My aunt used Securicom for years. She moved into assisted living, sold her home and discontinued her security service. She pays for the service for a year. Securicon would not refund her money for the last four months of the year. They said they were not required to refund the money because she was on a yearlong contract. She didnt leave them for another company. She left because she needed to move into assisted living! Horrible customer service. Most companies have contingencies for death or moving into assisted living. Not Securicom! Would definitely NOT recommend!!
