This location in Broken Arrow has long been my go-to place for all of my cellular needs. My sales rep, September, went above and beyond in helping me to get my new phone activated, as well as the transfer of my existing data from my old phone. She was also extremely helpful in setting me up with all the necessary accessories that I needed. I highly recommend this location for any cellular needs and customer service.

Had a great experience, got a great phone with great service, but didnt spend a great amount of money. The greatest thing of all was that I didnt have to sell my soul to the Devil for all of this! Thanks Verizon for being the absolute best service and providing the unbelievable and truly wicked cell phone coverage that you do. Someone may have sold a soul somewhere, but I didnt have to.

Loved Braden and the Manager! They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed at the price point I wanted! I walked in and said I need 3 phones and I’m not paying more than $180 and I left with 3 phones for $189! I was pleased. As a former manager of T-Mobile I will say the DM was in the store upon my visit and she wasn’t the friendliest. She entered sales floor with a room full of customers and didn’t acknowledge or greet any of us. I found that strange but that does not take away from the service I was provided by Braden and the Manager.

Becky was incredibly helpful. I came in with four things to be taken care of, one of which was maybe getting a new phone because the surface of mine was cracked. Because I am newly retired and wont start getting my pension for about 6 weeks, I decided I really couldnt afford a new one. Becky suggested seeing if it was the screen cover and not the actual screen that was cracked. Hurray--it was just the cover! She took it off, suggested the Liquid Glass cover be applied, and my phone is good as new! She also set me up with a plan that will save me money each month. Im so glad I came in today! Shes a company rep who really considered the needs of THIS customer!

Braden was extremely patient and kind to my mother. She was frustrated with her phone not being able to call out, and he was very quick to try simply turning it off and back on. That was all that was needed! We left the store feeling thankful to have Braden helping us.

Horrible customer service and non-existent product knowledge. This store promised me $200 Verizon e-gift card after having my phone for two months. I had to go to the Verizon Corporate store at 41st & Yale to find out that Russell forgot to tell me I had to go online and request the gift card within 45 days of purchase so now Verizon wont honor it. I called and spoke with Becky, store manager, at Russell who promised to check into it and call me back. Never a call back and no help. Verizon Corporate store says unless Russell helps I will never get my $200. I called Russell corporate store about another issue and they could have cared less. Buy your phone anywhere but here... extremely poorly run business. Would have given zero stars but seems that is not possible.

Very positive experience with this store! I moved here from Texas and had to get new service. Everyone was so positive from the first phone call with Chris yesterday. I arrived today and Bevan was super helpful. The manager Becky had to finish the transaction but made it very pleasant. I will definitely be back in the future. Excellent customer service!!!!!

He was so patient to teach her when he didn’t have to and he came in 3 hours early cause they needed help, they were busy, and still had the best attitude!!

I felt like I could describe in every detail what issues I ran into without being judged, questioned, and I didn’t feel rushed to have my issue resolved. I had a good laugh with khaieisha (I apologize for most likely misspelling the name), she made me and girlfriend feel very welcome in the store, and she handled every issue I had very well and related it to even her own struggles! Went in a month ago and the worker Andre told me my phone was paid off when I went to go get my upgrade. Had me keep my old phone, only to find out after I sold it myself that is wasn’t paid off and now since I was told misinformation by an employee that didn’t know what he was doing and was rude to begin with I have to pay 300 something dollars. 100% don’t recommend going to this store because they don’t know what they’re doing or saying. Tried explaining it to customer service and they are still insistent that I pay for it even though I was told it was paid off.

Sadly the employees are very nice and friendly, however the service is terrible. They have one employee in the entire store. We purchased 10 phones for management in our company and were told we would receive gift cards of $150 for upgrading and buying some new lines. Spoke to numerous people never was resolved by anyone we spent 2 years trying to get corporate or the Franchise to help out and they kept blaming each other for issues. At least the phones work well so thats a good thing.

This place is not to be bileved awful. They lie about prices. If you send in your phone they will not get it back, you will get a awful cash value and never see it again. Then you will be harassed by verison after returning your equipment to pay a balance because they dont communicate with each other even though they are sell the product. They told me I owed 3000.00 after returning the phones with in a couple of days from activation. And they are currently telling they may not be able to cover the charges for those days. Do your self a favor DO NOT get Verizon and most certainly DO NOT use this place.

Just called this store because i had a problem with my phone. ( 2 weeks after purchasing it btw) I was told by the worker they could not discuss my account over the phone and that id have to come into the store to show my I.D.. What? isnt that what the pin is for????I do not have a car and would need to uber each time i had a problem. Whitch is starting to seem like it will be a weekly thing. well, i called corporate and they have no idea why this store told me that. and there exact words were (thats what the pin is for) imagine that. Very lavy customer service. I will be back to return my phone within the next few days. The woman i spoke to needs better training. Something like that seems like you would learn it on day 1.

This is the worst store in the entire Oklahoma area. Nobody knows what they are doing and the customer service is disgraceful. Ashly provided the highest level of customer service. I switched from an android phone to an iPhone and was a little nervous about the change. She did an excellent job moving all my information from the android to the iPhone and answered all my questions before I left the store. This was not just a transaction but relationship building with a long standing customer. Needless to say, we will be staying with Verizon and will continue to visit this particular store and Ashly for all of our communication needs.

I went in the other day and there was a ton of people waiting I thought t-mobile was a hassle and wanted to switch but I wasn’t even greeted had to wait forever for the store manager who was running around frantically and not helping customers and ended up just going into the back for over 15 minutes. Upon checking on the staff working it looked like nobody knew what they were doing and apparently it’s because they’re indirect dealers who got bad training these people need serious help last time I came in over 2 months ago the corporate employees looked like they actually knew what they were doing and were actually speedy.

Friendly staff, but cant get customers moving. Waited almost an hour as next in line, ended up leaving, contemplating on visiting a different Verizon store or seeing if I can get the help I need over the phone. Theres no longer the person that would greet you at the door with the tablet that took down your name and what you needed. Its now a store filled with people waiting and then everyone looks at each other to figure out whos been waiting the longest when a staff member says they can help whoevers next.

Wait was awful, no bathroom to use, unable to match prices in store compared to online. Unable to handle the devices without a 10 pound weight security device hugging every corner of the phone. Personnel were very nice - all of the above was not in their control, just irritated with the system

Went in last week and asked one of the boys working there about plans and switching very patient and friendly kid went to ask his apparent district manager for help and she provided no insight but to go online for certain deals at which point another one of the guys there found out it could be done in store. I dont know what kind of management training they get there but that is no way to help new employees. He clearly wants to help but can’t even get a straight answer. I’m not coming back to this location and if I see that Russell Cellular sign anywhere I’m making sure to avoid it as well.

Traded in my phone for an upgrade. They looked at the phone in store and said it looked good. They gave me a shipping envelope to send the phone back in. 4 months later and still no credit for the phone. I called the national number for the 3rd time and they said the phone had a crack in it and I would need to take it up with UPS. There is no way they can send me back the old phone, so Im stuck. This is a terrible way to do business. Not necessarily the stores fault. Just the process in general needs improved. Costing me $500 and costing the company more than that with my future business. Is Verizon going downhill? Feels that way to me.

Horrible experience after over half a decade with them. I went in and waited an hour to be helped without a greeting. Ashley came over to finally greet me and tried getting logged into my account for 20 minutes. I needed an upgrade and knew exactly what I wanted (Samsung S21 Ultra - 512 GB). She tried to tell me all the new Samsung phones had microSD slots (which was not true). I asked about several phones and the smart watches and decided on the Active2. Upon checking out she brings out the Watch3 and says it does the same thing. Customers were flooding the store and not being helped. After several minutes of trying to move my data and apps over to my new phone, I told her Ill just do it since it already has taken 3 hours and I havent completed checkout yet. She then cross sells me with some uneeded earbuds. I finally checkout at 7 PM. Once I get back to my hotel, and after several more hours of moving my data, apps, and doing updates, I find out I was given the 128 GB instead of the 512 GB (I live several hours away, nearest Verizon is over an hour away and I was in town so stopped by this one, big mistake). I needed to charge my phone and realized when the reps were trying to move my things over they left the charging brick out and didnt put it back so I was unable to charge my new device. I go back in the next day and spoke with Jered (after waiting 30 minutes) who was the store manager since Ashley was not working that day, and told him about my experience and how I said specifically I wanted the 512 and not the 128. He said he spoke with his district manager and I will be getting a replacement in 2 days once they order my device and it arrives in the store. The whole ordeal took another 2 hours. A few days go by and I call the store to see if my phone has arrived yet. Ashley picked up and couldnt find it in the back. Said they have another shipment in and will give me a call once it gets there. A week passes, I call them again and they tell me they didnt see my order in their system and suggest I call customer support. I told the rep that my 14 day return policy is coming up and Im not paying the stocking fee.. I show up to the store again for the 3rd time within a week, and they refused to greet or talk to me after 45 minutes of standing in the lobby. I learned that Ashely has been working there for 2 weeks and got promoted to assistant manager after my ordeal and Jered who was the store manager that placed my order is no longer with them.I would not recommend this store to any Verizon customers as theyre an indirect retailer (even though theyre Verizon). They need special privileges to access your account and have limited support which has to go through Verizon for a lot of the authorizations. By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a somewhat Verizon store.

Went to this location to try and get transferred from Sprint. We ended up going with ATT. Verizon wanted to charge us a SUPER high down payment. Because we were getting 5 lines & All newest phones. Crazy we had a ZERO down payment with ATT. Definitely dont use verizon they are just as bad as sprint!!! ATT ALLLL THE WAY.

Truly AWFUL! As an older, not-so-tech savvy person, I needed some help with an issue on my Samsung phone. I have been a Verizon customer for MANY years, and before I moved to this area, my old store in Oklahoma City was always so helpful. Not so with this one. I felt like I was a total nuisance to the staff and managers by just being there. I was talked down to, and made to feel like a complete imbecile. Left Verizon, went to Best Buy and the courteous folks there had me fixed up and on my way in less than 5 minutes (no charge). No longer a long time Verizon customer. Hello Mint Mobile!!

Came here to get my wife a new phone, staff was friendly but not really helpful. They would not transfer the stuff off her old phone to her new one. We were handed a paper with the instructions on it, not that its that difficult, but I went to a different location a week earlier to get my new phone and they did everything for me without hesitation. I know this is not the store fault, but I have to tell someone and hopefully someone care enough to address their own error!I was trying to buy a phone and a case online since nobody can go to the store now. the website said the case was $39.99 and now for $37.49, so when I checkout it was charging me for a full price. I called and tell them about it, and they told me to call customer service, so I did. They just basically said that they cant do anything about it. Go figure!

I was locked out of my phone and was convinced it was the phones fault. I know my password. I use it all the time. Im not mental. The gentleman that helped me was kind and patient. I had one try left before my phone locked me out. I was about to lose my mind. My son then said are you sure you didnt drop one of the numbers. I light bulb went off in my head. I typed in my password letters minus the numbers. Bingo! Im unlocked. I am am mental and the Verizon rep is a saint.
