I had some pretty extensive damage to my front bumper. One side, I was going through insurance due to someone backing into me, but the other side was damaged while I was at work and I did not see who did it. While my car was in the shop, I decided to get both sides fixed and pay out of pocket for the non-insurance claim. If I would have gone to any other body shop, it would have been a pretty penny, but with Caliber, I only had to pay about $250 for the damage. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very polite. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and had my car done when they told me it would be complete. The process also only took a week. I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a reasonably priced body shop and for professionalism.

The offices are clean and dont look like a collison repair shop more like an office building- which I really liked. The staff is friendly and are good patient listeners. I just want to give a shout out to Mary and Jim. They were phenomenal in helping me after my wife got into a minor fender bender. Jim was always true to his word and when he said he would call on a certain day to update me on my vehicle, he did. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. They have a 5 star rating on Google and it is certainly earned.

I would first like to say all of the people I have encountered at Caliber have been nothing but caring. I unfortunately had someone drive into my car while being parked and my bumper never fit right again. When I went into Caliber I spoke with Cody personally and the work that was done on my car was done 150%. I had my bumper fixed before at another shop and they glued it....GLUED IT. So when Caliber went to fix it they not only had to do the bracket but they also had to fix someone else’s mistake. They all went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly and I left a happy customer, no matter what I need done even it’s it the smallest thing I will always go back. It’s the only place I go in Ohio to fix my vehicle and I believe you should too!

Karen A.Glenn Dale, MD014/27/2021My name is Karen and I live in Maryland. On April 5, 2021, I was traveling interstate 80 from Chicago enroute to Maryland around 10:30p. I hit a deer on the interstate just outside of Cleveland, OH. My insurance company gave me a list of repair shops since I was too far from home to have my truck towed. I selected Caliber Collision, I had no idea who they were, but I felt confident I made the right selection. My first contact the next day was with Mary the office manager, she called me and let me know my vehicle had been towed to their shop. I found that I had dropped the rental car coverage (being cheap) from my insurance policy and I didnt have a credit card with me as I only travel with my debit card. Well I couldnt rent a car without a credit card and Mary did everything she could to help me secure a rental car. I came up with the idea to rent a small U-Haul one way to Maryland. Next I met Jim who helped me unload all of my belongings from my truck (2016 Suburban) and put them into the U-Haul. While helping me Jim ensured me that my truck was in good hands and that they guaranteed their work. He made me feel at ease having to leave my vehicle over 300 miles from home. Jim displayed immaculate and immeasurable customer service to me. He told me he would call me the next day to let me know the diagnosis for my vehicle. Each time he gave me a day that he would call, he followed through with that call. Each time he called he gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on and where they were with the repairs. When I got the final call from him that my vehicle was completed, he tried to help me work it out with my claims adjuster to have my vehicle sent to me in Maryland, however, to no avail I had to travel back to Cleveland to retrieve my vehicle. We discussed a day I would be able to get back to Cleveland and I made it back to the area the day prior. I contacted Caliber and spoke with Mary who had been kind and helpful to me as always to let her know I would be in to get my truck. When I arrived my truck looked brand new as if I was getting it off the show room floor. My truck looked AWESOME. Everything Jim promised had come to fruition.I have never been treated so well with such OUTSTANDING customer service, extended help and kindness. Jim ensured my truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I would recommend Caliber Collision Brook Park to any one in the Cleveland or surrounding area. Wonderful customer service! Robert is excellent, the office manager/receptionist is delightful (she wasnt wearing name tag or I would absolutely mention her by name), and Jack was also very helpful. The customer parking lot is very spacious for an industrial area, the work zone appears to be secured for safe keeping of the cars being repaired, and the interior office is bright and clean. Very pleased with the repairs and the detailed carwash completed before vehicle pickup is a nice touch! Definitely recommend!

Amazing service! They really make the process as smooth as possible. They even cleaned AND detailed my car, provided wifi access while waiting for my rental car, and handled the return process of my rental car through their Progressive representative! From the moment I brought my vehicle in for repairs I was treated with the utmost courtesy and care by Bonnie and Jack. They explained thouroughly and in great detail the repair process. Xtream went above and beyond the scope of repairs to buff out and paint cosmetic issues which were not related to the existing scope of repairs. The repairs were completed in an extremely timely and excellent fashion. When I was informed that the repairs were completed, I went to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived I saw my 6 1/2 year old car that look d like it just stepped off a dealership showroom floor. It looked like I had a brand new vehicle.
