Called and set a appointment date. Very friendly staff and once we set a date I got verification notification and reminders which is great. Dropped the van off and once they looked over everything they called me and we discussed how to move forward. The van was done on time and they kept it on budget.

I was looking for a new shop to have my yearly state inspection performed along with a wheel alignment. Their reviews on Google were strong and encouraged me to give them a shot. I made the appointment online and quickly received confirmation of my appointment. They were very professional when explaining what they found during the inspection, outlined what was needed to pass inspection as well as what was optional, and got my car back to me in quick order. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will look to them first for future state inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

We put all our work trucks here for service and repair. Always done in a reasonable time and THIS IS HUGE they dont try to add stuff you dont need.

I was on the way to the beach and had some major car trouble and pulled off to the closest automotive place I could find. I lucked out by finding this great place. They were quick to resolve my issue and get it fixed so I can get back on the road. John was very genuine and knowledgeable and did not try to rip me off like many automotive places do. I will be back and glad I stopped here!

They are very easy to get an appointment with and answer the phone promptly. They provide transportation if you cant get a ride back after dropping off your car. They go over the car, identify issues and clearly explain what needs to be done. They give an estimate of charges before doing the work, asking for confirmation to do the work. Ive had both of my cars inspected there with a reasonable fee for the inspection. Mechanics know their trade- both cars needed maintenance repairs, and the cars ran very well after the work was done. They are reasonably priced in their labor fees. I love the waiting area - pleasant and decorated nicely. Bill and John are who we primarily interact with- personable, knowledgeable and seem genuinely concerned about having the cars be safe and reliable to drive. Id recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic and car repairs.

A co-worker recommended this place to me since I am new to the area. The mechanics are very friendly and recommend maintenance that you should do to your car without being pushy. Every time I have had work done to the car I can tell there has been an improvement. I recently had my car inspected and literally, my car drove and felt better than when I first bought it with 9,300 miles on the car. The steering and alignment were tight and arrow-straight, the linkages for the clutch, brake, and gas were tighter and more responsive. Even the emergency brake was more responsive! The mechanic even paid attention to the small details and tightened my shifter knob and touched up my gearbox because the shifting felt smoother! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They have always done a great job with my Subaru when it comes to maintenance or repairs. Very efficient, great communication, and great customer service.

Said they could fix a transmission looked at it twice and took it apart but missed a rotten wire. Had to bring it to a new car shop and they figured out 2 obvious broken parts with the transmission. All while marple auto said nothing was wrong with it.
