They never answer the phone. Called several times and left a voice-mail to make arrangements to get 4 new tires. No one ever called me back. Since they didnt seem interested in my business, I went elsewhere.

Great prices, great mechanics. I highly recommend them! Thank you again, my spouse came in not too long ago to get his car inspected. Not only did they do that for the best price ever seriously, they also gave him a detailed list of everything he should consider doing to his Acura with prices to get it back into tip top shape. Best place to go in PA!!

They never pick up calls very rude come late to shop after giving early appointment.They donot have backup for electricity a little rain shuts down their operation and were unwilling to reschedule me after putting me throw all above hassale.Go somewhere legit this is such a phony shop.

Everyone here is super nice. They discovered a problem with my oil pan that was causing oil to leak. They fixed it for me for free and advised me on what to do to keep the leak from happening again. Really awesome customer service, I’ll definitely be back.

Let me start with the good news: I did eventually get a decent alignment done. Now for the bad news: I got a groupon for $56 for an alignment. I was told it was an extra $30 because I had a BMW. Its a 15 year old car, so its not a complicated alignment and I dont understand the extra fee. More importantly, that detail was not listed anywhere in the fine print, so I feel like that was a bit of a bait and switch. I got my car back 30 minutes later and when I drove off I noticed that I had to hold the steering wheel at the 10 oclock position to drive straight (way worse than pre-alignment). Took it back immediately and waited another 1.5 hours to get it fixed, instead of being put at the front of the line. The problem was ultimately fixed and the people there are pleasant enough, but I dont get what all the hype is about with this place.

I was really stick with a lot of things on outside of my car inspection and the repairs that may come along with it. All the staff at J&M stepped up and made it an easy process with very little extra stress. They are Amazing!

I came across J&M Discount Auto by way of a Groupon discount.I needed a four wheel alignment after the purchase of new tires. I called the day before to confirm that they were still honoring massive discount (50% off)!They were busy, but fit me in first thing the next morning. When I arrived, they took my car in straight away. After examination of my suspension they found and showed me a bad tierod end, and recommend I replace it prior to getting the alignment.I wasnt charged a penny, and I really look forward to coming back and getting my alignment done at J&M.Ive never had such a good experience getting my car serviced. Im bringing my cars here from now on. Officially my got to alignment shop!

Went in with a car that shaked and shimmied! A car that I hated to drive. Left with a car I love to drive. Rides smooth as glass. Had a road forced balanced done for the first time. I highly recommend paying them a visit if youre having issues with the way your car is handling.

I went here for the first time for repairs and liked the service, repairs and wait. I was a little taken back by the price markup on the part. It would be different if I couldnt look up the price of the part while sitting there. I dont understand a 50 percent markup on a standard part.

I had a blow out on the expressway not too far from this place. I called them to ask if I could have my car towed there for service, they said yes. When I got there, they were very friendly, helpful and the service took less then an hour for an unexpected visit and the price was right.

Went here to have tires mounted on black (painted) OZ rims - standard 17 nothing unusually large. Tech damaged wheels when dismounting tires and was told job could not be completed. Was offered refurbishment, which was supposed to take 2-3 days. Ended up taking 3 weeks. When wheels were finally returned to me, the refurb was fair. Outer lip was fixed, but scratches on hub remained. Considering the long wait, to have them come back less than perfect was very disappointing. I begrudgingly accepted and now need to find another shop to do the job since J&M said they wont do it now. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did try to get them refurbished but their vendor didnt do a great job and were horribly slow. Business should have offered some sort of compensation but offered nothing. First and last time using J&M, and if you value a damage free install, you should go elsewhere.

Horrible. Go to this shop if you want to wait for hours (with an appointment) without any communication or updates from staff. The waiting room was freezing cold and there was no entertainment. I had a 9:30 appointment and after 2 hours my car was still in the same spot I drove into. The staff was more concerned with ordering lunch than the needs and comfort of their customers. I will not be returning.

Warning!!!!! Rant!!!!!! So, I got brand new tires and a wheel alignment at J&M Tire in Broomall, PA on June 15th. On August 26th, I checked my PSI level (because I am trying to get better with keeping up with car maintenance), my passenger rear tire was at 18 PSI (all of my tires should be at 30 PSI). I immediately thought I had a nail in my tire, because I drive in the ghetto. I discovered a plug in my tire. I have been gone a lot this summer and have been barely driving my car. So, I immediately call the manager at J&M and told him that I barely drove my car this summer and I think that the tire was defected by the manufacturer or a used car was put on my car. The manager at J&M said to bring it in and he will look at it. I took the car in on August 28th and the J&M manager said that he did not have any tires in stock and he had to order a new tire by his tire distributor. He said that the tire would be in on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I also looked over my original invoice from June 15th and noticed that I was overcharged $50.00 for the wheel alignment. I was given this back, and the J&M manager and the accountant apologized for the inconvenience. I was verbally told that a brand new tire would be put on my car and I also showed them that I had a one year warranty on the tire which would cover the tire. J&M never looked at the plug on my car and said that they “believed” that there was plug on my tire and they even asked if I plugged the tire (which I did not and I have been barely home this summer due to vacation). I was also told that the mechanic who put the tire on was “fired” because he made these mistakes. I scheduled an appointment today at 2:30 pm to put the brand new tire on. After 1 hour in half, the J&M manager said for me to look at the plug in my tire and that they are refusing to put a new tire on my car (even though they have it in stock) due to them not taking responsibility and they believe that it was my fault with putting the plug in my tire. After being EXTREMELY UPSET AND CRYING IN FRONT OF 5 MECHANICS WHO LITERALLY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY, I told them to just patch the tire from the inside because that is what they were willing to do and that they would “not charge me as a courtesy.” I DID NOT PAY FOR A TIRE WITH A PATCH, I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW TIRE. I am writing this because I have been financially exploited at multiple car mechanic shops (I think for being female.) Little does J&M Tire know that I will be contacting Delaware County Times to share my story, because I know am not the only female that has been taken financially advantage of in a car mechanic shop. I have calmed down a lot, but I am very determined to bring light to this social issue. Please, do not support J&M Tire if you are a female or a male who does not like to see females getting taking advantage of. Let me know if you are a female who has gotten taken advantage of in a car mechanic shop. This needs to stop, now.

I will start with the good. Which is why there are 2 stars instead of 1. I was in town for a meeting and needed to get my oil changed. I found a groupon and called to see if they could fit me in which they did and I was very happy. The girl on the phone was incredibly nice. When I got there, no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell for service and a tall gentleman came out and greeted me. I said I was here for an oil change and he called a gentleman in a blue polo shirt that immediately was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes and asked if I was dropping the car off. I told him I would be waiting and he immediately looked over at the girl and asked why she would do that period the tall gentleman said it was fine and they had no problem doing the oil change. Again, the guy in the blue polo was incredibly rude and made me feel bad about being there. It was awkward and I was incredibly uncomfortable. He begrudgingly took my keys and that was it. Had it not been for the tall gentleman, I would not have even known that there was a waiting room. I have to comment that the waiting room was a very nice touch and made it more bearable to have to wait. I waited a little over 2 hours for my car. When I walked up to the counter I noticed that a full synthetic oil change, which is what I got included a whole list of services for just $55. That was only $11 more than I paid for my groupon. I asked the same rude gentlemen if I got those services and he said no a tire rotation cost $25. I would have gladly paid $11 more to receive all of those services. Instead, all I got was an oil change and they inflated my tires. Then, I paid the taxes and he forgot to give me my change. I walked out without realizing it because I just wanted to get out of there. I called and asked him to mail it to me because I was on my way to a meeting. I told him he could take out the cost of the stamp. Will see if I ever get it. I will never be back. Seems like it would be a great place if that gentleman did not work there. I understand people may have a bad day every now and again but it seems to me thats just his personality.

I got the Groupon for J and M and it gave me two locations: one in Ridley and One in Broomall. I called the Broomall location and asked to make an appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday morning. The man on the phone asked what time I would be there and I told him 8 or 8:30am. He said “Not a problem, we’re not too busy in the mornings.” I thanked him and got off the phone.This morning I arrive at 8:18am and there is one man waiting outside telling me on the way in that it is pretty busy in there. I get in and there are 4 ahead of me. I’m asked if I am waiting and what time Is like to be ready to go. I say 9:30 would be great (to get to work at a decent time). He takes my keys and says “We’ll take care of it.” Me and a few others wait in the grungy waiting areas from 8:20-9:50. The man asks me “Which car is yours?” To which I point after he had already taken my keys and info prior. 10:25 he says my name and I pay the added tax of $2.86. I hand him a 5 and he gives me 2 dollars back and says he will bring my car around. I walk outside, wait another five minutes, and he brings the car with it locked although I think he was trying to unlock it.Anyway, to summarize: poor organization, poor environment to wait, and SLOW as any. I got my oil change but I won’t be taking any gambles at Grouponing for one again.
