I’m in the Bristol UPS store frequently and I am always impressed with the team members efficiency and friendliness. They always make my visit easy and painless!They know exactly how to help whether I am shipping or printing. This team is the BEST!I visit many UPS store locations some are okay, some are good, but this location is exceptional.Thanks for all you do!

I thought they closed at 8pm not 7pm. Anyway I was doing an Amazon return for 3 small packages and could not find my email return approval because of all the junk mail. I got one package taken care of and told the girl (medium length blonde hair) that I needed to look for the emails. After a minute she asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I responded why are you closing? and she said yes, right now. If UPS employees cant give a few minutes of time past closing then UPS is not the business for me! She was literally locking the door as I was unlocking my car door in front of her and unplugging stuff like she was on fire to get out of there. PATHETIC

Everyone at this location is great. They are polite and genuinely friendly, and they move customers through with zero problems. I have used them to ship returns for years, but liked the place so much I got a box to receive business mail and shipments.

I have been using this Bristol, TN UPS Store location for years and they continue to impress me. I use this store for shipping needs but the staff is always a great help when Ive needed to make copies, a fax and even create signage. I wouldnt go any where else! Today Jasmine helped me. She is so kind and always eager to help me, she is fantastic!

The staff at the UPS Store are all so friendly and amazing. I needed programs for my wedding at the last minute. Lakyn not only had them ready in no time, but designed them herself and they were beautiful quality!

I called the location in Elizabethton due to that this location this location would not answer the phone the first time I called. I spoke to a rep name Tyler at the Elizabethton location. He was was great with customer service and even stated that his location was ran by a different authorized retailer. I understand that Tyler didnt have to send me to the other location. Die to it being a different company all together but he offered anyways. I then call the Bristol location back and was told for four simple pages just regular PDF documens that they charge $3 per page. I will never recommended this place to anyone. Go to any other location besides this one. I will continue to drive the extra 25 minutes to go to the Elizabethton location. I would recommend the same.

Lakyn is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I own a restaurant close by and had a group in house that was having some technical difficulties. I needed copies of their presentation fast! I rushed to the UPS store 15 minutes until they closed apologizing over and over again about coming in so late! Lakyn never made me feel uncomfortable or a burden to her! She was so kind and helpful too me! She kept reassuring me that it was fine and she didnt mind at all! I will definitely be back!

Id give lower if I could. I was told that they would bubble wrap an idem that I had THEM package. It arrived in pieces. NO bubble wrap. What did I pay them for?

At 5pm exactly, as I was about to grab the door, the employee grabbed the handle, told me they were closed, and locked the door in my face. All I had to do was drop off a package. It would have taken 30 seconds. Really disappointing.

Best UPS Store in the region! I have used 4 different UPS stores over the years for my mail and packages due to relocation. This one is ABSOLUTELY the best. Both Austin and Tim are OUTSTANDING. When I have unusual packages that I need to come to the store, I have been able to get ideas from Austin and he provides a good way to make it happen. These guys always go above and beyond to make sure all their customers are served well!

Had a very good experience at this store. It was easy to send a item and the check out was very fast.

She knows the business inside and out, and the leadership and management skills she upholds for UPS as a company are invaluable. I wish more businesses valued strong, hardworking employees like Destini. She is certainly one-of-a-kind, and there are never enough words to express how grateful I am to know I can always walk into this store and be confident in knowing she can handle anything I throw her way.

Waiting in line forever to drop a ready to go package off while others in front of me were sending their packages. They need an easy drop off for people who are ready to ship.

The UPS Store no longer handles packaged, labeled, taped and ready to go packages for FedEx, with out a per package charge of $5 PER BOX (I can schedule a pick-up at my house for $3!). Save yourself the trouble of using this store! The people are surly, unhelpful and downright nasty, even on a good day, when shipping UPS, they take forever to help you and everything costs you money. Im surprised they didnt try and charge me for ticking me off!!! If they have a loophole, they use it! One batch of packages I sent did not get scanned for 3 days before they actually sent it out! If I wanted super slow boat to China service, I would have sent it that way! Use another store or another service! Avoid this one unless you like having bad service and having to pay for it to boot! My company and I no longer use any of their services!

This store allows slandering of businesses. An employee named Matt thinks its cool to tell clients our legit business is a scam, we confronted him and he thinks its funny. Corporate and the owner will not return calls, they will get whats coming to them.

So far so good I havent had any problems with ups services. All of my orders have been delivered when they where supposed to be and when I pay for two and three day delivery its always there so I cant complain.We even use it at work cause they take very good care of our products that our customers order. Dont get me wrong every once in a while there is one that gets damaged but thats to be expected from time to time nothings perfect. So yea Ill always use them. Great service

Here on volunteer parkway at 8:10 am. Its stated they open at 8. No sign of life all black totally ridiculous that they are not open

My first visit, the tech was extremely helpful and got my package mailed. Made my visit painless and happy.

Stopped here for fingerprint services for a background check. The service was fast and friendly.

Take your printing elsewhere if you can. $3.75 charge to print from computer and charged for the wrong size copies and the right sized ones. I might not have minded quite as much if it wasnt flyers for our local animal shelter to promote adoptions & I was dealing with a store manager not an underling.. I will not be back.
