Three years ago, after my car was stolen and destroyed, we decided to test drive a Subaru. Jeremy helped us in getting a beautiful orange Crosstrek. He made car buying easy! The paperwork was done in a snap - this is how car buying should be!!! I told my sister I would be happy buying Subaru again just for the ease of paperwork. The process was nearly painless (as painless as letting go of money ever is). No pressure to make a sale and they took care of the hail damage and other blemishes prior to us signing all the paperwork. I found myself in a bind this summer after hail damage finished off my last vehicle and I needed a car quick - Ferguson Subaru made it really easy for me! I did my research and came into the dealership knowing which car I wanted, and Chester was very helpful and ensured that the whole process went smoothly. They unfortunately didn’t have the specific Forester I wanted on the lot at the time (it wasn’t coming in for a few weeks) but they found a previous model for me to test drive and made sure to clarify what was different. I decided to stick with the Forester and wait for it to come in. The car arrived at the dealership right on time and I’ve loved it so far. This was my first time buying a car and Chester made it a great experience!

We had a challenging situation where we needed to purchase a car remotely from across the country ahead of our move and in times of low inventory no less. Jake and the Ferguson Subaru staff were very helpful in putting together a deal together that was fair to both parties and kept us informed of the vehicle’s transit status while we traveled cross country. In the end, the vehicle was waiting for us when we got to Oklahoma, and the paperwork was all ready for signature, allowing us to wrap everything up in less than an hour. Needing a new & different car for my handicapped husband, we decided to buy a Subaru Outback. I had been online for ages and there was just nothing available, we went to Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow to see what was coming in and lucked into having Zane Bubolz as our salesperson. When we explained our predicament and told him that our neighbors had purchased one of their loaner Outbacks last year, he immediately contacted his manager and found that 2 of their loaners were going to be sold very soon. He expedited the process and we bought a loaner with 7000 miles. He was meticulous in making sure everything was in order. He had an answer for every question and knew his product inside and out. We met with the business manager, Ryan and he too was friendly, to-the-point and knowledgeable. This was the easiest, most comfortable car purchase weve ever made. I found a Subaru I liked online and called to see if I could put a hold on it until I was able to make the hour and a half drive to the dealership. I was informed that I could hold it with a deposit but I still had to find a way to swap between my rental car and the Subaru if I were to buy it. Malek, my salesperson, sent me a video of the Subaru, offered to deliver it my house on his day off, and eventually helped me buy the car over the phone. Unfortunately, I wish I could give more stars but I can’t. My husband and I were looking to test drive a 2021 forester however there were none on the lot. We were given a 2017 instead and told they are the exact same, however there a number of differences between the 2 vehicles. Not to mention the car we were given was a new trade in and covered in dog hair, which my husband is severely allergic too. The customer service was great however the experience its self was not.

I did research and we knew what type of vehicle we wanted. I called Ferguson to request specific vehicles to be available when we arrived. I was put in touch w/ Tanner, our sales rep - he had everything ready at agreed on time. We had our vehicle appraised at the first meeting and price for new car was determined with little haggling. I test drove the outback I was interested in several times and went back and forth about making a decision. Rob was not frustrated or annoyed, he seemed to understand and was very personable. He made the process easy and less stressful! Rob went above and beyond to surprise me with a big red bow on the car when I got there to pick it up, my outback which was very thoughtful and made for awesome pictures. This is my first Subaru and I love it already! I had heard some great things about Subaru and so I decided to take a look at them and I ended up going home with an outback days later. The whole team at Ferguson Subaru was very helpful and kind, I highly recommend Rob and the Ferguson Subaru team!

Working people of Tulsa, they dont want your business.Went with my wife Tuesday evening to look and test drive, went fine. We decided to buy, went to website got financed on there website. Starting at noon started calling. No car bask.Went to car lot in work clothes dirty from working, went inside nobody would talk to me. Stood by thecars for a hour. Nobody talked to me. Had down payment in pocket wouldnt sell me a car because of work clothes I guess!

We bought a 2020 Ascent and we did not have any issues with the purchase of the vehicle. The issue is the service department and customer service. our vehicle has been having an issue for a few weeks with shuttering going up an incline. I understand that COVID has effected everyone, but telling us that they cant do anything for over a month for a loaner is ridiculous. The service department has been rough with our experience. We have two small children and every time we have taken the car in for service it has been a minimum of 2 hours, the longest being 5 1/2 hours. I hope this helps you choose your dealership and not make the mistake we have.

I don’t typically leave five star reviews, but Mike Ferguson and the sales and finance teams took care of me beyond what I expected.Mike Ferguson scoured for the used Forester I was looking for in my price range and desired mileage. When the a car was traded in that Mike deemed a good fit, contacted me immediately. Even though the car was out of the certified pre-owned mileage and age range, they did a detailed inspection and got the car in tip-top shape for me and my wife.Mike Ferguson in particular was friendly and easy going. Never pushed me or tried to sell me more than I intended on buying.We love the Forester we bought. I’ve always bought my used cars on marketplace or similar, but this seems like a dealership I can trust. I plan to by my next car here too.
