I rarely comment, but I need to brag on Jeff and the whole Precision team.I had an AC issue and thought it was just freon. Jeff advised it was a condensor fan that was freezing up. I was not able to leave the vehicle over night to get the part ordered, so Jeff filled it up with Freon anyway (for no charge) to keep the vehicle cool for a few weeks until I could leave the car with them. It is THAT kind of service that will keep me a customer. Jeff could have got me for a lot of money, but he chose to do the right thing. Location, location , location? Id say Integrity, integrity, integrity. Thanks Precision! You all are the best!

Just this week, I had an old car that another place said ALOT of work needed to be done. I (knowing his integrity) took it to Jeff and he gave me his honest opinion. I appreciate it a great deal. Its easy to check my car in and out (even if after-hours), and he communicates well with me. Hes my go-to when I need something big done, or just seeking honesty and integrity. Great service! They got my car up in running within a day. Prices were fair and not too hard on the pockets. I was having some trouble with my alternator i had replaced it several times. They got in there and found out what the core issue was and didn’t even charge me for the upgraded part. I will definitely be returning with future car issues, hopefully not too soon though.

I decided on Precision Auto because of the reviews. It’s hard to choose because you want to be able to have true trust and that’s typically only earned. Well they’ve earned mine! I couldn’t have been more satisfied. How you ask? Because they chose to take care of me instead of their profit. I’m thankful for people posting reviews and I’m thankful for businesses like Precision Auto. It’s nice to not have to worry about where my next car repairs will be completed.

While going to do my drivers test the instructor told me I had a burnt out break light and sent me to Precision because it was close to the DMV. I didnt get the name of the worker who helped us, but he got the repair done ASAP and didnt charge me a dime for the repair (as long as I passed the test 😂). We both had the same model truck and conversated about the vehicles for a while. Great dude, great service and great place. 100/100

Jeff was great!!!I came in with a busted water pump, needed a new serpentine belt, and replace the power steering fluid. Was in and out in about 3 hours when I got the phone call it was ready...oh and they also complained an oil change. Jeff and his Staff are quality/knowledgeable mechanics that care about their customers. They will shoot you straight (fair) with their prices and will perform the work in a reasonable time. They do an excellent job of assessing the work that needs to be done and call you with their results in a quick time frame. I have had a 2004 Chevy pickup, 2009 & 2011 Chevy Equinox (3 different vehicles) worked on by this company, all 3 have came out of this shop as good as or better than ever!! Jeff and his guys took a lot of extra time to make an old mustang that was highly modified to steer and drive perfectly. A lot of shops may have turned down the challenge this is just one of many good experiences I have had with them I highly recommend anyone to do business with this company

If you need an honest, good quality mechanic Precision Auto Specialist is the place. We have taken all of our cars to Jeff. He is honest and upfront with you before any repairs are done to your vehicle. We took a PT Cruiser in that a tire shop deemed unfit to drive. They claimed over $2,000 worth of work was needed. Jeff looked at it and we walked out the door for only $360! If you need someone who is willing to work with you and treat you with respect, look for Jeff. They got my car in right away. Quality service, affordable prices. Always courteous. If youre looking for an honest, qualified mechanic, with fair rates in Green Country...these guys are the ones to call!My Ford Edge had a computer glitch that resulted in bad ignition coils (or the other way around, Im not sure). They ended up replacing all six coils, spark plug wires, and the computer. Check Engine light came back on from a burned up catalytic converter, but they made it right by fixing that too for a very fair price. Car now runs great!

Showed up without an appointment to have our transmission system leak checked. They checked it out on the spot, found it was a loose coupling, and fixed it right up. Only charged us five bucks for transmission fluid. We found them very honest and helpful.

When you need a shop that fixes problems that other outfits can’t... My car sat for a day and a half at another service place closer to my home. I eventually had to have it towed, again. And with a friends recommendation in mind Precision Auto was my next destination, they not only fixed the problem but did it in a quarter of the time that the other shop had it. We have used Precision for over 15 years. They have always been fair, never charged me if they couldnt fix it, and always for a reasonable price. They stand by their work and they do not do things that dont need to be done. They are good and they are trustworthy.

Jeff and his team are the ONLY place I recommend in the Tulsa/BA area. I have used them for over 5 years now, through owning Fords, Hondas and Infinity they can work on them all. Never a hassle, these guys are the best.

Jeff, Justin and the rest of the guys are great. Very honest...which is hard to find with mechanic shops. I was quoted a price to fix my AC one day and I was great with that price, but when I went in to pick up my vehicle and it was about $260.00 cheaper..... Jeff told me when they started to work on it, that it took less time and what was broken was only a $20 part. His exact quote to me was this it was only this little part here and it took less than an hour to fix, Im not going to charge you the original price, I dont run my shop like that, so yes your bill is only $45 rather than the $300 that we thought it could have been.. I was amzamed and told him that he could have charged the $300 and I would have not known. He said he would have known though and he would have not been ok with that. I highly recommend this place!Thank you guys.

The team there fixed my van faster than they expected. Service was great amd repairs were perfect! Had my fuel pump replaced on my minivan. I would definitely recommend.

I have had my van repaired at Precision a couple of times in the past couple of years, but this time it wasn’t a job they were able to do. Jeff called me to let me know that the problem is a bent frame which needs to be repaired by a body shop. I have been working mandatory overtime at work and I told Jeff that I didn’t have time to deal with this situation. He told me that he would help me out. He called body shops for me to find out details on my bent frame and then he called me to let me know who to call about this. I’m amazed at how he went above and beyond anyone’s expectations to help me out when I was in a bind. I will always recommend Precision and I will only use them in the future for my auto repair needs.

My breaks light didnt work, i went to this place , they changed the bulb ( they didnt charge me anything) , and i was surprised that my stuck transmission started working well after that :) they are fast and honest , thank you jeff.I would recommend this place to all people i know.. thank u

If your looking for a shop that you can trust, be sure to check out Precision Auto Specialist. They wont recommend repairs you dont need to increase labor cost. They dont jack up parts costs by 40%, like Chain automotive repair shops do.

The mechanics here are as good as they get. They are very friendly, and always helpful. I will be using them again.
