Honestly, one of the worst experiences ever. We had a flood back in June of 2021 and set up to where their people would come do the floor for us, well fast forward to November 2021 and they still haven’t came, everytime they’re scheduled to come something comes up to them. I get they’re super busy but when it happens for 5 months straight it just is b.s. at this point we need a discount spending thousands and they can’t even hold their end of the deal. Horrible.

I love this place because I always get great advice and deals on my refinishing projects! Thanks to the Home Depot I was able to refinish this sewing machine cabinet I found on the side of the road by sanding the top, staining it, and then painting the bottom black. Then I was able to sell it for fifty dollars! This is definitely my number one stop for all my furniture refinishing needs!

We purchased windows and install 6/7/21. 8/20 they claimed to have received them. They claim its due to permitting issues but we are not changing shape or size.then they said it was a problem with the egress which shouldn’t matter since we are not changing windows in the basement. We still don’t have windows installed as of today when they had estimated install of 8/2/21. Went to the Broomfield home depot store where we made the agreement and they claim they can’t help us because they already contracted the job out. Terrible terrible service. Will not book any big job through home depot again!

Store is always clean but if youre looking for staff assistance, good luck. You always end up spending a bit of time looking for staff to answer a quick question

Had some plumbing done. DFR and Steadfast did a great job! On time, super professional and good sense of humor at that. FYI, HD is a great place to bring your dog.

I only gave them three stars because they didnt have the products that I wanted. And they didnt have them the last time. I know covid has really hit all companies very hard, but just so you know I would call them first, because theyre out of a lot.

I asked an employee to look in a box I couldnt reach for a product I was suspicious was within said box.He told me they probably dont have it even though their system says they have several because people steal. When I asked if he could just look he said he could look at another store. I asked again if he could look in the box and he said there are seven in Westminster. So... I guess about what one would expect from the Home Depot

The layout of this Home Deopt is quite convoluted. I found myself wandering a couple of times just to find a the counterparts of products that I was looking for on an opposite wall. The planning could be improved to be more intuitive. That being said I did end up finding most of what I needed. And the employees are very nice and a great help. If they polish up their merch sorting to be more intuitive then they earned the missing star.

The Home Depot (120th and Sheridan) is fantastic. I have found their staff to always provide exceptional customer service. You’ll find what your looking at The Home Depot. Shelves are kept clean and well organized & their garden center can’t be beat. I really appreciate the fact that they offer a veterans discount- it is very appreciated!

Very nice selection of annual and perennial plants, way better than competition box store, with lower prices and higher quality than the garden center I normally go to. Everything I planted is doing exceptionally well with lots of new blooms just two weeks later.

They are great. I love the fact that I see young and old people working there. Experience matters and younger peeps are wicked smart!

Went to look at portable air conditioners store had 4 types two were in brown boxes with no product info on the boxes no btu or square ft info. Finally found a person to ask he looked at them for a second then said theyre all the same & walked off. $150.00 price difference & theyre the same? Nope not buying a plain brown box for $479.00

I had an issue matching paint based on a faded chip. When we found out it was the sheen that was the issue, the paint guys let me exchange the original gallon at no cost which is unheard of once it’s mixed. Thanks! It’s always a good experience working with the paint group.

Easiest way to waste a morning. Needed 4 lights asked 6 different people to pull them down wail I waited 45 minutes. Watching two employees standing at end of isle talking about personal items. Best way to kill profit in a job when electricians stand and wait while I wait to be helped.

Very helpful even though we were there 15 minutes before closing! We found what we needed and were out the door in less than 10 minutes! Huge selection!

Light bulbs in 2 different places in the store but that you have paper towels and toilet paper with light bulbs makes no sense. And to top it off you dont have 3500 K T8 bulbs

Im handicapped. Not to noticeable. But they were friendly and helpful. I went in for 3 bags of top soil and 10 bags of river rock. They loaded my cart and put in my car as well. Lowes wont do this without asking

Customer service were chill and patient in finding options for an even exchange.Not service related, but location wise: the parking/area is really cramped for cars to park easily and safely.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful! Except when you have an issue and need someone at the management level. The managers here are seriously the worst representation you could have as a corporation.

I bought a washer and dryer. The washer is so loud. I looked through the paperwork that came with and it states how loud it is. They even had videos I could look up to hear how loud it is. I went in to talk to Adam the manager of appliances. Just so happens his manager was with him. After I explained what was going on Adams manager (he never gave me his name) said returns have to be within 48 hours. I asked why his sales associates didnt relay this information to me. The manager said they dont know about that. Well as for myself being a manager for 27 years my employees new everything needed on the product we sold. They stand around all the time waiting for customers. Maybe they should be learning about the product on their down time. The manager said contact GE they will have to send someone out to fix it. Again, I told him the paperwork states its just this loud. He handed me a piece of paper with the number to GE. He was very rude in the way he talked to me. He didnt want to give me the time a day. I have spent so much money at this store. I will definitely not go back to Home Depot. I will tell everyone I know about this situation.

We ordered our carpet on March 11th and paid for it. I picked that carpet because it was in stock.. The day before it was to be installed on March 19th. Home Solution called and let us know that our carpet didnt ship and was moved out til April 6th. Another 2 1/2 weeks out. So we went to the store to talk with someone. We were told that something happened with the orders in the computer. We let them know that our house was to be on the market by April 1st. We couldnt even get pictures done since all the furniture was moved into the other rooms and we were sleeping in the basement. So the lady working the issues. The carpet was shipped and arrived at the staging location on March 24. The lady called Home Solutions to let them know we needed this installed ASAP. Home Solutions apparently didnt care they kept us scheduled for April 6. I would not recommend purchasing carpet from Home Depot unless they find better place to get carpet installed. I will let you know the employees at Home Depot are great and the gentleman that installed the carpet was awesome.So unfortunately I have no idea how many buyers for our home was missed by this delay.

I like Home Depot because they have products that you can’t get everywhere. I’ve had a couple disappointment Home Depot always made it right. If Menards were in Colorado, I would go there.

Made and order for double door and staff insured my customer the door would be here no later than sept15 and we would have tracking order emailed to us by Sept 7. I called everyday trying to get a track order and they gave me the customers phone for that tracking number. Ive been into the store several times trying to track the door to only find out they had no number period they believe the door is in Denver now but have no way of letting me know when I will receive it. I was given a phone number and possible track number and told good luck.

Apparently the only reason they have employees is so they can be rude to customers and tell them they have to self serve by doing self checkout and ordering on-line. They are too lazy to show you where to find anything, take a phone order, or check availability of an item. Yes, this means you Broomfield store and all your horrible staff. Not interested in a canned response or fake apology. Just get your act together!!

Wow. I ordered online last night about 10 pm and this morning I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I was thinking the pickup would take a while but they had both my pieces ready and set aside. I wasnt in the store for more than 10 minutes! Efficient from start to finish. New storm door.

Good location, had good selection and inventory. They didnt have a voltage tester for AA/AAA batteries, but the associate directed me where I could buy one.

Judy in Kitchen Design is incredible! She was incredibly patient with me and was able to make my dream kitchen come alive! Designing a kitchen is an overwhelming task and Judy made it so easy and fun! I highly recommend the kitchen design services here!!

I purchased a grill from this Home Depot a few days ago and received customer service that went above and beyond my expectation.

Went in with a broad idea of what I wanted for a project and Wright answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction, and went the extra mile cutting numerous things for me. Left happy and had a clear idea in my head of what i wanted!

This home Depot is a mixed bag . While some of their customer service is outstanding especially on the lumber end, getting help at the customer service desk is hard to do. At this particular store you have to rent the trucks at the customer service. I waited a very long time because they didnt have enough people there. The lady that finally helped me was very friendly and courteous. When I returned the truck there were some young ladies working. One of them accused me of saying okay sarcastically. Like one of the weird fights you get into in a long-term relationship where your partner hears a tone. I dont even know what that means or what she wanted but I just wanted to return the truck and get my receipt. Very frustrating.

This Hm D appears to have less of a crowd, and seems to have a better inventory over other stores in North Denver. They were one of only two stores that had the Dewalt orbital sander in-stock that I was after, and also had a nice pile of oak furniture grade plywood in-stock;) Made my trip a one stop shop ;)

I needed several items to install a bathroom sink, toilet and sink. Dennis helped me find everything I needed, and advised me of things I didnt think about. He provided exceptional customer service with a professional attitude!

I ordered carpet to be installed and that was a breeze. People at the store were awesome. Install did not go as planned. I reached out to the store after the installers walked. I was told there was feces on my carpet, which there was not. I had multiple spill stains and my son had dropped BBQ sauce which he neglected to clean up. I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee to cancel my order even though a home depot employee had come to my house and seen it beforehand. I do understand that employee was there to measure but in his write up he did mention another stain we had from a prior leak so it baffles me that the other stains were not mentioned. Im certain a large nationwide retail business like Home Depot could afford to absorb the $275 restocking fee but the manager on wouldnt refund that so here we are. I will be a Lowes customer from here on out. Please see my review for HOM solutions as well if you are thinking about using Home Depot for your flooring projects.

I have always been treated pretty good with Home Depot. However I will never ever purchase a Samsung appliance from them or any store again. Took 2 months for them to deliver me a dryer. Not only was my appliance damaged upon original delivery but the replacement was lost in the warehouse due to a tracking number mix up. Not at any time did Samsung seem to care or attempt to step up to try to fix this discrepancy. I had to make up to 11 calls to Samsung (11 different representatives) over a 2 month period along with a few calls to Home Depot to check in on my purchase. Spent at least 4 hours total of my own time tracking my purchase and providing myself with updates. Home Depot did actually show consideration and took initiative to also make phone calls to finally get me my product. I reached out to Samsung to see if they would provide me any type of compensation for my time. Nope. So in the end the only fault was my own for purchasing the product.

This is my usual store and their customer service is always excellent. I had to visit the store for an essential Item that I ordered for pickup. I was pleased that the part was ready so quickly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see that although Home Depot attempted to control social distancing, many employees were cutting through the 6 ft. points set on the floor, and very few employees were wearing masks at the customer service and check out counters. I appreciate that employees continue to work but wish the store would require employees to wear masks and encourage them to slow down and be safe.

My water heater was out for 2 weeks. After an all day of moving my new water heater into my basement I went to do the install and realized I needed a pipe wrench. By this time most Home Depot’s were closed but online said this one was open. I raced to the store, ran to the door, and found they were closed. The night manager Nicki was at the front door and I explained to him my situation and he was amazing!!! He escorted me through the store and helped me get what I needed I was able to install my water heater that night in order to take a warm shower for work the next day. Wonderful customer service Nicki we need more managers like you!!! I can’t thank you enough!!!

Love our local Home Depot! Everyone is very friendly and its usually well stocked. Always clean and easy to find what I need.

I was looking for some brass fittings to replace a broken part and with some super assistance in plumbing was able to creatively put 3 parts together to complete the assembly.Facilities were clean and neat.Registers were efficient and friendly.

This is a review specifically for a staff member, not the store itself. Elise helped me for 15 minutes getting a 100 ft. roll of corrugated drain pipe on top of my car and secured with rachet straps, in the middle of a Colorado downpour. Admittedly it should not have taken us that long, but the fact that she stuck with me that long for what should have been a quick curbside dropoff speaks to her dedication and character. I really felt helped.

This home depot is by far the worst of the 3 in the surrounding area. Specifically the nasty lady that works in carpet department. Dont bother asking for help finding an item. Shed rather sit behind a glass desk on her phone during covid than even attempt to help you.Just got to Louisville or Thorton... a much better experience.

I met someone who had knowledge in the electrical department, Scott, n he was very helpful in converting my pellet stove over to manual. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the checker who had a wonderful personality. Great experience at the Westminster store.
