Called last week to inquire on a phone unlock, gave name, number, imei number guy was supposed to call back but never did. Paid $15 for a remote unlock with seller samunlock on Ebay. Took 20 minutes and paid $15 vs $50. Thanks for not calling back Amir

I initially dropped off my phone for repair on March 30th, picked it up on the 31st. For the next few hours my phone was updating, however after only 3 hours the screen went out.I dropped my phone off again on April 1st, and picked it up on April 3rd. The finger print unlock feature, the auto screen dimmer and the screen turn off when on the phone did not work.The screen went out again on April 11th, dropped off the phone on April 15, and picked it up on the 17th. Still having issues with screen functions including the finger print scanner.My screen went out again on April 28th, however at some point during the night started working again.On May 17th at approximately 7:45pm I ordered some food. I was on my phone for about 35 minutes when the food arrived. I sat the phone down on the sofa and noticed that I had 12% left on the battery. After eating and watching a show, about 9pm, I picked up the phone and the screen was dark. I thought the battery died however once connected to the charger it chimed as it normally does. I turned on and off the flashlight (Moto Actions), and disconnected and reconnected the Moto-Mod battery pack and got he standard chime... The screen is out again.Five times now, completely unacceptable.

This place is great!. My 12 year old accidentally left a Iphone X on my bumper and it fell off on 131st street where it laid there for hours and getting run over multiple times before we found it hours later. It was bent and the screen was absolutely destroyed. Sent a message and the guys here quickly scheduled me an appointment to look at it. Took these guys a total of 20 mins to replace the screen and the phone still works to my surprise. First time using a place such as this, and will highly recommend them to anyone. They made a 12 year old very happy today after being heartbroken half the night.

They did a great job with my iPhone 8 Plus! Replaced the screen AND the battery for the cost of a screen repair elsewhere. Also super fast - went next door for a sandwich and they were done when I got my sandwich! Great job!

Had them replace my screen on the Note 10+. Looked fine but a while later I noticed my battery was swelling. Took it into Samsung for warranty service and they said whoever replaced the screen had punctured the battery and mangled some of the flex cables in the phone. I took it back to Repair Pros and they basically shrugged and just said the parts to fix it werent available.
