I think they are extremely pleasant on the phone! Same day delivery!

One of the worse customer experience I ever had with them. Absolutely to be avoided at ALL COST. These people should not be in business. Take your business somewhere else

Trojan oil is the worst ever. They took two days to deliver, were unpleasant on the phone and when their bank refused my temporary check, they called the constable. When I tried to bring a cashiers check, they tried to force me to pay an extra $100 for the Constable even though they made no attempt to contact me. Who attempts to take their customers to court after years of consistent payments? Call Niccoli Bros and save yourself the headache. They have been professional, accommodating and I’m very happy with my autopay account. They deliver as scheduled, no hassle and guaranteed that should a payment issue arise, they will simply call.

I have been a customer since 2000, buying my oil exclusively from Trojan. Ran out of oil Sarurday morning ...completely my own fault. Trojan would not deliver Saturday (open on Saturdays), Sunday and finally arrive Monday 10am . When I called and reported my disappointment with this issue , Monday ( in a polite and civil manner), the response was Unfortunately we cant always service our customers. Wow, loyalty to a company a]nd honest feedback is no longer respected by this company. Time to find a new oil delivery company.

I used this oil company for about 9 years or so,and they were absolutely wonderful throughout those years!I started out with a different oil company for the first 7 years after we first bought our house,and that company went out of business,and thats when we came across Trojan Oil. The first company was horrible,i cant even begin to count all of the times that they just did not show up when we had placed an order days ahead in the freezing cold,i wont say the name,but they were a no show on so many occasions. We had nothing but great experiences with Trojan for many years,and they would always ask me when i called to order oil,if we were okay with the amount of oil currently in our tank,cause they would come that same day if we were really low on oil! I never let our tank run that low,but they ALWAYS asked me,and i truly appreciated that they did,as i wasnt at all used to that with the other company! Well we recently moved and we no longer have oil to heat with ( Gas now thank the Lord) but for people who do,they are a truly wonderful company to do business with,and i highly highly recommend them!!!

The worst company to work with. They transfer you to the other company to take a message for them, but that message never makes it back and they never follow up. Then you follow up and agree on times and service with one person, but then another person comes in and changes requirements. You then have to call back again... They dont use emails but rather fax - welcome to 2020.

When ever I call They are very professional and provide service on time. Out of the the 4 oil companies I dealt with Trojan is Awesome!
