Clean store, helpful staff. There was only 1 register open, all the others where self check out. When you still need someone to key in the veterans discount it would have been quicker. The stars are directed to the company, all staff was helpful and pleasant!

I forgot my wallet and I asked the lady at the desk at the register could you hold this she went further and had a receipt so all I had to do is scan the receipt to make it quicker awesome girl need more people like her Blessed spirit I went back and everything was good Just wanna say thanks too bad I didnt remember her name could give it to you she deserved recognition

I visit this store frequently, and i will like to praise several staff because they are always willing to help you, they have patience, they take all the time that they need to help you, they have plenty knowledge, and if they are not able to help you, they will call a co-worker to get the information, they are great... The staff are Kiki (she is almost at every dept) and Edmund ( from the floor, i think Edmund is Plumbing Specialist) and Joyce (From Customer Service), they hear all of your concerns... They are the best assets to this store.

This particular homedepo in crescent st Brockton costumer service is heal bad, I arrived there ready to purchase a Microwave, I had to chase a saleswoman when she arrived I informed her what I was looking for , she did even offer to help she sand me to isle 30 I said I will meet you there waited for 45 minutes she never arrived, others sales people waked by did not even asked me if I need help, so I walked out the store and went to New England appliance in Braintree.

Home Depot was ok.lumber is scarce and the prices of ply wood and two by fours was really high.i guess there is a nation wide storage because of covid.the people at this home Depot rented me a truck for 20 bucks so I could get my lumber home.I was grateful for that.

I will never shop here again. When checking out security came out of no where to watch my son and me. Then after my son scanned and bagged everything, the cashier comes over to say could I check every item in your bag. This is after she watched us scan everything.I also had a hand full of hundreds to pay for everything. I just brought a house and was excited to by my first mower, needless to say this experience there spoiled it. If you want to feel like a thief, go to the Brockton Home Depot. Home Depot had the A/C weatherseal I wanted, the other home improvement store did not.

I really like going to the Home Depot, they always have what i need for my home projects.

I have since June 26, 2020 waiting for a door installation. I called and visited the store to know the status of my order and the people in charge in door and windows department always gave me excuses they are waiting for the city permit. Sometimes some of them did not give me the chance to talk they cut me off when I am talking to tell me that I can cancel the order if I am not satisfy, kind of rude because this people made Home Depot loose customers. I made the second payment already on the Home Depot credit card because I do no want to damage my credit. This means I am paying for something I ordered and it’s not installed yet. Now that I complained in this review cause they make me wait more for the installation. It is too sad they gave me the excuse for COVID-19 all the time and said they will call me back and never happened.

Was looking for a wall panel that when looked up said the Home Depot in Avon had 31, went to Avon was told they didnt have, so I decided to go to home depot in Brockton which didnt have it either, so when Rick from Lumber called Avon he also got runaround, Rick got bounced around depts, hung up on(yes, this was him calling another Home Depot) SHAME ON YOU AVON HOME DEPOT, so after Rick spent about 1/2 on phone w Avon Store that all of a sudden found the 31 sheets, so back to Avon, also was at Avon Home Depot a week ago waited for 40mins for someone to mix paint, people from other depts tried to find someone to mix paint and kept saying they paged someone, so 40min later went to Home Depot in Brockton, there was no one there either to mix paint, realized yesterday when Rick was calling Avon H D, that he was the one that ended up mixing my paint. Thank You so much for all your help in different depts Rick from Lumber

I own a restoration shop on this side of the city so I come here pretty often for sanding and paint supplies metal hardware Etc came in here today to get a sheet of cardboard just to make a design for an interior we are putting together and they tried to tell me I had to buy a package of moving boxes thats all they could do because they had to recycle the cardboard for they got some sort of credit or something. Went to Lowes about 3 months ago and they let me have my pick. Needless to say Ill be taking my business on the other side of the city for now its the principle more than the dollar.

Customer service is the worst ive ever experienced. Calling multiple times a week to finally get through to someone, when they finally answer theyre rude and dont care. Last time i called they hung up mid conversation. Their 90 day money guarantee is a hoax and they dont want to deal with returns. They just blame it on the tool company. This location is a joke.

Customer service the best. Was looking for a door latch. Out of the one I needed, so they gave me a brand name latch for the home depot brand. Plus, my veterans discount. I heartily recommend Home Depot.

Awesome customer service by Anthony from garden. He was very busy but Manage to locate our patio set overhead and help us track down someone to get it. When the guy went to lunch before bringing our stuff down. Anthony waited with us and was very apologetic. We end up buying the patio set and picking it up the next day. Didnt mind doing this because of the great customer service from Anthony.

They are very rude to my husband every time he goes to return something and lost the receipt because you usually throw a receipt away when you are going to keep something but when it doesnt work to your satisfaction then you obviously dont want it or want to exchange it but they dont even do that for us. Rudest manger with blonde hair and short named Kate Im pretty sure thats her name. So rude.

Well I really didnt enjoy my visit to this establishment. I had a difficult time finding what I was looking for and when I got to the checkout I could not find irregular check out and had to use the automated system. I very much dislike this as I prefer a regular cashier and Im old-fashioned in this manner as I think it takes jobs.

Hugh was the best in the paint area. If you have a recognition program at Home Depot he should clearly get recognized as he is very helpful every time that I go into Home Depot. I hope

As I was leaving plumbing area headed for checkout a employee spotted me and the item I was about to purchase. Then made a point to come up to me and inform me about something I wouldve completely overlooked. This couldve been disastrous had this employee not made a point to stop what he was doing and come right over to inform me of possible disaster ahead. So Thank you Home Depot guy, I appreciate you flagging me down and informing me of the situation which helped me avoid it.

The elderly man greeting at the front door was very nice and helpful. However,!!!!!!!! Several employees where extremely rude to include a rep. that was condensending and quick to be extremely sarcastic. At the register the lady at self checkout was quick to tell me that I had a problem when asking for a discount that was publicized and then took 5 whole minute to actually apply the discount. I will not be going back here even if I was given money to shop there.

Home Depot is hit or miss. A GREAT price on a bathroom exhaust fan with tons of features but so hard to find an associate to help. I prefer the independent Ace and True Value but I knew online they had the best price on a super cool exhaust fan. If I go to a big box hardware store I generally like Lowes but I think Lowes has better service a nicer layout but home Depot has equal or better prices.

Waited 30 minutes for help. Had to get a cashier to come help me find the item in the isle due to no one from the department responding to the paging. After the cashier was able to see on the inventory that they had plenty in stock he had to get a store manager to locate the item which was relocated by the cashier area.

Friendly and convenient Place

Im a girl who has to repair and fix her own ouchies in my home. I take a trip to the Home Depot here in Brockton, all the employees are wonderful. If you need something and you dont know where it is they are there to show you. I wish others big Corporation stores employees would take notice to this. I left there smiling. Corey and Ian were wonderful and gave me a lot of information on what I should do with my existing problem at home. Way to go guys!

Very friendly and helpful people at this Home Depot. We had to return a window unit A/C, because it was too wide for our living room window opening. The young lady at returns had the money back on our HD credit card within one minute, then directed us as to picking a unit that would not only fit, but would cool the living room and kitchen appropriately.
