Went to main facility and saw big COVID 19 sign on front door. I walked in and was told to go around to other side of bldg. Then I was told by employee that the whole place was on lock down and customers were not allowed in? So, I asked, then how do we do business? He tells me to call or email? I asked, Seriously?? Thats ridicious! Then he offerred to bring out a catalog out and have me choose a product from the catalog and kindly sent me over to his other shop to pick up a few samples, which I appreciated :)I understand we are in a pandemic, but most other businesses will allow customers in with a temperature check and a mask. I can even show them my Vaccination Card! I think someone is going to unecessary xtremes baring customers out of their show room, but if they want to drive off interested customers, that is their right?Anyway, the reason I am giving them 4 stars is because their employee went out of his way to help me out w some needed hardware and got me some free samples. Thank you!
