If I could give a zero star, I definitely would. These people are so rude. I went in 4/29/2021 and had an eye exam. I paid over $384 out of pocket for 1 pair of glasses and eye exam (my part after my insurance paid) I told the doctor I had some contacts leftover from my last year (with a different eye doctor who retired) and that I wanted to use those up first. After depleting my stock of contacts I called them in September to ask for a sample pair before purchasing new contact and they said they would get with the doctor and call me back. (they never called me). I called again today 10/29 and asked AGAIN for a sample pair before purchasing contacts and was told I would need to have ANOTHER eye exam before they could give me a sample pair to try. I have been a contact wearer for 30 plus years and I just wanted a different brand (which was the brand I have used for years) They refused and didnt care that I would not be a returning customer. Do not waste your time with these folk, you can get way better customer service elsewhere with people who actually want returning customers, these folks dont want their customers to come back.

This is the best, full service, optometrist office I have ever been to. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in n just a few day. The eye exam was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Other places I have been seem to rush you through, I did not feel rushed to pick “one or two.” My son, who is 8, had his 1st eye exam and the Dr took his time, did a color blind test and gave me options for him. I was not pressured to get glasses for my son as his prescription was borderline and was advised to follow up next year or if he start showing other signs of needing glasses.The staff in this place are amazing. They helped me pick out frames that look nice for my face, I really appreciate their honest opinions. She gave me my options for blue filters and all the other things I could pick. She wasn’t pushy at all, but because of my job she recommended doing the blue light lens. I am so glad she did. With my new lenses and the filters I have not had a headache or all the strain on my eyes all week. It took about a week to get my new glasses. Even with the places that say they can have your glasses in an hour, I always have to wait for mine to come in because of my prescription.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back next year to have my son looked at again.

I couldnt believe I got a same day appointment with amazingly friendly people. Very knowledgeable in their field. Couldnt have felt any more comfortable with the eye exam and the whole process of finding frames. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and recommend anyone I know to use their services as well. Thank you BA Eye Site.

I moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma from Arkansas so I had to start from ground zero when trying to seek out a good eye Dr. I tried just about every eye clinic in the Broken Arrow area and had no luck as every single Dr. couldnt get my prescription correct not even on the second and third try. BA Eye Site was honestly my last resort in finding a local Optometry clinic before I had driven back to my hometown Dr. in Arkansas because I was this desperate. I am so Beyond blessed that I found this place the Dr. and staff are beyond AMAZING!!! Booking the appointment was a breeze, the Ladies at the front desk are so professional and down to earth, they make you feel welcomed and super comfortable, they are also a huge help when trying to find the perfect frame. The Dr. really took his time to listen and understand me as a patient, he is a super chill and relaxed person who is confident and experienced in what he does for a living. He got my prescription right on the First try and knew exactly what adjustments were needed. I am a long-term client and couldn’t be happier I will recommend them to anybody and everybody. My son is autistic. He is a difficult patient. The doctor was very patient with him, though not able to do a full eye exam he was very observant! I felt comfortable in the office and will continue to bring ny son here for his eye care needs!

I had to find a new eye doctor due to insurance issues. BA Eye Site was nearby, so decided to try them. Dr Ozment did a great job with the exam and listened to my history of eye surgeries and made sure all checked out. The staff was helpful and patient in helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. I would recommend BA Eye Site for eye care in the Broken Arrow area.

I called BA Eye Site regarding a new employee eye exam. This was a younger man that I was trying to hire that had been told that he was legally blind with no hope of anything to slow or fix his vision due to a genetic disorder. I explained the situation to them and told them it wasnt sitting right with me and they saw him THAT DAY, were with him nearly 4 hours. Fitted him for some bifocals and treated his condition in the best way that they could. When no one else wanted to take the time to do this. In doing this, they changed this young mans life. He was told by the previous eye doctor that she was recommending that he not even drive. They gave him a second chance at living a normal life and while this young man may not be working for me for anymore than a few months, they allowed us to make a huge impact on his life. They are top tier and Im so thankful for them!

Relaxed atmosphere, super friendly staff up front, and Dr. Ozment really hit it out of the park during my toddlers eye exam - it was a painless experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be staying with BA EyeSite for all my future needs!

Dr. Oz, Jessica, Diane and Eli do their best for you here at Ba Eye Site. I’ve seen them first hand handle a lobby full of patients and even tho some of them were looney, they dealt with it with a smile. The quality of eye glasses that come out from them are BEAUTIFUL. I’ve never seen a more beautiful anti-reflective. Keep it up guys, some people you just can’t make happy and that is okay! Once again, you guys are AMAZING! Went for my annual eye exam and as always.. The Doctor and Staff were great! My script was updated so NEW GLASSES had to be done. The girls assisted me in choosing a great pair and the order was made. It did take a bit longer than I hoped for the glasses to arrive, but everything is slow these days....even the overnight letter I sent with USPS took 6days to arrive to its destination! When I got a call my glasses had arrived I went up to get them next day. OK... it was well worth the wait.. they are amazing ! Thank you Dr. Ozment and Staff for all your extra efforts that are greatly appreciated.

The Dr was great when he did my exam. His staff however is a completely different story. If there is any follow up needed? Forget it. His staff is rude and Diane is the epitome of what not to hire. After 6+ months of requesting assistance with no response, I was treated to the absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a drs office. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company against this office. Shame the dr or his wife couldnt be bothered to care after they got their $.

Dr. Oz and the staff here are great! They bend over backwards for the patients when a patient, like myself, really need something. The last doc I went to messed up my eyes and I went to see Dr. Oz and he fixed my script and now I see even better than I have before!! I even sent my baby cousin here and she LOVES her glasses. This might be the Worst place ever! I find it hilarious that the staff are the only five star ratings on these reviews! The staff is so incredibly rude. I guess when the staff is family you don’t have to have standards for your employees. I really hope enough people complain that they change! So disappointing!

I have been with this optometrist for a few years now.This time I went in with a lot of questions about how to take better care of my eyes, and I had some HUGE questions about worries for my vision in the future. He was open, honest, and said things in a way that made me feel comforted. I know if I have an issue, he’ll be honest with me. He also takes my opinion in mind.THE ENTIRE STAFF is excellent. They’re funny, kind, and very detailed.They make me feel comfortable in a setting that normally brings a lot of anxiety.If you’re looking for a place for good eye care, look no further. This place is it.I’ve already recommended people to this place- they love it!

I had my first visit 3+ weeks ago. The Dr. did a good exam then I had to pick out frames. The woman that helped me did not have the time for me. I tried on a couple frames and wasnt ready to commit to anything yet. She took one out of my hand said they looked good on me and took them to the desk. I ask to try on another but was told the ones she had was meant for me. I went along with her. I had to wait for 3 weeks 2 days to get my glasses. I tried them on and my vision was worse than my old glasses. The same woman dismissed my complaints saying the lens are a new type and it will take a bit to get used to them. Ok so I wore them and left. I fell stepping down off curb and feared driving with them. Next day wore them all day and it did get a little better but still better with the old pair. When did they start making plastic lens. I have worn glasses for many years and the lens have always been glass. I am not going back. Going to someone with local lab and staff that let me shop for what I want..

Thanks to Dr. Ozment and the wonderful staff at BA Eye Site in Broken Arrow, Ok. I came across a view of nature that I hadnt seen in a long time. The attention to care I received from them before and after I received my new glasses is way more than 5 stars. Follow-up calls after were appreciated. Awesome Doctor!

We can’t tell the real story behind our reviews we get because of HIPPA. We are not allowed to discuss the patients that scream at us because their insurance company complicates their services. How we get accused of poor customer service when the phone number to contact does not have voicemail isn’t setup and you don’t have email. We can tell you about 2am office visits for emergencies and personal efforts to deliver services and eyewear to people afraid of covid. They dont even deserve one star.... I came in on 9/9/20 for eye exam was ask if I wanted glasses or contacts I told the dr contacts but that I already had a contact fitting, so he said have them fax it to him and we dont need to do one here.. was told my contacts would be in about a week to 10 days.. I have insurance which they made copies of my cards, then got real hateful when I kept checking on them, and told me my insurance hadnt pd yet that I cant just get contacts with out paying for them very rude! Then I told them to cancel contact order they said they would do that! Then I went to another dr to get contacts and found out that they filed a claim on my insurance, charged me 300 dollars for a contact fitting so I couldnt get contacts or glasses anywhere else, I never received a contact fitting they used the one the other dr faxed them then filed insurance claim for fitting and contacts that I never got not even a prescription! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!! Filed a fraudulent claim!

Super thorough exam and fantastic service!Dr. Ozment performed my exam. He did images and testing. Love how he talked me through everything he saw in the back of my eye. He even caught something that is sending me to my PCP that no one has ever noted before.My new contacts are way more comfortable with better vision than my old. I appreciate that I didnt really have contact lens concerns but he knew there were better lenses for me. BTW - I live out of state. I had my exam on a Thursday. Contacts were at my door the following Monday!!!Ill be back in town soon to pick up my glasses. He got super creative with a prescription to balance my monovision contacts for night driving and extended reading.Mary and Jessica rocked with helping me pick a great frame and the right treatments for my lenses. Poor Customer Care, Ridiculous waiting time.

I am very satisfied with my experience at BA Eye Site. They are located in Broken Arrow (which is great) and are very timely and pay close attention to detail. Both my wife and I highly recommend Dr. Oz!

My husband and I have went here for several years but will not be returning. I have extreme nearsightedness to where Im almost to the maximum prescription that traditional contacts offer therefore my contacts are expensive. This year when our insurance renewed I decided to try a new eye clinic and my exam and contacts were $94 cheaper than my husbands were at BA eye site for his contacts that are less expensive. Few things to think about are that I was a new patient at the new clinic and he was not at BA eye site, neither of our prescriptions changed, and we have the same vision plan coverage with both clinics being in network. So tell me how on earth his are $94 more when nothing changed he just needed to order more contacts?! We will not be returning and will not recommend it to anyone.

So I am a new patient to this office along with my two kids. We all had appointments back to back and ended up in the office 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment. I offered to wait until our scheduled appointment but was told they would get me in as soon as they could get paperwork in the system. A few minutes later, we saw the doctor so this was great. When it was all said and done, we were all going to need glasses. My kids were going to get new ones and I was going to get my first pair since I was a kid.Here is where the really special part comes into play. My kids have had bad eye sight since they were very young so we have seen many eye doctors over the years. In every place I have ever taken them, it always seemed like picking out a frame was a chore and they really didnt care if you got glasses you were happy with. This place was different.The young lady that helped us started with my kids first and really took the time to try on multiple frames and she freely gave her opinion on what she thought looked best and why. She was dedicated to making sure that my kids could not only see but looked good as well. Color, shape, how the frames sat on their faces AND whether they liked them. She was very friendly and genuine.So the hard one was myself because this was my first pair since I was a child and I went in with a certain pre-conceived notion about what I thought I would like. She took me through all the styles and colors and was paying attention to my reaction and could tell when I really didnt like something. She would then go back and try something different and again I felt that she gave me her honest opinion. She took the time to ask questions so that she could help me locate the best pair that would look good on me and I felt confident in the pair that I selected.Now comes the lenses. She once again took the time to understand how I moved through my day and what daily activity that I did so that the lenses that I choose would work with my lifestyle. I needed bifocals and originally thought I would go with progressive lenses however, with my job and the way that my eyes work, we were able to figure out that wasnt my best option - standard bifocals it was. I was so impressed that she asked about how my kids worked on school work - whether they played video games so we could decide on finishes and other items.I ended up with 3 pairs of glasses with the works and still walked out paying $225 less than what I had budgeted for this visit. I can easily estimate what glasses are going to cost (especially for my kids) so I was stunned to discover that it was cheaper here than the others we had visited.We havent received our glasses yet; however, I feel confident that we are going to be happy with them.I was very happy with my visit. Fast and very friendly service and cheaper is always nice as well. I will try to follow up with a follow-up review once we have had some time with our new glasses.Update 07/30/19So I adjusted my review. My youngest and my glasses came in very quickly - within a few days. Glasses fit well and my son told me he can see better now. However, my oldest sons glasses did not come in. I waited and I waited and I waited. I called last Wednesday to find out the status since the other glasses came in so quickly. Was told the frames were on back order and had just come in that day and they would be sent out the next day. So I waited for my text or email like I got with the other glasses. I waited and I waited and I waited. Here we are Tuesday of the next week and still no text or email. So I call again. Glasses are in. Wouldnt tell me how long they had been there but they are there.I understand that things can go wrong and I try to be patient but there really is no excuse for not communicating with me that #1 - the glasses were on backorder so it would be a longer wait and #2 - the glasses actually arrived at some time and no one bothered to inform me. My initial experience was great, the follow through was disappointing.

Ive had an eye exam with Dr. Ozmet, and so have friends and family. We all have been very happy with the medical portion of the visit as well as follow-up and picking out glasses. Great eye care and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Not only do they have the best price for contact lens appointments but they are super helpful. Lost my lens and didn’t have an extra pair they were able to get me in to get another pair and get another box ordered. Love them will never go anywhere else

Everyone was very kind, very personal, awesome experience, however, the person who answered the phone the day after when I called asking for the status on some glasses, Nancy,(?) had an attitude from the start for no reason and did not match the environment I had been in the day prior. The two women that were there the day prior were awesome.

They tried to over charge me

I found this my visit to be less than accommodating.Mary from the front desk was very kind when I called about my $75 discounted contact lense fitting offer and she explained that with a similar deal online for $99 you get the exam and 2 weeks worth of samples which I told her was perfect since I waited until the last minute to renew my prescription, I’m out, and I am leaving on a 2 week vacation. Essentially I’m paying an additional $25 for 2 weeks of lenses which ok that’s worth it since I procrastinated.The exam itself was professional but at the end of the visit it was apparent that the doctor was scrambling to find enough samples in their store room for my common prescription -2.75 and -2.50 and ended up giving me 8 days of Alcon and 9 days of Acuview. He explained that he doesn’t have any more of my prescription and hence the reason for the multiple brand names.I told him that I understand inventory can get hectic but I went to this office for this exact purpose and I believe the 2 weeks is supposed to not be something to get you by, but to have you test ONE brand, the fit, dryness, etc etc. at least that was my experience elsewhere in the past.I asked if they had any expected sample shipments in the next few days or partner doctors for which I could go pick up another weeks worth. They said they have no partners and it could be this Friday, the next Friday or the following Friday they just don’t know.I’m really sorry for anyone going in for the next few weeks with the same prescription because you may be getting ZERO samples.As a small business owner myself I hate to give a poor review but I did give them ample opportunity to help me.I’ll go to a larger provider next time with a larger sample size or someone who can deliver on their offers.

Love Dr.Ozment , he is great with children and very thorough. We have a special needs child and he has always remained patient with her and that is a huge plus in my book. Staff is always very willing to help not matter how long it takes.

I had a great experience at BA Eye Site. I was able to get in and get my eyes checked incredible quickly. The staff were very nice. I was able to get a great price on some glasses as well.

Very disappointed. They say they give customer satisfaction, but that havent even returned my calls to try and find a resolution. I purchased a Groupon for $59.00 that was supposed to cover the exam and $200 towards a pair of glasses. They dont even carry frames that are affordable. They charged $527 for an exam an one pair of glasses. I went elsewhere after and purchased two pairs of the same style and quality for $115.00

We have waited 5 weeks for my daughters glasses to be ready. The staff are never helpful. Poor selection. Poor service.

I came down with a severe eye infection Thursday evening. By Friday morning, the pain was so bad I couldnt keep my eye open. I called BA Eye Site before opening hours and was relayed to Dr. Ozment who told me to meet him when they opened. Not only did my eye feel better, my infection needed a follow up that Saturday and Sunday when they were closed. Dr. Ozment met me after hours to care for a one-time customer as I dont wear glasses or contacts. I highly recommend BA Eye Site.

I had an awesome experience here at BA EyeSite! First of all, let me say, I dont think youll find better customer service anywhere. I dont say that lightly. They treat you like family and are super friendly and energetic. You can tell they really care about their customers/patients. Thats hard to find these days. My wife bought the $100 Groupon deal for $200 towards glasses and a free eye exam. I already had some glasses but its been about 15 years since Ive gotten new ones or had my eyes checked. Needless to say my glasses werent doing so great anymore. I was a little nervous going into the eye exam as I remember my previous one being nerve racking as I have a hard time telling which lens is better when they flip through them. The doctor here was super patient with me and made me feel very comfortable all throughout. They have some really cool technology that Ive never seen before too. I couldnt tell you what all of it did, but it was neat! You could tell they are on top of their game and have put the money into having the best equipment. Their facility is very clean (including the bathroom haha!) and new looking. They have lots of frames to choose from...almost too many haha! They let me and my wife take as long as we wanted to try on several different frames until we finally decided on one. I wasnt really sure about the tan color of the frames so I asked if they have them in another color. Jessica (the receptionist/assistant) found them on her computer and promptly ordered them in black for us. A couple days later when the black frames came in I tried them and liked the color better so we finalized my order. A couple days after that they had my glasses completely ready (lenses, AR coating, frames etc.). I love them! Not only do they look great on me, but I especially love that I can actually see far away again, and with such great detail and crispness. I couldnt believe how much Ive been missing out on. Its like the difference between HDTV and an old school TV. Thank you BA EyeSite!! :)
