Fabio was fabulous! He followed up within the day after I filled out my needs and contact information on the companys website. He came over within the week to take measurements of the shower doors and general repair work I wanted to be done. He was very thorough and precise with this process and then fully explained the challenge with our tub being out-of-plumb. However, he was confident he could handle the job and stop our tub from leaking into our first floor. He recommended a few options for our job, but we ultimately went with his first choice. In addition to his expertise in craftsmanship, he was also timely with his correspondence in regard to the costs/invoices and my questions, whether by email or text message. As for the actual job, he and his assistant worked diligently and left a very clean worksite. In fact, my tub was much cleaner after he was done! Our family was beyond impressed with the end result. Based on Fabios responsiveness, fair and transparent pricing, and cleanliness of work areas, I am certainly using his services again and recommend his contracting services without hesitation.
