I needed a main line air vent for my heating system and Lowes didnt sell them so had to go to a place that sells hvac parts thats where F.W. Webb came in, had the part in stock. Now I have heat again. Look up the part when I got home to find out that I got it $10 cheaper than the few other places I looked up

Went to buy a faucet but they had no power so I had to come back when I had free time. Called them on 7/2/18 and asked what time the showroom is open and was told 5pm. Took time off from work to drive all the way to Brockton store and turns out they were closed. Not very good customer service. Told me to come back tomorrow. Too bad I’m working all day. Taking my business elsewhere to someone who has consistent hours .
