I wanted to hold off a bit before I wrote a review. However, I feel I have given ample enough time to make my decision. I came here to get a new pair of glasses; the first pair in about 7 years. I know my prescription is very strong and I always have to pay for thinner lenses or they would be too thick. I know, logically, that my glasses will take a little extra time to make which I am okay with. Originally, I was told 2 weeks. After one week, I did get a courtesy call informing me my glasses did not pass inspection and needed to be remade. Frustrated, yes, and disappointed, but I wasnt angry. I waited an additional 2 weeks before contacting the office and I was informed they are still not ready. I did get upset this time. I work customer service and stare a computer all day so these glasses will definitely help to improve the headaches I currently get. Well, we are now 4 weeks in and I still do not have my glasses. I am being advised they are still being processed.As far as the customer service at this location, it is not anything special. They arent overly friendly or rude, they do their job. However, I was a little confused because I was told, and have always in the past, had the eye test where they blow in your eye and they didnt do that. I did pay extra to have my eye photographed and looked at but they still had to dilate my eyes, which they did pre-warn could happen. I was the one driving that day and my daughter was with me which is why I was trying to avoid dilation. I asked if that would be okay or safe if my eyes are dilated and they seemed to think it was fine so I proceeded. I may update my review once I get my glasses. I hope that they are definitely worth the wait because I would like to give anyone more than 2 stars.I only came to One Vision because my regular family eye doctor does not accept the new insurance I have. I was hoping this would be my regular eye location going forward but I may have to reconsider next year.I would like to update this to state that One Vision did handle my issue and took steps to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you One Vision for taking care of my Vision needs. They offered a solution that I did not expect and I do appreciate them.

We’ve gone here for a year now. The doctors are great, the staff is kind and everyone is very thorough in their testing. I feel confident I got an excellent comprehensive eye exam. I have even taken one of my clients to this practice and they did an equally good job with him!

From the moment I arrived everyone was welcoming and professional. The wait wasnt long at all. The Dr and his assistant were great. I appreciated how well they both explained every step.

Fantastic staff, eye docs, opticians etc. Very thorough you are treated as a person not a number. They arent herding people in and out of the joint. They have a great selection of all the brands Luxotica produces in addition to other great brands. They do have a little bit of a higher markup on a lot of their mens Oakley and Burberry glasses. My better half shopped around. But all in all we love One Vision!!!

Dr. Hernandez is excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gracious. He has gone out of his way to transition me from gas perm to soft lenses so that I can have cataract surgery done. I would STRONGLY recommend him.

I really appreciated how all the equipment was kept disinfected and the guidelines for social distancing were adhered to. I met with Dr. Hernandez for the first time, and I found his exam and explanations to be thorough.My last optometrist said, Youve got cataracts but you can see. What kind of a statement is that! He never showed me my scan or explained.Dr. Hernandez showed me the scan and explained. He seemed to be genuinely concerned and wanted to keep updated on my situation.I love the glasses frames! I think they are my all-time favorite frames, and the prescription was accurate, as far as I can tell from the vision improvement. I will be in again for a yearly checkup when the time comes.

Called weeks before my appt to update them with my insurance. Gentleman said he’d check to make sure if covered and if it wasn’t he would call me back. Then got an email to fill out forms online before our appt. which we did. Walked in at 9:00am this morning for our 4 appts. They didn’t have the correct insurance on our forms nor were we even supposed to have filled out the paperwork the emailed to us so had to fill out new forms when we got there. After that they told us that there was issue with our insurance and it wouldn’t go through. All of which would have been known and sorted out if the gentleman checked weeks ago when I called like he said he would.5 star review last year for excellent customer service and treatment, complete opposite this year. Happily making appts with a different optometrist.

Dr. Hernandez performed a thorough eye exam, while making certain that we understood the process. He was willing to answer any questions we had and seemed very knowledgeable. Love the two doctors, they do a great job with dialing in the correct prescription. But their staff with dealing with glass has a lot to be desired. Every time I have had glasses made the cannot get the lenses correct and have to be over. I told them I will never buy glasses from ever again.

Best place to go for vision care needs!!!! I go here for my yearly exam and glasses but I developed a swollen painful eyelid over the weekend and believed to be a stye so I did warm compresses. Monday it was still not looking great so I called One Vision and they got me in same day to be seen by the doctor. The staff was prompt and friendly as always! I received an exam of the eye and Dr James Thirion explained my type of stye and called appropriate antibiotic into my pharmacy. I noticed in the office they were advertising an anti fog spray/cleaner for glasses and I purchased this while I was there at the office. Best thing ever! I shared it with all my nurses at my clinic and no more fog while wearing masks! I love this place and highly recommend for all your vision / eyecare needs....not to mention the amazing selection of glasses at this place😎 and the “no dilation” option to get the images of your eye needed to do yearly exam. This place does it all!

Went to One Vision six months ago because they are open on Saturdays which is a great service. Had an excellent experience and received some quality contacts. On Saturday, August 1, 2020, I had an appointment at 12:30. Waited for 30 minutes and was just leaving when they called my name. I asked how long the appointment would be and they said it could take a while because the optometrist was very thorough. Since I had something to do, I had to leave. Scheduled another appointment for Tuesday, August 4th at 3:15. Took time off from work and sat in the waiting room for another 30 minutes. Just leaving again when they came to get me. Again, I had to leave. They apologized profusely for making me wait a second time, but I just wont be back. Ive already scheduled another appointment elsewhere. Nice folks, but not a place for the busy person.

Best optometrist in Tulsa! Dr. Hernandez was great, he spent nearly 45 minutes with me in a very thorough examination, even double-checked the prescription to make sure it was exactly what I needed. They also have the latest technology, found some slight loss of pigment in my retina that my previous optometrist never noticed. The lenses are a bit on the pricey side, but compared to the many other places I checked out you can get a fair deal on a frame.Its also important to mention (after booking appointments for my family members at other locations) this was the only place that adheres to CDC guidelines - keeping the waiting rooms open by not double/triple booking appointments, properly wearing masks, and visibly cleaning all equipment.

I’ve never had an eye doctor be so thorough and educating. He was to the point but helpful and kind. All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well! 10/10 would recommend One Vision.

My questions were answered in a friendly manner with genuine concern. The optometrist was also pleasant, respectful, and thorough. This was my second visit. Both times were good visits. I will continue receiving eye care from them.

I’m very disappointed in this office. I seen Dr. Thirion when this office first opened and he is a great Dr! I have referred many family and friends to him. I work hard for my money and I want to make sure it’s being spent with someone who appreciates my business. I recently made an appointment on a Saturday with my new insurance they said they were in network with. Now I live in Bristow, so I pass a few dozen offices before this one but I like to shop small and I like Dr. Thirion. I went in for the appointment two weeks later. I’m on time and have paperwork filled out. There is a different Dr. younger guy that is perfectly fine but it would have been nice to know I was with someone different. I pick my glasses out and they have a problem with my insurance that they have known about two weeks. No problem! I’ll pay out of pocket for the exam and extra stuff so they can just call on Monday and sort it out. I wasn’t upset about not being notified of Dr. Thirion being out of the office. I wasn’t even upset paying out of pocket for the exam since they couldn’t confirm my insurance on a Saturday! I absolutely get it! However, that Monday I called my insurance myself to help out and got ALL the information the office needed for them to process my insurance to just get glasses. They didn’t even have to deal with my insurance for the exam. She explains someone will call me when they get it figured out. I wait a few days and call back and they confirm that they do accept my insurance and they are in network but can’t tell me how much it will pay on the glasses I need. (I didn’t expect it to pay much) but if I’m paying for vision insurance and they take I want to use it up! I wait a few weeks and I call back just to ask if someone can atleast explain to me what the problem is, again I’m not mad I just want to understand and see if it’s a problem with my employer or even me! I wait on hold 18 minutes and the office manager is going to call me back. Have yet to speak with anyone! I don’t understand why customer services means nothing anymore. I’m very hurt that no one cares if I buy from them or not. Like there pay checks don’t depend on little people like me. I will tell my friends and my family and my own patients to not deal with this place. Charlene the office manager will never be grateful enough for your time to even return your call or acknowledge you. So I encourage you to go else where. Shop small and go somewhere people are grateful for you and treat you with a little respect.

Ive had so many incidents regarding ordering contacts and with this company. Its happened 3 times already, where Ive had to call about my order or my prescription and every time I call back asking on the status of my order I get someone telling me the order was never put in or it was never sent. Ive wasted so much of my time just waiting for orders that never are put in the first place. Why am I having to go through this, giving my info over the phone and placing orders and no one is actually processing them? I am so disappointed.

Im a repeat customer and knew its not aglasses in about an hour kind of place, so i dont mind waiting because they will be right! (When I was in business I would ask some of customers if they need it fast/cheap or right and wait a little? But you cant have both! They get me to 20/20 each time and they even remade glasses before just because I was having trouble adjusting to no line bifocals.

This is the best place to get your lenses. My frames broke on one side and the doctor put a new screw in and tightened them up for free. I wish I would have come to get my eyes checked here if I had known how helpful and kind everyone one was going to be!!!!!!👀👓

I was very please with one vision! They have courteous, caring staff. They got us in quickly and worked so well with a very wiggly 6 year old. Could have asked for better. They take very good care of my family and insure our glasses if anything like they got broken they fix them for free or replace them we have a small child its a great place helpful knowledgeable employees I recommend them to all my friends and all our glasses are the state of the art cool nobody else has them top quality.

Writing again after my review disappeared. The doctor was kind but since the day I got my frames back after this establishment sent them off to have my transitions put in, I have had consistent problems with my frames being loose and crooked. I have also had consistent headaches and eye pains since getting this new revised prescription. My eyes practically burn sometimes but I am a college student that cannot afford to fight with these people long distance and cannot afford to get another exam and new frames again. The owner commented on my initial post saying to come in and it would be straightened out. After 2x of traveling over 40 miles to give this establishment the chance to correct my issue and receiving bad attitude from the staff when I told them they did NOT fix the problem, here I am in pain every other day worrying about my vision because of this crooked place.

My son had something blow into his eye. We tried to blow it out, then tried to flush it out with eye drops, but nothing worked. Called our eye doctor we normally go to but they were closed (Saturday). Found one vision on google and was able to get him in around 3:30pm. He was very nice and found a small piece of plastic in his eye. We highly recommend this eye doctor!

Fully understand the extreme situation, but purchased frames and lenses before quarantine. Order was to have taken 5 days to 1 week. Informed the lab is at full staff. However, its been 6 weeks and Im informed it will require another week or more.

We have been going there for our eye care for years. They have always been helpful and caring, both with eye exams and getting new glasses. We highly recommend one vision for your total eye care.

Ive gotten my last two pairs of glasses from here and they have been comfortable and lasted quite a while, I did need a couple adjustments on my last pair but they were really helpful getting them adjusted and taken care of for me. The prices of the glasses arent half bad either, overall id recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience! I went to One Vision to get contacts for the first time after wearing glasses for over 30 years when I realized when pulling in I had forgotten my bifocal prescription, they told me no problem they could scan my glasses and read the prescription . It was amazing they had a perfect match for my vision issues ! The wait was 15-20 minutes, exam took maybe 15 minutes and then showing me how to put them and take them out , because I was a newbie at it and fumbled around for several attempts took maybe 10-15 mins I was out as a satisfied patient in 45/50 mins which I was very happy about ! Thank you to the excellent staff at One Vision !

Dr Hernandez and his staff were very nice and very professional. The office and sales area are immaculately clean and they are following all CDC guidelines.The Dr is wonderful. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. He discussed pros and cons of contacts for me since I have astigmatism and am both near and far sighted.I was happy with time it took to get an appointment - less than a week.The 3 reasons I did not give them 5 stars are;1. I was called to the back for my appointment 30 minutes after the scheduled time. No one said anything nor was there an apology for making me wait 30 minutes. I was there 15 minutes before my appt time to fill out paperwork so sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room. That is disrespectful of my time If I had had anything to do afterwards I would have been quite upset2. I ordered my glasses and paid for them before I was told it will take 2-3 weeks to get them in. I guess this is my fault since I did not ask. That is an excessive amount of time and I am NOT happy3. It took 5 weeks for my husband to get his contactsI would recommend the Dr but if your prescription is not a standard single focus lens or you need contacts go elsewhere for those.

Absolutely Pathetic, ordered some reading glasses and some safety glasses with readers in them as well, they made the reading glasses wrong and had to fix that and they are always loose and falling apart. I bought both of these through my companies vision care plan and let everyone at work know not to go to this place for glasses! I have several safety glasses and dont break out a new pair until I need to replace what Ive been using so quite some time went by and I finally needed to use the pair I purchased from this place and you wouldnt believe it but they had the prescription in the lenses reversed! instead of having the readers below in the little window, they had those as regular glass for far away and the big part of the lenses for reading! This lady there gave me an attitude and would not assist in any way to make it right and tried to deny the glasses were from there when I have the paperwork clearly showing that I DID purchase them there ! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place and save yourself the aggravation!

Dr Thirion was amazing, very knowledgeable and caring! Im a rare patient with a very rare health history that affects my vision and treatment options. The good Dr was surprisingly knowledgeable about this condition (most arent) and took time to talk with me and listen as well! I had the opportunity to try their new heat treatment for dry eyes/clogged oil ducts and it worked great! Numbing drops wore off and my eyes felt better than they have in several years! All the staff was very friendly and seemed to go above and beyond to help people! This was my first appointment at One Vision but I can promise you I will be a regular from now on!
