I ordered two custom cutting boards as wedding gifts with two different woods. I can see only one of them because I cant wrap gifts worth a darn so I had them do it. But I had one not wrapped so I could actually see it. Its beautiful! Well done Naked Wood Works! I especially like the card that came with it giving the care instructions for the board, nice touch. I will be ordering more as weddings come along and will order one for myself just for the beauty of it. I probably would be too scared to cut on it! Keep up the good work and God Bless!- Bill

Very disappointed, ordered a cutting board for a wedding gift. When I placed the order stated it would arrive before the wedding. It is now the 15th still no cutting board and no one can explain where it is. Now they want to know if i want a refund, but never even offered to make it or give me any compensation for a very important wedding gift that was never sent. If they could not make it in time they should have said so, bad business practices. No worries Bear Naked Wood will make me one and have it in 2 weeks. Shame on you for your shady business practices!!

I recently ordered a cutting board for a bridal shower. Please be aware that what is shown on the picture on Etsy is not what you may receive. I chose the walnut wood. What I received was a two-toned piece of wood. The top part of the wood is so dark it is hard to even read the names on the wood which is kind of the whole point. I’m not sure how someone who could look at the final product and feel comfortable mailing it to a paying customer. I reached out to the owner of the shop multiple times and when I finally got a response, I was basically told it would not be fixed. $110 wasted since I was too embarrassed to give her the item and had to go out and purchase another gift. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another gift idea.

I only bought some lumber from them, but they were very nice and very helpful. I hope to purchase more lumber soon.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR ORDER FROM THEM!!!No phone number. No replies to emails. No product delivered. I got a tracking number a week ago for USPS priority mail and never received my one item for which I paid over $100. What?! If you really mailed it, it should have been delivered within the two days as guaranteed by the USPS. Dont take my money then disappear on me! I will never order anything from you again. I can get much better service and better products elsewhere.

THIS is what I received. The package arrived in a flimsy envelope that was torn and the product was damaged/mildewed. Upon contacting the seller, I was told that its normal for the wood. Horrible product, horrible service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible product! Customer service even WORSE! I ordered the Friendsgiving piece about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. It was a gift for friends who host every year…thought this would be really great to have delivered as gift so it could be displayed during the event. We found Naked Wooden Works on Etsy and ordered. Well, the piece arrived broken in 3 places (see photo). It’s very flimsy wood and these guys just bubble wrap without any other support. This thing had ZERO hope of ever arriving in 1 piece considering it’s shipped USPS. I contacted NWW’s to let them know and request a refund. They took ZERO responsibility, blamed the USPS and told me to file a claim with USPS - no refund. REALLY? $107.20 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just got my order and it looks great just as good as the pictures on Etsy if not better. I was nervous at 1st new at online ordering but the baby Yoda stemless glass look awesome.

Ordered cutting board may 16, 2020 received cutting board on May 26, 2020. Cutting board is very nice, however, we received someone else’s custom order.We all make mistakes and can be corrected.. what cannot be corrected is that we have left messages at their business number on average of twice per week requesting a remedy. Not once have we received a return phone call.This was an anniversary gift which has long passed.. we would like to return the board we were sent and request a full refund, due to the poor customer service.

Ordered a piece for a wedding gift through Amazon, brides name was mis spelled. When I contacted the company through Amazon, the response was less than desirable. Basically they said I spelled the name wrong in the first place, there was no way to go back and check exactly how I entered the name, so I am stuck with a piece that is clearly overpriced with a misspelled name. When I contacted them again, the response was we can give you 20% off a new piece.

1. What I thought I was ordering was NOT what I got. This is false advertising!! I was expecting a beautiful decorative cutting board and got a cutting board with just the names I wanted and a date. None of the decorative embroidery like the photo had shown.2. The cutting board smells bad and is not polished. Literally will get a splinter if I’m not careful. This will definitely never be used to cut food on unfortunately. I ordered it for a friend and bought a stand incase they didn’t want to use it. The stand is thin and cheap feeling.3. NOT $70+ worth

I received the product I ordered and they are beautiful. They were to arrive 7/24 and did not arrive until 7/27. Advise to buyers is if you need these to arrive in time to present as a gift or for an event, order much earlier than the suggest delivery time frame even if you pay for expedited delivery. If they arrived on-time, I would have provided 5 stars.

Horrible customer service! Don’t waste your time or money!I ordered an anniversary cutting board for my parents. I placed the order on their webpage, and I followed up with an email to confirm the details on the board. I got a response really fast from them confirming that they got this info. I received the board with an error on their anniversary date. I have sent multiple emails and calls - leaving phone messages. It’s been over 2weeks since I have been trying to contact them and no response at all from this place!!

Great Customer service. I recently purchased a cutting board and 2 wine glasses for my parents. One of the glasses arrived broken. Esther, who was very friendly and professional got ahold of me after I left a voicemail. She is in the progress of sending me a replacement glass. I was discouraged when I received the broken glass, but in the end, a well worth investment in a quality employee made a night or day difference. Will recommend this company to any friends or family in the future.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a Wedding Signature Board for my upcoming wedding and wasnt given the option to add the name or the wedding date. I sent an email minutes after the purchase with the information to update the order. I have since sent 3 more emails, left multiple phone messages, and attempted to contact them thru their website. I have yet to receive any type of response. They didnt have a problem taking my money though, so I guess Im out $90. Do not order from this company!!
