notify me of the additional costs aside from the filters. Every time I have gone to this service center they either take for ever, check me in wrong, or don’t do all the work they were going to do. This is my 4th time there and every time has been a disappointing experience.

I haven’t given any place a 1 star before but the service department at Flowlers was awful.I took my car in for an oil change and to check a leak in my anti-freeze.I dropped the car off at 8 on a Wednesday and it wasn’t done until that Friday afternoon.The leak was the issue, and I wasn’t upset about them needing the car for a couple of days.What I give them a 1 star for is the horrible communication from them. For the two days they needed to keep the car, there was no notification that they were going to need to do so from them. I had to text them to find out where my car was. In addition, while I was there I heard another customer complaining about the same treatmentOn Thursday they said I could have my car if I needed it but it was undrivable due to one of the techs having left a light on over night and they ruined the battery.And now, after they “fixed” the leak, my car is leaking again.Don’t take your car here unless you absolutely have to.

We literally test drove 7 cars and the Equinox from Fowler was the winner! The salesmen that was helping us, Doc, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The sales team was great at helping us find the right payment type and amount even though we asked them to quote about 4 different payment scenarios. Our orientation to our car post purchase was thorough and enlightening...make sure to ask if your car has secret umbrella holders! Overall, we got an awesome family car, at a great price, from helpful people. If you’re in the market for a new car I would highly recommend checking them out!!

I showed up at the BUSY service center at the dealer where I bought my car later in the evening WITHOUT an appointment or calling ahead. I had a tire that I wasn’t sure why it was going flat, then holding air for awhile then many days later deflating again. Alex came out in the twilight, stayed there until he & another tech found out what it was I needed done to my tire, fixed it temporarily & aired it back up. He also wrote detailed notes of which tires should be replaced & how the others should be rotated, even ordering the tire before I left so it would arrive the next day before I did. I was very stressed when I arrived, though I felt like it was under control by the time I left. It may not sound like such a big deal, but I’m a teacher, this is the first week is school & I work out East on i70, so I felt such relief! Thank you for such excellent customer service, Alex!

This was my first visit to Fowler Chevrolets Service Department. Horace was my Service Advisor. He was excellent; friendly but professional. My Cruze was simply due for an oil and filter change but luckily he reminded me to change my cabin air filter. I had thought about asking for that because of all the smoke in the air lately, but at the moment, I forgot it. He didnt. Thanks Horace. Everything went as scheduled. He sent me texting and phone instructions to contact him. Service was done on time for the price quoted up front. I WILL be back for future services.

We worked with Paul Fowler and were quite pleased with the entire experience. First, he did not make a face when we said we only wanted to spend $10K like they did at Sill TerHar down the street.Then he showed us something that ticked all our boxes: 4-door, automatic, room for a large left foot to rest while driving (youd be surprised!), good mileage, and a reasonable number of miles logged - it even had the bonus of a hatchback.We drove it and loved it and bought it on the spot, knowing that as it had been on the lot only a short time (had not even been inspected yet) it was not going to last.He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. And Juan in finance was a pleasure (usually they keep the crabby old guys back there).When the inspection was done, there were a few things that needed attention and some for consideration down the line. They did one of the preventive things for us and gave us a write-up of what to look for down the road.And it was ready Wednesday instead of Saturday - woot!We would definitely recommend the dealership in general and Paul in particular.

This was a joke, terrible communication from the start. Conflicting stories from service department depending on who you talk to. Truck was never looked at by a technician even was told it was.Had to show up to dealership to get answers could not get a call or text back from service department. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Very disappointed I have purchased several vehicles from here over last 20 years and always had good service.Fowler must have different views on the customer than Century.

If I could do zero I would. Sceduled a oil change had a appointment for week. Dropped off suppose to be completed by end of day. They didnt even touch it that day and gaurrenteed it would be done by following day before noon. 135pm and still have not touched the truck. Falls suit to all the other reviews. Highly recommend going elsewhere

I’m always able to get in when needed even when it’s day off & see my Favorite Tall Tom- ticket 911!!! He gives great advice on what services are need to be done for Our 2015 Impala with 113k miles. Mark, Oz, and Tall Tom have done a great job with my experience. Each one of them greets me by name, show interest, and concern if needed. My experience purchasing my car from Century was complete trash. The worst. The reason I’ll be buying the Electric Colorado or Silverado from Fowler is because of the 3 guys I mentioned at the top. Great job, guys. As you’re re-branding to Fowler and customer success, I recommend buying a car wash and plopping it right next door in the vacant bank. A free basic car wash should come with each visit and this asset will provide income from outsiders if it’s a good one and competitively priced. You could even contract it out to other dealers near by.

John said the reason for this is because two people had quit and they put them behind. Asked for a tire rotation to be done with my oil change, wasn’t told about it NOT being done when checking out. Looked at the paper work and notice the paper work said “tire rotation not needed”. It’s been 5k miles since I last did my tire rotation. I do it with my oil changes. It not being done makes me question if the BG MOA that I’m paying for is being added to my motor. I’ve lost a lot of confidence in this dealer. This is the 2nd time this service department has failed to do what I have asked.

700 miles from home and the Traverse starts sounding like a drag racer. Have to admit I was a little nervous about where a visitor would fit in the service line. Never to worry. John took a quick look, got it on the rack and had the solution in an hour. Unfortunately needed a significant part so I returned the next day and they had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I drive over 20K miles a year and this was my best Chevy service experience ever.

I had a poor experience at the Fowler Chevrolet Service department. The communication was so poor. I had my car towed there on Friday morning and they said it might be Tuesday before they could get to it (no problem). I got a text message with a link to a diagnostic report and service recommendations on Tuesday around 11:30 am but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to talk to me about it until Wednesday at 4pm. I tried responding to the text as well as calling the service department. Each time I called, Patty (she was nice) said she was leaving a message with the technician assigned to my vehicle. Unfortunately he he wouldn’t return my calls. My husband left a voicemail with questions about the services needed as well, and no one returned his call either. I even left a message for the manager who also did not return my call. I just wanted to understand the recommendations before approving the service because the report said I needed a new battery, but I had just replaced the battery less than a prior. Shortly after I left the manager a message, I finally received a call from the technician (4pm on Wednesday). He asked if I had tried to reach him by text or phone and I said both. He said there was some issue with the text system and left it at that. The technician said that the battery I had recently purchased was faulty. I asked him when my car would be finished, and he said he’d have to call me right back, but he did not. I tried texting, and there was no response. I tried calling Friday at 11:30, and there was no answer. I called again, and I ended up on hold for a long time before finally getting the tech on the phone who told me that my car would be ready today (Thursday). I got a text message around 2;30 saying that my car was finished, so it seems like the text system is working. We won’t go back as this is the second time something like this has happened.I’m not upset that my car was there from Friday to Thursday. I’m not upset that I needed a new battery. I’m upset that the communication was SO poor and that the manager didn’t bother to call me. I’m a manager in my own line of work, and staff often perform in the way thats modeled for them. If the manager doesn’t communicate or respect the customer enough to return a call, then the other staff will do the same. I know at this moment in time, all businesses are understaffed, so I was patient in every communication I actually had with the folks at Fowler. But they’ve lost my business for sure.

It just took almost 3 weeks to order a set of struts and other common suspension parts for one of the most widely produced domestic vehicles in the US.

Got an oil change & tire rotation at Fowler on a Wednesday. Took my vehicle to Brakes Plus 3 days later for shocks & noticed oil on the asphalt at my home. I called Brakes Plus to check plug & filter. They informed me the filter was not as tight as it should be & fixed it. I tried to call Fowler on Monday to tell my experience, but the service desk didnt answer. This is my first incident after 6 yrs of patronizing Century Chevrolet.

Tall Tom, Mike and Mark in the Service department are amazing. From the second I first showed up they were extremely nice and helpful. Through out the whole process of fixing my car they kept me updated on what was going on and what they were doing. I was hesitant about what they told me, due to my experience at the last place I brought my car and they assured me that they double checked everything and made sure they fixed the issue. They provided me the reassurance I needed to have confidence in the repairs. They suggested other services but did not pressure me when I decided to not move forward with them this time.
