I received one of the best customer service ever. My car had a problem with the suspension and Isaac (not sure if this is how is spelled) made sure to give back our car in less time than we were expecting it. Also the front desk woman (sorry I am not good with names) she is amazing! I really recommend this place. My car looks better than when we bought it. Amazing job guys!

I had an insurance claim and was referred to this location by the insurance company. Caliber was very informative the entire time my car was in shop and from the second I called to schedule and appointment. They contacted the insurance company for me, kept me informed every day how my car was progressing and delivered on time. They even cleaned the inside of the car! Very impressed with the follow through and communication.

They were WAY overbooked and I had to pay out of pocket for 5 more days of rental car - $250 that I can’t afford, otherwise their work and service are exceptional.

I used this company for insurance claim work since they were a preferred vendor with State Farm. They were easy to work with and they did high quality repairs. I would use them again.

My Hyundai Sonata was recently broken into and there was an obvious attempt to steal the car as well, whereas all the wiring to the ignition was broken and stripped along with the lower dashboard of the steering wheel. My car needed a new lock to the door, a lot of new wiring to the ignition, replacement parts to the ignition itself and parts under the steering wheel, and reprogramming of the keys and car. Caliber Collision was recommended by our car insurance Progressive. Im so glad we went with the decision to take our car to Caliber Collision. I wasnt sure if my car would be able to be repaired since its almost 10 years old. However Caliber Collision not only repaired my car but made it look almost brand new! When I stepped into my car it smelled wonderful, it was so clean and vacuumed, and the replaced parts were installed so well that it was as if nothing ever happened! My car actually looks better now after taking it to the repair shop then before! It was sad to see my car broken into, but after receiving my car from Caliber Collision it made me feel so much better! I have my car back, my beautiful car, that I have taken care of for so many years, and now its in better condition and even looks and smells great! Many thanks to the mechanics and staff that took care of my car for the few weeks that it was at the shop. They also had great customer service and were very professional! They called several times to let us know of any updates. There was absolutely no surprises on the invoice! And their prices were very fair! Ive had to deal with two different caliber collisions in the past year now. One for just looking to get a minor repair and one to fix the front end of another car after a accident...... To say that the customer service aspect of this company is lacking, is a way too nice of a description. It took almost a month to get a straight answer from this particular shop on what was wrong with my vehicle. I never heard a word from them when they were supposed keep me updated and tell me the estimate personally. Did this happen? No it did not I had to dink around with insurance and finally show up in person to learn what was going on. Now that everything is over and Ive given this company two different times to make up for what they are lacking I will never be working with them again.

Amazing customer service! I was updated almost daily via text message how my car was doing. Abra coordinated my rental car for me so I had no stress about having a new car to drive. They also have a great warranty on the work they do on your vehicle. Very happy with my service here, highly recommend!!

The guys here were fantastic from the moment I dropped the car off to the moment I picked it up. They originally told me it would be done end of day the 19th, but it was done the morning of the 18th so that was awesome! I hit a coyote at 75mph and it did some damage... the car looks BRAND NEW after the repairs. Eric was incredibly helpful the whole 9 days they had my car. Kept me updated and even informed me of prior frame damage that the dealership hadn’t disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle. I appreciate the friendly and fast service and that they were looking out for me with the frame damage. I would absolutely go back to this body shop, but fingers crossed I never have to!

Paint job has defects they claim can be polished out. Only thing is Ive already had it looked at by two different body shops and they both told me it would need to be redone. I will update this as i go through the process with them.

Just picked up our car after a small accident. Looks great, couldnt even tell we had an accident. Our only small complaint was that our car wasnt done when they said it would be done. They even cleaned the car after the repairs were done which was awesome!

This is now an Abra auto body shop. Abra did great work. This was paintless dent repair for hail. Everyone was great to work with. They took care of business and car looks great again. I have worked with several Abra shops and each shop has done a great job.

Very professional experience every time

I came in to do an estimate and start the repair process on my car. Worked with a guy named Eric and called him regularly for a couple of weeks for a status on the estimate. Never could convince him to do it and he went radio silent on me towards the end. Look, its been a pretty busy year with the hail storm back in July so they probably have more work then they can handle. This shop might be a good place for repairs starting next year, say May or so. Wouldnt bother with them till then. Theyd probably thank you for that.

Had my car repaired here for both hail and rear end damage. They had it for close to a month, which is fine. When I picked it up, it looked great! Now, a month later, I got it washed and the ROOF is LEAKING in the back. Also, the MOONROOF does NOT WORK. Wow. It’s Saturday and they’re not open today. I understand that they had to take the whole car apart to fix the hail, but something did not get sealed correctly. Will update when I speak to the shop about this issue.

UPDATE: 4/11/19I recently had to take the vehicle back to a different location in order to have the original body work redone as it was ALSO not done correctly. I have received my vehicle, which is now fully functional; thankfully. Youd think that after having the car for 4 weeks when the workload was low, that the vehicle wouldve been in excellent condition. Not that youd have to go through two more MONTHS of barely having your vehicle be in a drive-able condition.This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.I chose this body shop after I was in an accident that rendered my car entirely non-drivable. I did this under the impression that since the shop was newer and needed work, my car wouldve been done within a couple weeks, maybe three at max since the damage wasnt too intense. 4 weeks later, after various communication issues with the clerical staff, a couple minor issues with them fixing the vehicle, I am told my car is ready for pickup. A mere two days later, the transmission on the car fails entirely and leaves me stranded in the middle of the road two blocks away from the body shop. Since I had just left the body shop (picking up a small piece for the sideview mirror), I decided to call to ask what I can do to help. I was told We didnt do that, that ones not on us before hanging up on me. This was only the beginning though, as I later found out the disrespect goes all the way up to the general manager of this shop. I found out that the damages were related to the work that Abra did on the car (not necessarily the accident itself per se). Obviously since this was the case, Abra would be liable to pay out for the car to be fixed properly, however the general manager Troy, failed to properly communicate to me and the dealership where my car had been sitting at what would happen on Abras end and caused a bigger situation than it really needed to be. I was told What does it matter if I communicate this to you or them when I asked why it was taking so long for the work to be approved. I reached out to Troys direct supervisor and got instant results, however I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this particular Abra seeing as their general manager cannot respect his own customers or the people working with his customers. Youd also think that if your car is being worked on for a whole month, that itd be done the RIGHT way the first time. Its already a difficult process after a car accident, dont let the people and poor management at this body shop make it any harder than it needs to be.

After some stumbles, they did a great job on my vehicle. Maybe its growing pains with a new location, but it turned out in the end. I would recommend them.
