I am severely disappointed in this Yankee Store, at which I (used to be) a regular customer.First and foremost: today, the day they release a major Halloween collection, they dont require customers to wear masks. With the delta variant raging, this goes against all common sense. They have the ability to enforce a mask policy, even if only for one very busy weekend. Thankfully I wore a mask, but, it felt more and more like a petri dish in there as I waited near the front of the line for 15+ minutes (WHY do two customers take so long to check out?). Well over half of customers werent wearing masks, and the line spilled out the door. Sorry but clearly, many customers are not trustworthy at this point in time. The rest of the store was also packed. If I contract covid, it will no doubt be from this store. I regret going in.Second: With their new Halloween collection, they were apparently only given 3 of each new item. Who the heck DOES that? What is wrong with Yankee Candle?! And these items arent even online. Anyway, it felt like I went in there for no reason because what I wanted wasnt even there.To summarize, this store doesnt have nearly enough of what its supposed to, and IT IS UNSAFE in terms of covid. Do NOT walk in there.I feel sorry for the staff. They are nice and hardworking, and they were wearing masks. Not sure if thats adequate protection, though. It is a shame.

I had a great experience at this Yankee Candle. Unfortunately the location closest to me closed down, so I had to find a new one, but I was certainly not disappointed. The two young ladies working there were very polite, considerate, attentive and happy to help me find exactly what I wanted. The assistant manager even had a coupon for a free gift for my store closing. They did not have a few of the scents I was looking for, but made up for it by being very patient and giving perfect recommendations on others I may like. They offered to order the missing scents online and offered to call other stores all to get me the precise candles I was hunting. In the end I left with several new flavors that I really dig and a great appreciation for how awsome those ladies made my experience. I will be giving this location my business from now on.

Awesome staff and great candle choices. My family comes in once a year for a candle and we are never disappointed by the selection and especially not by the staff.

Would be 5 stars, because theyre great here, but they have no candle recycling program!

The staff is always very friendly, helpful and they are very passionate about candles. This is one of our go-to stops at the mall. We will keep coming back.

I came in a few times because I was having issues finding a good fragrance for a small room. (Most of the plug ins are too potent). Deb was really nice and hospitable. But when I came in today to return the potent-smelling items, there was a different girl, younger redhead, with an attitude. She seemed all pissy that I wanted to return a candle. I could tell she was not happy to be making the return and snapped at me Well I wont be able to put the beads back on the shelf since you opened them Okkkkk. Sorrry? Then, I asked her if she could recycle the bag for me and she says, Uh, i mean, yeah , i can just throw it away, if thats what you mean Ummmm, no thats not what I meant.But 3 stars because Deb was really nice and she actually deserves 5 stars

They said buy 3 get 3 free EVERYTHING in store, so I picked out the 6 candles I wanted and went to check out, they then told me that the candles I picked out werent part of that deal. But I thought it said EVERYTHING I guess what I thought was everything wasnt. Disappointment.
