Im writing this because I wasnt offered any kind of solution to my problem.I bought a sterling silver, opal and diamond ring, from this location, in May, for my mother. It is her birthstone and she prefers lighter metals (silver, white gold, stainless steel). The ring was perfect for her, except the size. Almost all of their rings come in only size 7 (so I was told by the salesman). I was promised that sizing it, would be no problem.I went to another location (Tulsa Hills) to have it sized. After having it sent off and not knowing anything for over 3 weeks, I get an email stating that its back at the store, ready and waiting to be picked up. I was excited. Mom was excited. Go to pick it up, and they were unable to size it. So now she has this beautiful ring, that she cannot wear. No solution whatsoever offered.Wont shop at Kay again.

Rude af and unprofessional af, too. If what I walked into a few days ago is the attitude that others receive, from the store manager, is the norm...not sure how they get any business at this location. Do better and act more professional.

They are all about making money. Had no problem selling me a $6500 ring but when my fiancé and I broke up and I was 2 weeks past the return policy they couldn’t help me whatsoever. They could care less about you as a person

I went there yesterday with my kids to get my wife a mothers day gift. The staff were very friendly and professional. I purchased a very nice pendant and earring set at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back there again for future jewelry purchases. A really great experience!

The staff was rude and too busy doing jewelry inspections to actually sell jewelry. It wasn’t until they saw a previous receipt with a large dollar amount on it, when decided to try to be a little helpful. At that point it was too little, too late.

Wasnt shopping but had questions about some jewelry. Staff was not able to help but gave multiple recommendations to other place that might be able to assist me with my issues. Thats the type of service I love to encounter.

My ring has broke many times and every time they “fix” it, it breaks again in the same spot

Took my watch in to be fixed, was told it would be 60 days. I am going on three months and still nothing. Was told that they were waiting on parts. Wont be going back to them again.
