Do not recommend. Unreliable, unprofessional and unsafe.Our “1 week” project took 3 months. Dates and commitments were repeatedly missed. Lack of communication on issues or whether they were even going to show up, as stated.R&F removed our main stair railing and did not install a safety railing. We spent months without a railing which was hazardous and there were 2 falls.The commitment to make up for the fiasco of the railing installation was never delivered. In their own words, R&F “dropped the ball” again. Then R&F ghosted us, so they would not have to uphold that commitment.All in all, dealing with R&F was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. R&F wasted our time and created a hazardous situation in our home. Would not recommend.
