Elijah was really awesome to work with! I hadnt purchased a new car in ~7 years, so I felt a little new to the whole experience again. He was super helpful with all of the questions I had, and definitely helped guide me on what to do in order to get the car and stay within my budget. He worked with me quickly and I was able to by the car the same day I test drove it. He even had it all looked over one more time for me and had the car ready for me to drive off the lot the very next day. The quality and value of what I found was top notch. I would definitely recommend connecting with Elijah if youre interested in buying a car!

I called the service department to ask if I had to have the windshield calibrated after having it replaced. They said yes, it had to be calibrated by them so I scheduled an appointment. I had to leave my home at 6:30 am to make sure I was on time for the 8:00 appointment. I arrived on time. There were exactly two people ahead of me. I took a HOUR to get checked in only to find out that the person I had originally scheduled with was wrong and I didn’t have to have it calibrated. WORST SERVICE EVER. 2.5 hours in the car and an hour wait for absolutely nothing. I can’t imagine why it would possible take an hour to check someone in but I will definitely find a different service department.

Ive been meaning to write this for a while. Great purchase experience, loved the car, horrible service department.The service department of this dealership cannot keep up with the volume of the sales. We own an Audi and a BMW, and Land Rover would do well to get trained by these other brands.Absolutely loved our LR4 and would have instantly purchased a Range Rover if it were not for the constantly backed up service department. You have to wait weeks for an appointment, and there are rarely loaners available. Have an immediate issue? Good luck getting your car in there looked at within a few days - it just wont happen.Meanwhile I can swing by Audi and BMW for fluid top offs without even calling, and Im in and out within 30 minutes.I hope Land Rover improves their service department, as we love the cars but simply wont deal with the antiquated service department.

Purchased our 2019 Land Rover Discovery in Colorado Springs, we live closest to the Flatirons dealership for service.Within the first week of ownership, noticed our back moonroof would not open and would gather. Easily scheduled an appointment for service with the helpful service assistant.Upon taking the car in, the Service Manager immediately climbed on top of our car and noticed a few scratches and dents to the antenna and surrounding area. While we appreciate the observation, the service manager aggressively and insistently told us our interior moonroof issue was absolutely not going to be covered under warranty due to these exterior dents. We had not asked about warranty coverage, simply wanted a diagnostic of the moonroof and next steps. The assumptions were extremely off putting as they had not even opened the requested area up and immediately lost trust in what was to happen next as we did not feel comfortable leaving our car. We scheduled an appointment on a Thursday at 7am and they had not gotten to the requested diagnostics until 3pm the next day after following up a few times. When the call came in, the service department still had not opened the car for diagnostics but let us know the part that was assumed to be needed was not in production due to COVID and they would not open the car up until they could order the part- understandable. However, the part MAY be under warranty, but if not we could be responsible to pay $1500 if it’s not covered. They cleaned our car and waived the diagnostic fee which was generous, however the actual customer service and ambiguity of potential work and timeline is unsettling.A few weeks after, we got a flat tire on I-70. I called in to parts to see if they had a matching tire and worked with Robin who was lovely and helpful. Robin let us know there were 4 matching tires with an invoice on them holding for another customer from July- this should’ve been a red flag. She followed up and said we could have one of the tires. We brought the car in for a replacement and the same service manager looked over the car. They performed the tread wear test and noticed the other tires had a 5, 7 and 8. New tires have an 11. The service manager told us we needed to replace ALL tires. My boyfriend walked out, knowing that you don’t replace tires before their HALF LIFE. The service manager didn’t even recommend replacing the 2 lowest, it had to be all 4.Unfortunately, the very helpful parts manager showed their cards. Someone in July must have had a similar issue with this service department and said no way, we are going to a tire store or another dealership and now we are doing the same. At this time, we were quoted $2000 for tires ( they charge $150 more per tire than a tire store), plus the additional $1500(maybe) for the moonroof….we have yet to make our first car payment!!!!!!!!!We own retail businesses, both come from self employed families and understand the importance of internet reviews. I don’t think I have ever left a negative google review however there is a large need for this service department to see why Land Rover has a terrible reputation. We tried this dealership twice for our service, but will not be returning for future maintenance or our next purchase.I love my Discovery but avoid Land Rover Flatiron service department.

Mark Handyside was exceptional to work with. I’ve been searching for a Discovery for several months and I’m lucky to have found one through this dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. I had a terrible experience at my local Land Rover dealer in Colorado Springs and so I was reluctant to work with another Land Rover dealership but Mark and his team changed my mind. It all made me feel at ease about my vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mark.

Called parts for pricing and availability on a windshield for a customer. I own a glass business. The gentleman who answered provided me List price only. When I asked him for part number since he would not provide me cost, he hung up on me. Wish I got his name, Dean maybe.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I went to look at a vehicle, and we wanted to take the night to decide whether we wanted to purchase this vehicle. I called first thing in the morning once they opened for the day and told them that we intended to purchase this vehicle and would come in once we were off work for the day and we made an appointment as well as started the paperwork for financing. We were never told by the salesman we were working with that we needed to put a deposit down on the car and then an hour before we were going to go purchase the car the General Sales Manager let another salesman sell the car to his mother since it was his mother. I recommend to never do business with this dealership and we for sure will never buy a car from them in the future.

They were very helpful and appraised my current vehicle doing what they could to still get me something even though it had significant hail damage. Ashley was very thorough and made sure that I didnt have any questions or reservations. Her manager Eric even helped with some things, going out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Have never once had a live person answer the phone in the service department. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail and then it is a crapshoot on when I get a call back. And then when I do get an appointment for service, the staff acts like they are doing me a favor.

I have an F type jaguar. I took it for a service at the Flatirons location. In addition it needed an internal warranty panel replaced. In the process of replacing the panel they damaged another and had to order it in. They had the car about three weeks. In of itself, not their fault they didnt have the parts and had to order them in, accidents happen and they replaced the part they damaged and didnt try and hide it.BUT, in all that time they called my once to give me an update. I called them at least a dozen times to leave messages and eventually had to call the sales department (of course they always pick up) and they went to the back to find someone. I never got a single apology for the delay, or for not calling me back. When i picked up the car i asked to see the manager, he was out, but the lady said she would let him know. No contact from him since i got the car last week.Poor service and people that dont follow through with promises - very disappointing.Since this post i got a call from Jeff who is the service manager. He apologized for the issues and said he was new to the location and would use this feedback to improve the staff service. We agreed 90% of the issue was communication. I am optimistic after speaking to Jeff that he will get things corrected. I have changed by rating accordingly.

I bought a new Defender from JLR Flatirons in mid Dec. The process was easy just needed to wait for the vehicle to arrive. This is where things went bad quickly. I went through the process of purchasing the vehicle (no problems at all) and then took my vehicle home. This is where it went bad, the vehicle had a problem before I left the dealer. It took three weeks to fix the problem (disappointing). Why the lower rating, it would seem that the vehicle was never pre-inspected before I took possession. Instead, just get the quick sell and let JLR figure how to fix the problem. Now that in itself is a 1 rating. However, the dealer did give me a loaner and had great communication with the service department with daily updates even when there wasnt much to report. I appreciate that! I am not recommending Land Rover or this dealer at this time as I dont think they are concerned with customer satisfaction or quality. Also recommend reading the reviews on Landroverusa.com as there are well known issues with the Defender and I didnt do my own research as I should have (my bad). The rating will hopefully go up over the years as the relationship could become better with Land Rover and the dealer.

I worked with many staff here over the course of the last year on a pet project 63 IIA. I know Im not the main clientele, but my experience speaks to just how professional these guys are. The whole staff was lovely to work with and very patient. I worked with Jake in service department and all I can say is however much he is making per hour, he still deserves a raise. The guy was just a gem and an exemplar of the kind of guy youd want wrenching on your truck. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and more than that able to explain things thoroughly to idiots like myself. Highly recommend this place.

What can I say about my experience at Flatirons Land Rover.. First, i would say that this dealership is run with the absolute highest integrity, both the General Manager and Sales Manager were incredible. I found myself in a very precarious position and I was dealt with in the most honorable way imaginable. Second, I would tell you that if you are in the market for a Land Rover, Range Rover or Jaguar you would be doing yourself a disservice not to go and check out Flatirons Land Rover..

I am a customer and up until the last few weeks a very happy customer. I am trying to get my vehicle in for service and to speak to a service advisor on new tires and upgrades. I have left email message through their services website, 4 voicemails to their services department. It has now been two full weeks since I first reached out and zero response. You would think a commercial business that prides themselves in customer service would call a customer back on service inquiries. Extremely disappointed in their customer engagement.

I filled out a random website questionnaire online seeking Jaguars dealers near me on Thursday evening, at 8 am Friday morning Aaron Sanders called me. He asked what I was looking for and he got to work right away, I had told him that I wanted to wait 6mo. But he had exactly what I wanted coming in that day. So Saturday I went to Broomfield. Aaron had told me in advance he was going to be busy with other clients, but to come up anyway. So when I got there Eric one of the managers met me and started helping me. He got keys to all the vehicles I was interested in, then I was introduced to Karina whom helped me with test drives and paper work. so needless to say that Sat I got a Jaguar. It was still in the delivery packaging so I went back on Mondays to pick it up. And met with Aaron who showed me all the gadgets on the car and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this team to anyone searching for a car they are very helpful and considerate. I have received emails from all of them asking how it is going and offering any help if needed. Definitely an A team.

I recently took my Range Rover Supercharged to this facility for a rear tail light replacement. When I was trying to figure out what needed to be done, I had average to slightly above average customer service.Once I bought the part (ahead of getting the car serviced) I stopped getting all communications. I left messages and sent emails to get an appointment but I never received a call back. These were the same methods I used to find out the information and secure my part purchase initially. When I finally got in contact with someone, they were two weeks booked out. I asked if they had windshield wiper blades for replacement as well, and was told they always have them so there is no need to purchase them over the phone beforehand.When I got to the service center the day of, I was told I would have to wait approximately 30 to 40 minutes. I chose to stay at the facility and was told where to wait. After 2 hours and no communication (no surprise there), I checked in and he said another 30 minutes. Also that they were out of my wiper blades so I needed to come back the next week. So, after 3 hours total of waiting and a month of phone tag, I got a 35 minute tail-light replacement and needed to schedule a time to come back for the windshield wiper blade service.The communication was terrible, scheduling was a hassle, and the wait times (for both an appointment and the service itself) were completely excessive. I will not be returning.

Our Sales representative Jamaica was the most informed and easiest sales professional we have encountered in many years. Her patience and knowledge of the vehicle (Range Rovers) allowed us to make the best choice, with no pressure, no misinformation, none of the negative most people report when buying vehicles. It was simply a fantastic experience. I want to say the rest of the team there was outstanding as well. The service manager, the finance person, the title admin, the tech expert they have to help or explain any systems were all wonderful!We also had an older LR4 serviced and Paul Gifford in service took care of us and unlike so many other dealers, his estimate, his time to complete and the work done was perfect. Communication with him was exemplary, just as it was with Jamaica. I’m going to be very honest with this review, the customer service was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and I got a test drive on a 2020 Evoque SE model in less than 10 minutes. The experience was great and I loved the vehicle. I personally selected the evoque because there was a national lease deal for that specific trim “Range Rover Evoque SE”. After I mentioned that to the sales person they claimed that it was a big mistake or confusion by Land Rover headquarters, so the lease price they offered me was more than double the price for the same advertised vehicle. I find it very disappointing that as a franchise dealership, these national deals should be honored regardless the situation. I mean jumping from a monthly lease payment of 409 to 800+ dollars for the same advertised vehicle is a shame. In my personal experience as a business man I’ve done up to 30-50% discounts on merchandise and services honoring legitimate offers my supervisors developed. That’s how customer service works and that is how you earn a loyal customer

Im am so frustrated after reading the other reviews on here, as my experience was quite the opposite. So many people have commented that the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. That was far from my experience. I walked around the property, including through the show room this past Saturday for nearly an hour. I walked past several sales personnel, as well as the receptionist. Not only did no one offer to help me, no one even made eye contact with me. They instead bantered about some game while I looked up the information I was seeking on my phone. Apparently I didnt look like I was worth their time as other customers were helped while I was there. I was so deeply offended. I had planned on my next vehicle being a Discovery, but not after being treated like that.

Went there without an appointment. After waiting around for 15 minutes, finally one of the service writers acknowledge me. He then had the service manager go with me for a test drive. The service manager took the car and updated the firmware. That did not solve the problem.The next day, I found the problem which was the disconnected air intake pipe, connected it, and the problem was solved!

These people concentrate on you and your needs as a person and do not make you feel like a prey out there for the predators. Bob went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, give me great advice and to make sure that my new car was outfitted to my specifications. Most importantly, I felt that I was getting the car that was perfect for me. I love my new Range Rover Sport.The sales, finance and service departments were wonderful to work with. They were all willing to stay late on the day I purchased my car to make sure the process ran smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, Randy in the service department arranged to have my car picked up and delivered to my work in order to have my accessories installed as ordered. I own arguably the most reliable Range Rover that Land Rover has ever built. Part of the reason my Rover is so reliable is the service staff at Land Rover Flatirons. Paul Gifford and Bryan Cohen are amazing service guides. They know my Rover inside and out and keep my maintenance up to date. While it has been getting increasingly difficult to get timely appointments booked because of the popularity of this dealership, Paul and Bryan are the reasons that waiting a bit longer for an opening are definitely worth while.

I would HIGHLY advise sending your vehicle ANYWHERE else but here for service. As a LR dealership, I expected a reasonable level of repair quality and customer service but received the worst of any service quality and customer care that I ever have from anywhere that has worked on my vehicle. Paul Gifford and his team consistently lost information and sent me emails intended for other people, including an email where I was asked to call Paul because my voice mail box was full when he had never actually called me. When I did call immediately after, he said Who am I talking to? I never asked you to call me. Overall, my vehicle stayed at the dealership for a total of 5 days when I was told that it would be there for, at most, 2 days. During that time, I was told on multiple occasions that I would receive an update on my vehicle: tomorrow morning, this afternoon Paul kept sating... But against his word, I never received any update calls after the time that I had told Paul what I wanted done to repair the vehicle. I consistently had to reach out myself. As a matter of fact, I was very glad that I did call myself because when I did after a couple days of not hearing back I found that Paul had actually listed for my vehicle to incur multiple thousands of dollars in repairs that I did not ask to be made. At the time of Payment, Paul had listed incorrect information (including wrong phone number) and I was not able to pay through their system. I called Paul about this and he told me I dont have time to deal with this right now, I am with another customer. Try to figure it out and Ill call you when I get time! The Cherry on top of this ridiculous experience was added two weeks after I had finally decided to tow my car away from LR to a reputable shop. Paul sent me the email shown in this picture.

This location is by far the best for your Land Rover vehicle purchase. We had previously gone to the Denver location and they did not take us seriously and were unable to deliver the inventory. Nate Lynch and his team were awesome. He answered emails and texts timely and made us feel like he really valued our business. After one email we were able to come in for an appointment where our time was valued and we could view their inventory. The Range Rover Sports they had on the lot were missing some features we wanted so Nate did some research after closing on Friday night and found us our car within the hour of when we left. He called the dealership that evening and was able to arrange for our car to be shipped to Colorado and we LOVE IT! Id highly recommend this location over Denver and the wonderful people. Thanks for all the help, Nate. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

I looked all over the city and nothing compared to the condition and most importantly - the price of the vehicle. They priced the car very competitively. Luckily, we asked two other Land Rover mechanics (independent) to take a look. After three weeks of runaround without our car (we cant get that broken solenoid to come out but well keep trying, literally thats what they said) where we had to call each week to just get an update, we were finally told that a new transmission was needed for $7k to even begin to determine why it is stuck in 4L. We towed it away where the next folks confirmed that simply clearing the codes fixed everything, the dead battery last month had caused cant communicate errors to back up between the modules. Tranny good, fluid good, pan clear, drives great. Not just incompetent, actively trying to rip us off.

I purchased the vehicle out of my current state. I went to the dealership at the end of their business hours due to flying in from out of state. I was rushed into signing my paperwork and didnt even get a test drive to make sure it was in good condition. They spent 5 mins teaching me how to use my new features on the vehicle. THEY HAVE YOU SIGN A PAPER SAYING THEY ESTIMATE YOUR TAXES ON THE VEHICLE FOR YOUR CURRENT STATE ON A VERY LOW END. I am HAVING TO PAY. 500+ out of pocket plus late fees for sending out my paperwork late. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. THEY ALSO TELL YOU LIES AND WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT AFTER YOU LEAVE THE LOT. THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE SALE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO LIVE OUT OF STATE FROM THEM HAVING TO PAY THE VEHICLE TAX THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF. I brought my LR3 in for service and was prepared to the usual run around you get at dealers. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership had a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Once the truck was diagnosed, Paul took the time to review the issues and explain the options. We discussed the what needed to be done. Once we agreed on the work that needed to be completed, he gave me an estimate on the time it would take to get the vehicle repaired. Both the cost and time estimates were right on. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual repair costs were less than I had anticipated. Overall it was a great experience. I will return to Paul and the Flatirons team for the next service.

As a loyal customer to the now closed Arapahoe Imports up in Boulder I was hesitant to take my LR3 to a dealership. After an air suspension failure Flatirons got me in that day and quickly diagnosed the issue with excellent transparency of cost, time, and what was actually wrong. They needed my car for a few days and during the time I had a family emergency where I needed to get down to the Springs. My technician Chris went out of his way to get the car done before the expected completion date and considered a loaner if not. Overall great experience, these guys really stepped up when I needed it. I look forward to getting my service done here in the future.

Despite being in NYC and having had all our correspondences be via email and text, Christian, Mario and the entire Sales Team at Flatirons were incredibly responsive and helpful with my search and purchase of my XF Sportbrake. Not only were they 100% transparent with all the details of the deal, but they were incredibly generous with their offers for my trade and out the door pricing. What impressed me the most, was their professionalism, honestly, and integrity as a dealership. I had to order new key for my LR3. When I first phoned Land Rover Flatirons to order the key, Sean was very courteous and walked me through the process of what paperwork they needed to process the order. When they key arrived, the service center contacted me promptly and I was able to schedule an appointment for exactly when I wanted. When I arrived, Paul greeted me with a smile and immediately put me at ease. He was very personable and answered all my questions very thoroughly, and volunteered additional information about operating my vehicle that I greatly appreciated. I even had one last-minute request that I felt bad asking them to take a look at spur of the moment, but Paul happily obliged to take a peek at the other issue and advise me on how to proceed with it. My key was programmed in record time, they washed my vehicle, and I was on my way; they were very respectful of my time. I definitely plan to take my vehicle to Land Rover Flatirons for servicing in the future.

We bought our evoque on Christmas eve. I absolutely love it! Despite the fact they had to smash the drivers side window to get my purse out of the car because the battery died and would not unlock I still bring my car here for service. The 2 stars are for never being able to reach anyone over the phone. I had to have my car towed there and needed to know if theyd give me a loaner. No one answered so we headed down anyway, waited for 15 minutes at the service desk and finally told they were all booked out.I also question the giant inspection they claim to do on the pre owned cars. The coolant hose was zip tied down because the clip had broke. It was just services less than a month ago. How could they miss it???My next range rover will be bought somewhere else. I love these cars but am getting fed up with relations.
